• A.Rahim.Zainol (8/5): 2-bedder Paradigm Apartment Dec 2025 - Location is one of the biggest reason why I chose to stay there. Located above Paradigm Mall makes it super convenient and almost everything we need are at our fingertips! The apartment is clean and cozy. The beds were really comfortable and I love the fact that there were 2 big beds in one room, and another big bed in the other. And both rooms have their own attached toilet. The common toilet had two doors - one barn style and one conventional door. So, if the barn door is locked, the other door which opens up to the bedroom, makes it feel like it is an attached toilet for the room. The check-in and check-out is easy and simple and the host is reachable and prompt in response to any queries or feedback. The clock is conveniently placed above the TV but it is not working. No big issue here, as we were able to rely on our wristwatches and mobile phones to tell time. There is no drawer for keeping cutleries so they are in a cutlery tray holder on the kitchen top. The kitchen top doesn't have much room or space so if u have a lot of things on it, it will look cluttered. The backrest cushions of the sofa seem to be overly puffy such that when u sit on the sofa, u don't really feel like u get to securely position your bottom onto the sofa to get a really comfortable seating position. In the bedrooms, there is no shelf or storage space for clothes, apart from hangers and a horizontal bar to hang the hangers from. There are also hooks behind the door. So, this wasn't a really big issue for us because we make do with what we have. But some other people may find fault in that.
• Guest (7/5): Considered a good option for short-term stay. - Location was excellent. It would be perfect if there is natural light in the living hall and better lighting in the 2 bathrooms. Prefers white or light-coloured towels than the provided dark grey ones. Unable to ascertain the cleanliness of the towels.
• Yucheng Eugene (9/5): - Location above the mall is a plus. Collection of keys was hassle free, instructions were clear. Parking provided that is separate from the public carpark. Our assigned parking lot was a bit far from the doors of the lift lobby. The temperature of the shower water even at maximum was only luke warm.

• Jasmine (7/5): Acceptable for the price you pay. - Location and price is reasonable. The toilet keep on having urine smell even after flushing, I guess is the sanitation pipe issues. Common toilet also flood easily after bath.

• Hsiang (8/5): Good apartment. Spacious rooms. Quiet neighbours. - Quiet, good location, well layout, spacious rooms and bathrooms. 1. The hooks at the bathroom door which was supposed for people to hang the clothes during showering but was occupied by hung some cleaning tools instead. Looks untidy. Really annoying. 2. The bowls and plates in the kitchen are all made of plastic material.
• Anderson (9/5): Superb - it is clean with the basic amenities like washing machine, fridge, TV, etc. The steam room did not seem to be working. Aircon in rooms may need servicing as it is not too cool.
• Clovergal (8/5): Good location - Clean and Functional. Many bins around and owner is thoughtful with my hooks in the toilet. Good location, clear instruction. Requested for a deposit but return within the same day. Bed and pillow. Other than that all good.
• Daphne (8/5): Value for money comfy stay - Good location with easy access to the mall. Rooms were clean and spacious with strong aircon and towels provided. Some buffer time for check out would be appreciated instead of cutting off the door keypad access at 11.55am.

• Jianyuan (7/5): Overall a nice stay - The convenience of the stay which has direct access to paradigm mall via lift to level UG. Good for families with young children. Good space for 4-6pax with 2 rooms and 2 toilets. Aircon needs servicing.. having noise from the FCU. Carpet is with stains and bathroom mat is wet when we check in.
• Jasmine (7/5): Overall good and accessible place for stay for the price. - Key collection easy but returning keys need to turn on whole big round if driving. Overall is a very accessible place to stay at. Reasonably price. Bed and pillows very hard like air-bag pillows and bed.
• Asrin (9/5): Great place to stay - Location, facility and atmosphere are just superb. Internet is super-fast!!! Providing an extra access card would be helpful especially when travelling as a family (group travellers). Additionally, water pressure could be improved.
• Fu (9/5): A great choice for family with kids - I like the comfort and amenities. It feels like staying home. The location is great as it has access to the mall which opens 10am - 10pm. Quite dusty.

• Hz (9/5): Excellent option for families: fits up to 6 people comfortably. Safe, convenient & great value! (: - Communication with the hosts was great. Instructions on checking in & out were clear & accurate. The unit met our needs well: couple + 2 pre-teen daughters. There were 2 double beds in one bedroom & a single double bed in another. Both bedrooms come with attached bathrooms. Fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, filter for drinking water & working water heaters in the bathrooms were wonderful provisions. Access to carpark with assigned parking lot was convenient.
• Panchanit (10/5): Clean and comfortable. Perfect stay for a short getaway. Kids friendly. - Easy access to the mall. I arrived in a heavy thunderstorm, and the lobby of the residence can link straight to the mall without having to brave the rain. Due to the layout of the carpark, the key return have to circle the mall one round (i took the wrong direction and ended up a bigger round before able to return the key).

• Gladys (9/5): Staycation - Location right above a shopping mall. Good size of apartment for 6pax. The lift we took last night went up & down a few times without stopping at destinated level. A few others were in the same lift as us and we all did not make it to our levels and swoop lift after the 3rd attempt. Prefer the bedsheets and towels to be white instead of dark grey. Too many fake small plants make us wonder if there are pinhole cameras... LOL

• Liew (10/5): I rate this management and property 5 star, keep it up good job. - Person in charge are friendly and the apartment are clean and tidy ready with washing machine and microwave ext. Location are great just right up Paradigm Mall. Worth the money. Will return to this property again next trip. Actually nothing can complaint maybe suggest prepare a bottle of detergent for customer in case they need to do laundry in house.

• Pupa (8/5): Great for small 3 generations with young children - Easy access to Paradigm mall to cinema, restaurants and very suitable for young kids. The rooms are as per pictures very cosy for 3 generations like us (3+2). Also provided soft and hard pillows for options. Bed is a bit too hard for me. Towel can be improved to a better quality ones.
• Wee (10/5): So far the best vacation home in JB - We loved the modern tasteful interior decor. Besides excellent cleanliness, it has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay, including a pool at Lvl 8 and playground and play room equipped with a table soccer, pool table and air table hockey game. It's connected to a huge Paradigm Mall via a passageway so it's easy to go back after a late night show or take a break in between shopping and dining. The host is very friendly, clear in instructions and helpful as I left something behind after check out and arranged a GrabExpress to pick it up from her staff cleaning the place. The deposit refund was also promptly done within the day after checkout. Would come back next time and highly recommend others! Would be great if can provid some hand towels and more aircon remote control instead of one for whole house.
• Hoon (10/5): Repeat visit - Second stay, WiFi issues has since been resolved. Location is superb with easy access to the mall. Digital lock makes it even more convenient. Was told that we could park anywhere in the residents' carpark but not true. We had some issues with the security guards but the hosts resolved it promptly.
• Caphine (9/5): Nice apartment on top of paradigm mall - Location, layout of the apartment, cleanliness, all appliances work well, strong WiFi. The staff is very responsive n polite. Only thing is the shower room, after bathing water will leak out to the toilet. Slippery, elderly n children need to be careful for elderly n children.
• Woon (10/5): Good experience of facilities, shopping and games within your fingertips. - The integrated paradigm mall is a plus, a 3 days stay good enough for me to do my required shopping, movies and games within my fingertips. The mall open at 10am, there isn't much option unless you call for grab or drive out to near by eatery. Overall is ok as I am not an early bird. :-)
• Jason (10/5): Homely place for a family of 5 - Location is superb. One stop place for food, shopping and cafes to chill. Place is clean, comfortable, safe and best of all , almost fully equipped. Am glad there was wifi, Netflix and also YouTube . Hosts were superbly friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. Our stay was pleasant and will certainly come back again. The YouTube video was clear but still it took us a while to understand the driving up, the mailbox and the lift. No fault of theirs .. it's just a matter of visualizing and getting use to. Once we made it to the apartment, the YouTube made sense. It was an enjoyable stay still.

• Hoon (10/5): Convenient location, responsive and polite hosts! - Place is very new, clean and well furnished. I especially liked the 2 queen sized beds in the master bedroom. Location is fantastic, with lifts that bring you directly to the shopping mall below. Hosts provided a video guide on the directions to carpark and check in process which was extremely helpful. WiFi had issues during our stay. The hosts tried their bests to fix it but it still wasn't resolved when we left. Swimming pool was under maintenance. Acknowledged that both hiccups were not within their control and had to be addressed by property management.
