• Viasus (8/5): - L’appartement était propre, bien organisé et agréable. Le quartier était tranquille et proche des services. Les lits étaient confortables, même si nous les attendions un peu plus grands. La cuisine avait le minimum nécessaire et la salle de bain était assez petite.

• Elaine (7/5): - Quartier tranquille, transport en commun à proximité, grand appartement. Insonorisation pour les voisins car facilement agacés par l’occupation occasionnelle du logement.

• Luc (3/5): Mauvaise nuit de sommeil garantie - Thermostat bruyant dans la chambre qui ne cesse de faire de cliquetis en ajustant la température la nuit. Un système bas de gamme honteux qui réveille à chaque fois que le chauffage démarre. Si vous souhaitez bien dormir, ne réservez pas là.

• Gardy (8/5): Cela m’a été une belle expérience avec la famille. Merci! - Le local était propre et prêt à temps. L’espace n’était pas coincé et il y avait beaucoup d’équippements à notre disposition. La communication était bonne et les informations qu’on m’avait données étaient exactes. On a pu accéder à l’espace sans difficulté aucune. La douche était trop petite pour un si bel espace de trois chambres. La grille pain ne fonctionnait pas, et il n’y avait presque pas de mirroirs, Sinon le seul qui était dans la douche.

C'était pas super soigné, la salle de bain est vétuste et ça sent la cigarette partout. La cuisine manque clairement d'équipements. Y a du potentiel mais il faut peaufiner un peu, surtout pour le prix

• Zella (10/5): Feels like home. I have this place in my favourite. Will definitely book again. - The location was great! Loved Epi-Fanny boulangerie and the small shop round the corner. Loved the ample space. Big comfy rooms. Washing and dryer machine included. Overall, good value for money. Not that I didn’t like it, just that a bigger bathroom (for a family of four) would make this place topnotch.On the other hand, I might not be able to afford it then😜

• Alexandra (6/5): Pleasant - Nice appartment next to the city centre. It is 17mins by car. I would recommend the place for a short stay only. Most parts of the appartment are nicely renovated, quite modern and well equipped. Bathroom is very small and mouldy. The first room on the left smells like cigarette, most probably the previous owner smoked inside the house. The appartment is nicely re-painted but the smell is still very strong, not pleasent to sleep in such smell.

• Stephanie (9/5): Overall it was good. Thanks for a great stay. - The location is good. The neighborhood is safe. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing is that the vent’s cover of the bathroom was very dirty and it fell. The temperature of the house was very hot and couldn’t be adjusted.

Except the bathroom! - The place was under management, they had cleat instructions on how to commute to the place, and how to get into the place, which was a good start. The service is nice too, I had requested to check-out 1 hour later than original, which was successful too. The place is clean, the rooms are nice as in the description. Overall the location was good, and the customer service was good too. During the stay we had 5 persons living in the place, there is only one tiny bathroom, we had to line up for shower time. In the morning we are brushing teeth at the kitchen basin to avoid 'traffic'. Also, there is a tiny dirt in one of the bedsheet, small issue though. In the kitchen area, one of the coil cooktop is not quite working. Additional information, there are other tenants in the upper level of the house, so as the basement, yet there is no significant disturb during the stay.
