maddalena (3/5): Un inferno - Judy, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e risponde immediatamente a qualsiasi messaggio, sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutare. Offre anche una serie di consigli pratici molto utili per l'arrivo e il soggiorno. Dalla struttura si raggiunge facilmente a piedi Palm Beach e con una passeggiata relativamente breve l'area dove ci sono ristoranti e bar. Ci sono un mucchio di spine dappertutto e il wifi ha funzionato quasi sempre bene. Il primo giorno tutto è andato bene, ma il secondo è arrivata una famiglia con bambini piccoli che hanno trasformato la struttura in un campo nomadi e la mia vacanza è stata totalmente rovinata. Alle 7 iniziavano a urlare, spostare mobili e sbattere piatti, lasciavano che i bambini andassero in giro piangendo e gridando fregandosene degli altri ospiti (di notte i pianti si sentivano meno perché per fortuna li chiudevano in camera). Judy ha cercato di far presente a quella gente che c'erano orari in cui rispettare la quiete ma senza successo, alle 7 è iniziato il circo anche nei giorni successivi. La camera da letto dell'appartamento dov'ero è quindi diventata invivibile e anche se mi sono messa a dormire sul divano era un incubo. La situazione era talmente grave che Judy mi ha anche proposto di cancellare la prenotazione ma ormai avevo una serie di attività previste e buttando un giorno a cercare un altro albergo e spostandomi avrei dovuto rinunciarvi, senza neanche essere rimborsata. Detto questo, il posto sarebbe carino (anche se vista la situazione favela non sono mai potuta andare in giardino e l'ho solo visto di sfuggita al mio arrivo), ma se pensate di andarci fate attenzione perché a seconda di chi siano gli altri ospiti rischiate di passare un soggiorno infernale.

Ana (7/5): Not worth the money - Spacious room and terace with the pool, we enjoyed that. Peaceful and close to the shop. For “deluxe” apartment, I don’t know what is deluxe except the price. The kitchen is small and improvised, it would be better if it was located outside of apartment. Not enough kitchen suplies and the bathroom was outdated. Not worth the money since you want to avoid the Palm Beach - we rather rented a car and went to Divi beach. On Palm Beach there was no shadow and the water is shallow, very resort-oriented. I wouldn’t go back.

Sandra (9/5): Bel endroit avec piscine - Très belle chambre avec vue sur la piscine. J'avais accès à un réfrigérateur et un espace pour me détendre à l'arrière. L'eau chaude est incluse, ce qui n'est pas à négliger car à Aruba, ce n'est pas commun. J'ai eu les clés d'avance et pour se rendre à la plage c'est environ 15-20 minutes de marche. La porte-patio qui donne accès à la cour n'a aucune serrure. Puisque j'avais mon ordinateur portable, ça me stressait un peu. Mais heureusement, rien n'est arrivé.

The apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is a 20 minute walk from the beach in a quiet residential area. Judy was around as I arrived ensuring the property and apartment was ready, and ensuring the common areas were clean and inviting. Towels and beach chairs were available if needed. This was a fare find and exceptional value for money. Highly recommend! Everything was great!

Susan (8/5): Generally good, a bit disappointed with the kitchen - Beautiful garden with a lovely pool. Thw manager was very friendly and helpful I didn't like having the kitchen outside as it would always fill up with insects.

Grate location with walking distance to beaches, nice and helpful staff, clean and a great atmosphere. We also appreciated having the possibility to cook and grill our own meals.

I’m disappointed that the beaches in Palm were being desecrated. - I like the property for its comfort, safety, Rosa miss Wonder Woman, pool was decent. I like the walking distance to market; a great eatery, Eduardo’s Hideaway. The prices were good, the food was amazing, very healthy. I’d recommend it. It’s 8 minutes walking. What I didn’t care too much about the property is the stench coming from somewhere, I couldn’t figure it out. I only smelled it when I came out of my room about 9 or 10 am. It went away after a while but it wasn’t pleasant. I also didn’t like that I was bitten, mosquitoes did a number on me and others staying there. Perhaps it was the rain that people were telling me some time early or mid Jan. Their sewer system needs to be updated. That’s really it on the negative front.

You have beach chairs as well which are NECESSARY for any beach in Aruba. Owner is really nice, helpful as well! Location is really great with palm beach just 3 min drive away

Teunis (9/5): very relaxing Aruba stay - The host is very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. The swimming pool has been rebuild and is now very nice and large. We have spent quite some time in the pool after the beach to relax. Accommodations are excellent. Beach is close by and the other beaches in North are easy to get to by car or walking.
Donald (7/5): Best Hosts, Great Location, Really Nice Accommodation - Casalina Garden is very well located. It was easy for me to navigate the island from there. I had a rental car and would definitely recommend that mode of travel. The onsite host, Rosanna, was great, very friendly and helpful. When a small emergency occured with the A/C unit, she and Judy were right on it to fix the issue. Couldn't be happier with such great and responsive customer service. The grounds are really cute, very nice pool, and each unit has enough privacy to make for a pretty restful vacation. My unit was very separate, towards the front with its own entrance and parking. It worked out really great. Overall, this is a really great place to stay for the independent traveler. Just know that most units have an outdoor kitchen, which takes a little getting used to in that when you wake up to make coffee, you're going to have to brave 90+ degree heat and humidity just to get the coffee, creme, breakfast and whatnot made. I'm honestly not a fan, but made do. After awhile, it does grow on you a little and feels like a more authentically Aruban experience.

Keeyuana (1/5): Disgusting! Run and fast! - Nothing The property was a dump. Dirty sheets, dirty rags. Something bit me the entire time I was there. They had no hot water. The air barely worked. Then they ask that you turn off when you leave. I traveled solo and didn’t feel safe at all. When I arrived a guy was just sitting at the front staring at me. Just bad, everything about it. Yeah you can walk to the beach but it’s a little walk. Definitely spend the extra money. This place is horrible. Worst experience of my life. Smelt like piss!

Diana (9/5): Great! - The host was very friendly! Prior to the trip she responded to our messages promptly and issued the invoice in no time! The apartment was clean. The property has beautiful garden with a small pool. We really enjoyed the mornings watching the birds :) There were shops nearby and the walking distance to the beach was approx 15 min. The kitchen is really basic and it is outside. Even though the apartment was very clean, the walls were quite dirty.

Really close to the main beach area. 5 min walk to the nearest grocery store where you can find absolutely everything you need. Tyler (6/5): Simple and okay. Does the job - Good location although would recommend renting a car. It’s hard to walk from place to strip and taxis are expensive. Comfortable bed private room in the back side. Everything needed. Could have been a bit cleaner. Cooler was dirty. There was no snorkels to borrow all old and not cleaned. Pool we dirty. Clock in room was broken. It’s the little things that make a place and the attention to detail. A lot of the kitchen items were also dirty. No sponge. Ac worked okay. And there was little to no hot water. I wish the hosts would come and great the members and show them around. Overall it was a good stay. But I don’t need much. For hosts I’d just pay more attention to the small stuff. Trim and manicure the back yard. Take care of your guests.
Grace (6/5): It was basic but functional. - It was quiet and the room was clean. Outdoor kitchen was useful. The property is basic and needs updating. The garden was particularly untidy. It was 15 mins walk from the beach and bus stop to other beaches/city/restaurants (would not recommend walking alone at night). The nearest shop/supermarket is a 30 min walk or 5 mins bus ride. We did not see any staff at all during our stay.

Gardens out back were lovely. Pool wasn’t really a pool, but we came to Aruba for the beach, so no big deal!
