- Yazid (2/5): Never had this type of experience. - Poor check in time. As already inform that i can have early check in at 2 pm. But on the day itself msg them and they say check in at 3 pm. At 3 pm also cannot check in as no keys at letter box and msg them late reply and need to wait as room not clean yet. Waited until 4.50pm then we can check in. During check in check on the property and found one socket u/s and can see wire. We have children with us and it not safe for my children and staff come back and fix the socket. Letter box full of mail that is not clear.

- Desmond (5/5): Passable - Nothing specific The deposit method. The wifi connection very unstable and slow, majority of time unable to connect.
- Udaya (8/5): Very good - Deposit required was not stated clearly during the booking in booking.com and also the cleaning fee of RM 80 was not made known during the booking at booking.com. I fed up with the host to do more or paying upfront for cleaning and deposit and the reimbursement after checking out.
