- JOSEPHINE (8/5): Would definitely consider staying at the apartment again when we are next in New York. - The location was great, with so many eateries close by and being able to have the convenience of the supermarkets and convenient store. The host was very good at responding to request and queries before our stay. Kitchen facilities and having washing machine and dryer in the apartment was most helpful as we stayed for two weeks. However the cutleries needs to be looked at as they were fancy but not practical. Location was great both for shopping and eating out. Far enough to be away from the busy midtown but close enough to be able to go to the various attractions in Manhattan. Close by the Lexington Subway which is a plus. The place could be cleaned more before the next guests moving in. They were marks on the walls and bathroom needs a better cleaning. Nothing that cannot be fixed.

- Ellen (7/5): - Het appartement is ruim, 2 badkamers en een volledige keuken Appartement smoezelig, vlekken op tapijt en kleed, stopcontact los van de muur, lamp kapot, entreehal van het pand niet schoon, batterijen afstandsbedieningen leeg. Dit past niet bij de prijs en de titel van het appartement: Top Notch
- laurent (6/5): - Un matelas gonflable qui se dégonfle, remplacé rapidement. Un appartement pour 6 personnes avec 5 chaises. Pas ou peu de produit pour le lave-vaisselle, c’est un peu dommage à ce prix de location.

- CHRISOULA (1/5): Inte alls som vi tänkt oss eftersom annonsen är felaktig. Dålig service. - Läget på lägenheten var bra liksom köket. Innehållet i annonsen är fel eftersom det finns två sovrum men bara en säng i varje rum. I det ena rummet en stor dubbelsäng och i det andra en smalare dubbelsäng. Eftersom vi var 6 pers fick vi sova på luftmadrass samt tränga ihop oss i sängarna som fanns. Mycket dåligt. Inga lås på toaletterna, dåligt wifi. Ingen som kom med extra lakan och täcken trots att vi bad om det.
