• Ashleigh (9/5): Great quality property, great location. Would stay again! - Nice property, great location near local shops & pubs, and very close to the tube. Tube line is only a few stops away from most things we wanted to visit in central London, so it worked out very well (most things reached within 30 mins from leaving the apartment). Walking distance to Harrods, museums/science museum, Hyde Park. Property was a great standard and very comfortable. Very slow internet connection. I attempted to watch a movie (on their TV in the lounge room), and it wouldn't keep up with streaming. It was the only real negative of the stay.
• Olivia (9/5): Lovely place - The flat is in a great location, 2 min for the tube and is beautifully decorated. It is a bit noisy, but that is London for you. The kitchen could be better equipped.

L appartamento basta dietro a dei fast food che emanavano un odore di fritto insopportabile, devi assolutamente chiudere le Porte delle stanze altrimenti le stanze si riempivano di fritto. Tutto sommato è stato un bel soggiorno
• Mazin (8/5): - Location was excellent, great access to everything we wanted. The property is also well taken care of. This issue is not related to the property itself, but there is a nearby restaurant and the smell of frying often fills the street. At times, the smell makes its way into the house, which can be a bit annoying.

• Mary-Ellen (8/5): Very nice very comfortable. Stay after the refrigerator freezer situation was resolved. We loved the - Good location in South Kensington, close to the tube, close to Waitrose and boots shopping areas. We had to walk down an unlit alley after dark with no other people around. We like the spacious flat, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. By mistake, we turned off the refrigerator and freezer and lost all the food we had bought by the time Bob came to show us how to turn them back on would have been more useful to explain how the lights and other switches worked when we checked in. Bob did not respond immediately to our driver letting him know when we would arrive so we had to wait about 30 minutes before he showed up to let us in. Bob could have done a better job of explaining how the lights and switches worked to Americans unfamiliar with British systems.

• Mara (9/5): A very easy and clean flat with good amenities. All one could ask for. - A lovely well appointed central apartment. Very close to food extraction.
• Nina (10/5): Schöner Urlaub und schöne Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft war für uns groß genug. Sehr schön und auch gemütlich. Es war super war dass es zwei Bäder gab und auch noch eine extra Toilette. Die Betten waren etwas klein (ich denke 140 breit), wenn man ein anderes Standardmaß von zuhause gewohnt ist.
• karen (7/5): Lovely Mews home close to everything in Kensington - Lovely Mews home in Kensington that suited our family for a 5 day holiday. Stones throw from Gloucester Road tube, Waitrose, Tesco Express, Natural History Museum, V&A, Hyde park and a plethora of fast food and restaurant options nearby. Bathrooms were nice with complimentary soap, shampoo etc Kitchen was fairly well appointed with the things you need for a holiday stay. Nothing that we didn’t like but things for consideration. As the front of the property opened into the street that all the fast food restaurants backed onto, we didn’t want to have the windows open as those smells permeated the living area. Wasn’t a big problem for us as the weather wasn’t hot, but may be problematic come summer. Other reviews haven’t mentioned it so maybe it’s only us 🤷‍♀️ Due to some miscommunicated instructions, we did not have any hot water when we arrived until it was resolved the following day. I would absolutely check you have hot running water before the owner leaves once they’ve shown you in. It was a very unpleasant time not being able to shower after a long day of travel. Relatively easy to fix but could have been avoided.
• Matilde (9/5): Lovely house in a central location - This is a lovely mews house in a fantastic location. Note however there are a number of stairs in the house as it is set over 3 levels, with the bottom level - entry - having the second bedroom and ensuite, the 1st floor having the master bedroom, ensuite and a powder room, with the kitchen and living areas on the 2nd floor. For us this was fine, but if stairs are an issue, this property would not suit. Also, while the property is in a fantastic central location, this comes with noise. Again, not an issue for me, but for people seeking quiet, this would not suit. Dealings with the person who handed over the keys were unprofessional in both apartments we rented from this agency. This is the only detriment to dealing with this agency as all other emails and dealings were professional.

• Edanur (3/5): Very bad - Location is perfect. İt is close every where The house smelled disgusting. There are restaurants on the street in front of the house, and the air conditioning odors in their backyards, food, and oil odors, seeped into the house. It was so bad that you smelt of oil on your clothes. Also, the AC and heater weren't working. I called for a day, and they came on the third day, but they couldn't fix it, and we left on the fourth day. I told the person who was looking after us to ask the manager if he had another house to change, but he didn't answer.

Wir mussten auf den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft etwa eine halbe Stunde warten, jedoch war es angenehm, alles gut erklärt zu bekommen. Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein ziemlich lauter und übel riechender Dunstabzug eines Lokals. Es ist besser, die Fenster geschlossen zu halten. Da es aber eine Klimaanlage gibt, kein allzu großes Problem.

• Emma (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location. Great value for money - So clean and modern and beautifully decorated, really fresh felt recently renovated. The location was amazing. Really well connected area, safe and clean, 1min to Gloucester station and lots of shops/restaurants. Staff really quick to respond and got a great welcome and walkthrough of the property when we arrived.
• Linda (8/5): Excellent location in South Kensington - Great Location! You cannot have a better location, you have supermarkets, restaurants and metro all no more than 1 min walk. The flat is very clean and nicely decorated, and a huge open living room/kitchen area, which is not very usual in London. Perfect for a short stay in South Ken . For such a beautiful flat, I am surprised the shower heads in both bathrooms are very old and badly calcified, and it is hard to reach to adjust, a hand held shower heads would be great. The flat is not situated on the busy street, but is in an alley where the restaurant vents are, which means smell and fan noises can be an issue for some. I find the both beds are a bit small, there are only two of us, so it worked fine, but if I am traveling with my family, I would feel none of the beds can comfortably fit 2 adults.

• Xgeorge (8/5): Nice flat centrally located - It is three level flat (ground, 1st, 2nd). Very clean with nice decoration. Centrally located (I always stay around Gloucester Road Station) with easy metro access. One very large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. Second bedroom (more quite) located at ground floor with ensuite bathroom as well. The communication with flat owners was quick and accurate. All facilities provided were more than OK. Two things I did not like (1) Wi-Fi speed is really bad - I had to work using my mobile data plan (fortunately I have no limits) (2) The flat is located in the back of restaurant with very noisy (at least to me) ventilating system (if you are a slight sleeper like me, the ground floor bedroom is the best choice - no noise at all).
• Wing (6/5): Would not stay here again. - Location The bedroom we stayed in has no window and is on ground floor facing the main entrance glass door which is partially covered by glass paper. We had to keep the bedroom door open for ventilation and were disturbed and annoyed by vehicles or people passing by the apartment. The WiFi was very weak. No luggage storage is provided after check out. The handling staff could be more helpful.

• William (10/5): Great time with friends at a very reasonable price. - Centrally located and just off the main street. Make sure to tell future guests how vertical the flat is. Not a problem for myself or my friends but older people may find the amount of stairs challenging.

• Suvadee (9/5): We have a great stay there and surely come back and stay here. - The location is very convenient and close to restaurant and minimarts. The facilities is new and clean and the host even prepare the extra mattress for my son. The shower in each room is a bit old. it will be better if you can change the shower head for all bath room.

Just a 5 minute walk from the museums in Kensington and less than a minute from Gloucester Road tube station, a Waitrose supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants, the location couldn't be better. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed including comfy beds which was particularly nice to find. Just hope we can stay again!

• Irina (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, one minute to metro station with a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is very clean, cozy with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment is 3-level and one bedroom is without windows that caused some problems to us. There were no adapters for European electric sockets, we asked Bob to bring some, but he never did.

Thank you Bob The location of the apartment is excellent, under 2 minutes walk to Gloucester Road tube station. The apartment was warm, clean and furnished to a high standard. No, there is nothing that we did not like with the apartment.

• Jeffrey (7/5): Overall very good, but in need of new furniture and the entrance needs some TLC - Proximity to the tube, grocery store and walkability to attractions. New/modern bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Property manager was responsive and cleaning staff was good. Front entrance is unattractive and in a bad location. This end of the alley faces the back of a fast food restaurant and its venting system, so the smell of fried food is prevalent. The alleyway is noisy and often homeless people and smokers are hanging outside the front door. No effort is being made to beautify the entrance, like with the mews houses at the other end of the alleyway. For example, we had empty window boxes. Furniture in the living and dining room is tired and needs to be replaced. We were told the dining chairs would be replaced within the first few days of our month long stay, but they never were. The couches and chair set are obviously very old and need to be replaced.

Overall, the place is family-friendly and we will recommend to those who like to use the tube for traveling. It will be great if the WC have bidet installed.
