- Meredith (8/5): Great value fun experience - Great way to experience caravanning. Close proximity to train line may be an issue for some , but ear plugs thoughtfully provided.

- Brett (6/5): Pleasant - Great set up, very comfortable with lots of little extras. Being next to a rail siding, and being a light sleeper, every freight train woke me up.
- Ronald (7/5): Good -
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Being out of town. No negative.
A happy duck as the saying goes.
- Tristan (8/5): Nice location for a short stay, affordable and comfortable! - Parked at a nice location with easy access. Quick 3 min drive from town. Comfortable with climate control especially when it was cold outside. The bathroom floor near the toilet was a little icky, but this was not a problem anywhere else.
- Tom (6/5): Pleasant -
- Christopher (10/5): Amazing - It’s comfortable and cosy a lovely home away from home Can’t stay longer
- Brendan (8/5): Book it tomorrow if you're passing through - All round great do it!! Ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay. 2K out of town. We cam in late and called the owner and he steered us in. Coffee, tea, noodles, bickies, warm water, clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, quiet on his property This owner has done it well. We picked up fixings for tea and enjoyed a very cosy night. Great value at 78 a night for an overnighter! I need to look up more of these van stays on people's properties, beats caravan parks. Thanks Dan Needed better signage on the way in (particularly in the dark) and more info on how to work to van i.e toilet
- Christopher (10/5): exceptional - location can’t book for longer
