Osana (1/5): - Bij aankomst bleek de accommodatie totaal niet overeen te komen met de foto's op Booking.com. De staat van het verblijf was ronduit vies en slecht onderhouden. De badkamer was beschimmeld en het sanitair zat volledig onder de kalkaanslag. Jacuzzi onbruikbaar zie stroom dat volledig los lag. De matrassen, bank en stoelen waren vuil en onhygiënisch. De keukenvoorzieningen, zoals pannen en andere benodigdheden, waren zo vet en aangekoekt dat ze niet bruikbaar waren. Het balkon lag vol rommel en was duidelijk lange tijd niet schoongemaakt. Wij hebben zowel de accommodatie als Booking tijdens onze vakantie direct benaderd en de problemen gemeld. Helaas is er niets aan gedaan en werd er geen passende oplossing geboden. De werkelijkheid komt absoluut niet overeen met de gepresenteerde foto's op Booking. Zie bijgevoegde foto's als bewijs.
