• Kerstin (10/5): - Es war ein super schönes Apartment, wo ich mich vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt habe. Die Vermieter haben schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und waren sehr hilfsbereit und super lieb und freundlich. Check in und Check out war selbstständig über einen Code, den man zugeschickt bekam, mit dem man die Box vor der Eingangstür mit dem Schlüssel drin öffnen konnte. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat und was meckern auf hohem Niveau ist, war, dass das WLAN manchmal gehangen hat und das die Toilette für meinen Geschmack etwas zu niedrig war. Aber wie gesagt, das sind Dinge über die man hinweg sehen kann.

• Eva (8/5): Bra - Mycket centralt. Tyst och lugnt. Bra kommunikation med värden. Svarar snabbt. Hjälpte oss exemplariskt med att boka taxi inför hemfärd till flygplatsen. Gångavstånd till sevärdheter om man inte har några problem att gå Inte som klagomål men tips till boendet: lite mindre grytor skulle vara bra. Knivarna borde slipas och bli vassa. Lite snålt med toapapper

Gentilissimi i proprietari, velocissimi nel rispondere a tutte le ns richieste e molto precisi nel fornirci le indicazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi, ci hanno anche permesso di restare oltre l'orario consentito pagando una piccola differenza di prezzo. Quasi nulla, forse consiglierei solo di cambiare alcune stoviglie che sono un poco usurate.

La stanza salone/cucina è molto ampia e gradevole. La stanza da letto confortevole. Il bagno piccolo, ma nuovo e ben organizzato. La posizione è sicura e centrale, ma per nulla rumorosa, essendo all' interno di un cortiletto. Ventilatore rumoroso. Letto matrimoniale piccolo e non comodissimo (tendenza a cadere di lato). Asciugamani che lasciavano cattivo odore di umido, abbiamo però ovviato lavandoli utilizzando lavatrice/asciugatrice. Aggiungerei un tappetino/asciugamano per uscire dalla doccia e spugne/detergente per pulizie bagno ecc

There is a supermarket within two minutes' walk. It is very convenient to buy things. The bus stop is not far away. The landlord responded very quickly! It's really great to let us get instant responses. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, the washing machine and even the drying function, which is really great! I highly recommend that you stay here when you came to Sofia. Everything during our stay made us feel very comfortable👍👍👍👍👍

• Alina (8/5): would certainly recommend to my friends who want a stay in the center of the town - The apartment is really conveniently located but surprisingly quiet as the windows are towards closed courtyard. The size and arrangement was good enough for two couples travelling together. Very good shower and pleasant bathroom, shower gel and shampoo for guests convenience. Nice living room area. Even though we were 4 people there were only 3 sets of towels, and one of them looked a bit too worn for my taste.

• Simon (3/5): Poor accommodation in a good location - We liked the location. In the immediate area the pavements are broken and dirty - but you can soon get to decent streets. There was a reasonable amount of space It was mostly quiet being at the back of the building. The walk in shower is poor and causes water across the entire shower room - requiring mopping each shower! The Internet is weak and intermittent. I needed to sit in the hall (near the device) to get a signal at most times. In the evening there is no internet to make bookings or enjoy YouTube. The windows need to be kept closed because there is a (next door restaurant) smoking area directly outside our window. Also the restaurant exhaust is very close to the window (it should be extended above all windows). See the photo - your window will be on the ground floor - the door is the exit to the smoking area. The blinds are poor and broken - a lack of privacy There is no adequate blackout - we had to use sleep masks.
• Nikolay (9/5): Superb - You can't find a better location in Sofia - walking distance to most major attractions, close to various transport routes and surrounded by hip cafes, restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and check-in was smooth. The apartment was clean, comfortable, easily accesible (on the first floor - a rarity in central Sofia where you usually have to climb a number of stair flights) and with all amenities my wife and I needed for our week-long stay. We had an excellent time and highly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Sofia's most active area.

• Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice location and very friendly owner. Had to buy cleaning products and clean the whole apartment on arrival ourselves. It looked as if it had not been cleaned after the previous guests had left. Very disappointed, not what we expected. Such a shame.
• - (9/5): Long weekend in Sofia downtown. - The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars & supermarkets within short walking distance. The apartment is newly refurbished, well equipped. A small bedroom, nice for a couple or close friends and a large living room/kitchen area with a huge sofa that also is a bed sofa. The lack of sun/light coming in, as it is on a ground floor and there is too heavy vegetation in the building's back lot, that should be cleared and tidied up.

Very quiet location inside, but very bright night life outside. Contactless check-in was easy. In the apartment there are all necessary for the comfortable vacation: refrigerator, washing machine with the drying functions, fully equipped kitchen. Two minutes by foot and you have restaurants, supermarkets and all over shops. We strongly recommend this apartment!
