• MIN YU (10/5): - 我是长期旅行者，预订这里的原因是有洗衣机和烘干机，胡志明天气炎热，所以需要经常洗衣服。入住后发现，这里的一切超乎我的想象。 卧室、厨房、卫生间配置的非常齐全，最为长期旅行者，我竟然找不到需要自己购买的消耗品，哪怕是一包洗衣液、一根棉签。房间每3天清洁一次。 民宿位置很好，距离门口几米的位置就是市场，买菜、买水果很方便，各种餐馆、商店很多。 老板人很好，很热情，懂一些中文。 没有。

• Milan (9/5): - Pokoj měl vše co jsme potřebovali a co bylo nabízeno. Hostitelka nám vše osobně vysvětlila a měla velký zájem abychom byli spokojeni. Wi-Fi byla trochu pomalejší. Postel byla neuvěřitelně tvrdá. Ráno jsem vstával polámaný. Na přikrytí byl jen lehký přehoz.

• Jan (8/5): Optimal für 3 Tage geeignet - Unterkunft ist für ein paar Tage gut geeignet. Die Lage ist super, inzwischen von Lokals sieht man kaum bis keine andere Touristen. In Fußnähe sind einige schöne Örtlichkeiten wie Cafés und Restaurants gut zu erreichen, sobald man sich an den Verkehr gewöhnt hat. ;) Auch Distrikt 1 / Saigon ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Grab schnell erreichbar, allerdings können wir davon nur abraten, es ist grausam. Insgesamt hat alles gut funktioniert. Am Anfang gab es ein Problem mit der Spülung, was umgehend beseitigt wurde. Die Vermieterin war gut erreichbar.
• Dr. Bernhard (10/5): Apartment mit schöner Dachterrasse und perfektem Management - Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet - mit Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, gut funktionierender Dusche mit immer ausreichend warmem Wasser) und vielem mehr, dazu zwei Wäschetrocknern im obersten Geschoss. Auch an der Sauberkeit gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach klasse, die Umgebung (für Saigoner Verhältnisse) ruhig und vor allem "urtümlich" geblieben (Stadtteil Binh Thanh). Fußläufig findet man alles, was man braucht: Restaurants (allerdings natürlich vietnamesische), Supermärkte, Bars und Marktstände. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft über ein Chipsystem funktionierte auch immer reibungslos. Das beste aber sind zweifellos die Gastgeber: ein absolutes Vorbild an Aufmerksamkeit und Erreichbarkeit! Wann immer ich ein Anliegen oder einen speziellen Bedarf hatte, wurde die Anfrage per WhatsApp in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Als der Taxifahrer zunächst die Location nicht finden konnte, half man per Telefon mit einer Wegbeschreibung aus. Da mir persönlich die Bettmatratze einfach zu hart war, bat ich um eine Lösung - zwei Stunden später hatte ich eine zusätzliche weitere Decke zur Abfederung. Eine so reibungslose und professionelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern einer Unterkunft habe ich selten auf meinen Reisen erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür! Wie schon erwähnt: Das Bett ist für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig (wie in vielen Unterkünften Asiens) - aber ich konnte mit der zusätzlichen weichen Decke als Lösung dann recht gut leben. Als Tipp an die Vermieter: Vielleicht könnte man eine weitere Schaumstoffschicht auf der Matratze aufbringen (oder diese zumindest für "rückenempfindliche" Gäste wie mich bereithalten ;)) An der Wegbeschreibung kann man sicher auch noch arbeiten: Die Adresse als solche hilft eben bei den vielen kleinen Seitenstraßen und Hinterhöfen in Vierteln wie Binh Thanh dem Ortsunkundigen (inklusive Taxifahrern) wenig. Wenn man zum Beispiel schreiben würde "An der Straßenkreuzung von Pham Van Han und Tran Van Khe, wo sich auf der linken Seite eine Filiale der Pharmacity befindet, biegen Sie rechts ab und gehen direkt danach wieder rechts in die nächste kleine Gasse hinein", dann würde man die Unterkunft mühelos finden ;)
• Hân (9/5): Tuyệt vời - - Sạch sẽ rộng rãi, phòng có cửa sổ, thoáng mát - Đầy đủ tiện nghi, bếp có sẵn gia vị cơ bản (muối đường bột ngọt dầu ăn), có chảo, muỗng đĩa dao thớt.., trà cafe đầy đủ - Có bàn rộng cực kì thoải mái khi ngồi sinh hoạt ăn uống, mình rất ưng nha - Vị trí thuận tiện để đi về hướng Vạn Phúc City - Chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhanh nhẹn - Toilet không có máy hút mùi - Hôm mình ghé home đang sửa chữa nên rất bụi - Ghế xoay hơi ọp ẹp - Bố trí máy hút khói lệch với bếp điện bất tiện

• Mr Pi (10/5): - Thiết kế tối ưu diện tích, phòng đẹp, đầy đủ đồ dùng cơ bản. Đặc biệt là home có thang máy, có máy giặt trong phòng và 2 máy sấy chung ở tầng 5. Nhân viên dễ thương. Gần các quán ăn. Tầng 1: khoảng không gian trước cửa thang máy hẹp, lan can nhìn hơi mong manh. Phòng bình dân là ở tầng hầm, home nên ghi rõ cho khách hàng biết là tầng hầm để có quyết định lựa chọn phù hợp.

I had had a small accident and had to get around on crutches and they provided us with a fully accessible room (the apartment has an elevator). Also the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space and it had wifi and a projector to watch TV. We also had to print our Cambodian visas and the owner helped us with that as well. Everything was perfect Nothing
