• Priscila (4/5): Very disappointing... - Quite complicated to get the keys and find the apartment, we took 10 mins to find it and also we've got help from one of the neighbours I have quite a list of things that we were very disappointed with: - Dirty bed sheets and smelly pillows. There were blood stains in the bed sheets, we asked for clean ones and they only sent on the following day, which we couldn't pick it up as we couldn't locate the lobby they have left. We were lucky that wasn't cold... - The apartment wasn't very well cleaned, the balcony was disgusting with cockroaches, cigar bits and a very strong smell due to some unused furniture left in there. - Very limited supplies, no hand towel, or spare toilet paper, not enough cleaning supplies in the kitchen.. - Not a single plunger to make coffee. - Quite a depressing place to stay, the apartment and location was nice but unfortunately the apartment needs some love and care which is lacking..
• Limaco (9/5): A great place with a beatiful view to come home to after a busy day in the city - The balcony was surprisingly large with glass sliding doors connecting the inside living and kitchen area to the outside. You can see the sunrise and moonrise very clearly so relaxing with breakfast or having tea at night felt very special. Other facilities were extremely easy - like where to place our rubbish and recycling; how to work the washing machine and dishwasher. It's also very close to a bus stop and has some areas where you can get picked up by an Uber easily. We ran out of soap at some point (our fault) but there is a superette only about 5 minutes walk from the building where I could buy what I needed.

Martin (4/5): Dejligt sted, men lidt beskidt og mange store kakerlakker.. - Fint beliggende lejlighed med flot udsigt Generelt var lejlighed meget beskidt, såsom tomme chips poser flere steder, meget støvet / beskidt og allerværst løb der store kakerlakker rundt på gulv og vægge. Dræbte 10 stk., men der var stadig flere. Møbler på stor altan manglede.

• Clare (1/5): In my opinion this is false advertising - don”t book - It was quiet The property is not in the centre of Sydney as advertised. It is a minimum 30 minute drive and over an hour on public transport. The property was dirty, dilapidated and poorly equipped. We reported issues the day after we arrived - broken blinds, broken bed, dirty state, plus much more, and had no reply until the ending before we left, no solutions were provided. His accommodation was a dreadful disappointment and spoiled our trip o Sydney.

• Nabila (4/5): Disappointing - our own parking spot was taken, we been told to park at visitor parking but sometimes visitors parking also full and we need to wait.. Also the property not really clean..

• Lee (7/5): Comfortable spacious living for family - Good layout and space Cleanliness needs serious improvement. Floor was dusty (especially under the bed and sofa), oven was greasy, dishes were not cleaned properly with stains still stuck on the surface, freezer had old ice and stains.

Spent two hours in the lobby wait - Space, location and bathrooms Key didn’t work, waited for 2 hours for a locksmith. Difficult instructions to get to car park, lock box and room all in different parts of large building. Dirty - crumbs on bench tops, urine on toilet seat from previous person. River view hindered by very dirty windows and doors. No basics for tea, coffee or milk provided. Cupboards had old stale teas and vitamin jars.

• Rebecca (10/5): Awesome place, close to all amenities - The view was outstanding, the size of the rooms, the bathrooms were excellent. Perfect for my family with 2 small kids. The kitchen could have a full set of cutlery - but that's so so minor.

• Christian (9/5): Well appointed, comfy apartment ideal for 4 people - The property had nice views, was modern and well appointed and had included secure parking. It was well suited for four people. The Sydney harbour area around circular quay was a within reasonable distance Shops and public transport not walkable for every level of fitness, main road frontage could at times be a little obtrusive and the distance to Sydney centre is a consideration if you need quick access to it often.
• David (1/5): The Host and Booking.com have let us down badly. - Nothing. On entering the premises the air conditioning did not work. It was a 40+ degree day in Sydney. We worked with the host(s) over several hours to try to fix the problem. They were unable to fix it and agreed to a cancellation of our booking and a refund. Booking.com subsequently confirmed the same regarding the cancellation. Well over two weeks later, despite repeated attempts, we have heard nothing further from either the host or Booking.com and obviously no refund. There is not a chance in the world that I would use either this host or Booking.com again after this experience.
• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - The location is central to most places via short uber or taxis. The view is great and nice to watch the world go by. Club Ryde was a nice place to get a drink and was walking distance Not many close shops in walking distance to get a quick snack or items.

• Doris (5/5): Passable - The place is pretty spacious for four of us. Not clean. One of the bathrooms‘ drains was full of hair and had not been cleaned, which is disgusting. But we have to do some cleaning ourselves so that the bathroom can be used, otherwise water cannot run down.

• Tualetonu (7/5): Overall amazing apartment, helpful host and would recommend to others - Location was central to everything. Keys were easy to collect. The view was great. The houses cleaniness was a let down as there socks under the chair, a dirty tray in the oven as well as the Wi-Fi as it was limited. Had to use my own hotspot to connect to wi-fi and we only had one fob to get in and out of the building.

• Kim (2/5): Would not recommend it, suggest booking.com needs better quality control process when selecting offerings. - Location and parking Furniture was old and uncomfortable, beds more like torture instruments, all furniture items looked like items from a cheap second hand shop, well past their use by date (except TV). The kitchen stuff a strange mix of cheap, worn out items from a flee market. Apartment was not clean and generally badly kept. The owners need to invest in upgrading or stop renting it out.

• Mei (7/5): Great location and nice morning views - Great location and nice morning views The pillows are flat, and the sofa bed is a bit old The extra quilt cover and blankets for the sofa bed inside the wardrobe are used not washed The drainage of the shower box got clogged up after few days of use. There was some dirty water sprinkled down from the roof top one morning, which messed up the whole balcony as well as on my family member's head, which was terrible The balcony was very dusty not clean
• Rose (4/5): Nice view but unfortunately the apartment was not clean and the damp smell was awful - The view was great The apartment was not very clean and there is a damp smell throughout the apartment and the whole building which was very off-putting. Parking was a debacle. Woken at 11pm by another resident who said they had an agreement to use that spot and parked us in. Hosts were contacted but couldn't resolve as they had no knowledge of agreement.

• Rich (9/5): Excellent overall - For an apartment, very spacious, huge balcony, nice big fridge. Very clean, some treats in pantry. 😋 Beds need to be a bit bigger.

• Steven (6/5): Pleasant - Location, close to public transport, good comfortable unit. Needs tv in main bedroom and Maybe bigger bed. Cleaning bucket, mop and hoses on balcony need to be removed. Needs to be wiped down properly ect coffee table, benches, table, cooking utensils.
