• Roland (10/5): Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter. - Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter.
• Bettina (4/5): - Die Lage des Apartments im Old Quarter ist hervorragend – zentral, fußläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Cafés. Tagsüber ist es ruhig und angenehm, allerdings wird es abends in der Umgebung sehr laut, besonders wegen der Bars und der Bierstraße. Selbst mit Oropax hört man das Dröhnen des Basses, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken ist. Die Wände bieten keinen Schallschutz. Leider können wir das Apartment für Familien nicht empfehlen. Das Apartment ist sehr heruntergekommen und insgesamt schmutzig. Es gibt keine echten zwei Schlafzimmer – es gibt keine Türen zwischen den einzelnen Bereichen, sodass keinerlei Privatsphäre besteht. Das „Kinderzimmer“ besteht aus einem Stockbett direkt neben der Toilette. Das obere Stockbett war stark verschmutzt, voller Haare und Flecken. Auch die Dusche war schimmelig, und durch die offene Verbindung zum oberen Schlafbereich hört man alles, was im Apartment passiert. Die Treppe zum Elternbereich mit "Doppelbett" (nur eine Matratze am Boden ohne Lattenrost o. ä.) ist extrem steil und nur mit einem Handlauf an der Wand ausgestattet – das Hoch- und Runtergehen ist wirklich gefährlich. Auf den Bildern sah das Apartment wesentlich besser aus! Es mag günstig sein, aber das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis passt trotzdem nicht. ( Wir hatten bin Vietnam 6 verschiedene Unterkünfte diese war mit Abstand die schlechteste in dieser Preisklasse). Abschließend: Das Apartment mag für junge Leute geeignet sein, die die zentrale Lage und das Nachtleben nutzen wollen, aber für Familien oder alle, die Ruhe und Sauberkeit suchen, ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Glück verbrachten wir dort nur unsere letzte Nacht vor unserem Heimflug.

• Mkhail (7/5): Nice location but no privacy if you meed to work - The location was great in the middle of old quarters with lots of restaurants and spa options. The owner very responsive and gave us discounted certificate to a spa - got a great massage! The property does not have a normal window, kinda dark and gloomy. There is no privacy in any room as no doors to close.

• Imogen (8/5): A nice play to stay with some minor issues - Lovely, retro apartment which was clean and with good facilities. Location was great and right in the centre of the bars and restaurants, also felt very safe You had to collect the check-in information from a separate place a 4 minute walk away and the apartment is down an alley.

• Pui (6/5): Good location but you should avoid hot and humid season of the year - - Located right at Hanoi beer street, for those who fancy night life this is a big plus point - Spacious property - Strong and fast Wi-Fi - Host is helpful and attentive to our problem - Property is a little dusty when we arrive, however the host did send someone to clean up again next day, so it was fine after that - During our stay in Hanoi, the weather was bad and high in humidity, thus it attracts all kind of insects (cockroaches, mosquitoes) whenever it rains heavily, we spent our first night trying to kill few cockroaches in the living room -.- - The property is located on the ground floor hence we think it is home to the insects - No lights from the tiny corridor to the property, it looks scary if a girl to go in and out alone at night - Safety of the property is still big concern because only 1 door lock, it looks easily be broken by outsider, even window is not locked (outside can see through inside if any outsider opens the window) - Washing machine is not working well, keep on DC that we have to keep pressing restart else our clothes are not rinsed and it will stop spinning
• Benjamin (10/5): Perfect location. Would recommend. - Staff made a WhatsApp group chat with me to help if we had any queries. Location is in the heart of Hanoi so everything is in walking distance. Didn’t like the shower….. Until I noticed the clearly labelled “water pressure” switch. Shower is great I’m just an idiot.
