- Whitney (8/5): Good value for your money based on the price. - Seems to be in a safe community, close to lots of restaurants. It’s a good distance between both the international airport and downtown San Jose. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. The carpets on the 2nd floor smell really badly.

- Robin (4/5): - Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Viel zu laute Geräusche im Zimmer von denen man regelmäßig aufwacht. Zimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln und Leutreklamen fluten das Zimmer. Einweg Geschirr aus Pappe und Plastik beim Frühstück sind einfach nicht zeitgemäß.

- Keiko (4/5): The only thing I liked was the location - The location was nice. There was a nice breakfast/coffee shop across the street, and also a little grocery store. The room wasn't comfortable, and the check-in process took forever. There were 2 people in front of us, and after the long flight, we got there around 9:15 pm and didn't check in until almost 10 pm!! Only one person at the front desk, and not sure, and waiting for over 30 mins to check in when the line wasn't even that long felt very unreasonable.

- Marta (9/5): Super comfortable bed and cozy bedroom - The bedroom was so cozy, elegant and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable, I loved it. As I am vegan I was happy to find delicious rice, beans, fried bananas and tropical fruits for breakfast. I also loved that they had a water filter for free bottle refeel. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants area. The check-in took a bit long, I didn't understood what makes the process so long...
- Randall (8/5): Good but could have been better. - Rooms were clean and extremely well maintained, felt like the room had never been used. Bed was not too comfortable. There was a thin mattress toper but was not enogh for the hard bed. Could add a 4 inch gel mattress topper and everything would have been perfect. Maintenance issue in the hall where seemed to be patches but were not painted.

- Felix (9/5): Schönes, sauberes Hotel & toller Pool - Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sehr sauber, der Pool war erfrischend und man konnte auch nach dem Check-Out noch am Pool verweilen, Frühstück war ok, die Lage zum Flughafen ist optimal Das Einweg Geschirr und Besteck beim Frühstück machen (obwohl es kompostierbar ist) einfach einen billigen Eindruck. Zumindest vernünftiges Besteck wäre toll! Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, also besser Ohrstöpsel einpacken.
