• ranita87 (9/5): Excelente departamento en Roma. - El departamento es muy amplio, espacioso, tiene una hermosa terraza. Bien ubicado, sobre una avenida, opciones de transporte público. Nos dejaron ingresar un poco antes de lo previsto cosa que agradezco. La entrada y salida del departamento sin ningún problema. Buenísimo que tiene un sistema de apertura de puertas desde el celular. La pava eléctrica perdía agua. Faltaban bowls para el desayuno/postre.

• Eva (10/5): Ubicación perfecta. - La localización estupenda, cerca del coliseo, pero lejos de ruidos y jaleo. Tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, súper bien para alojar una familia. Había pastillas de lavavajillas y jabón de lavadora. Además, detalles de jabones y utensilios de baño Las puertas de las habitaciones hacen ruido. Hemos echado de menos un microondas. Alguna hormiguita se colaba por la cocina, nada escandaloso, pero podrían buscar por donde entran para “cerrarles la puerta”.
• Białyszewska (8/5): Super! - Świetna lokalizacja! Mieszkanie bardzo duże i super taras! Gospodarze przemili, jak miałyśmy problem z toaletą to został ekspresowo rozwiązany, bez żadnych dodatkowych kosztów Niestety minusem są mrówki, które maja gniazdo w kuchni. Wchodzili nam do jedzenia i je wyjadały, ale nie był to duży problem, nie przeszkadzały w funkcjonowaniu. Oprócz tego wszystko okej.
• Marta (8/5): Bardzo duże mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji! - Mieszkanie bardzo duże! Bardzo dobry układ pokoi. Ci co dłużej spali mieli pokoje oddzielone od reszty mieszkania :) Dwie łazienki. W jednej wanna. Taras bardzo nam się podobał. Świetny system otwierania drzwi Nie trzeba nosić kluczy. Nawet jak się rozdzieliliśmy i różnie wracaliśmy to nie było problemu z wejściem do mieszkania. Mieszkanie czyste. Wszystko co potrzebne to było! Bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Otrzymaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne kosmetyki, ręczniki a nawet papcie. No i lokalizacja SUUUPER! Wyposażenie raczej stare w szczególności w łazience. Na przykład drzwi się nie domykały (wymagają remontu). Zaraz przed wyjazdem zepsuła się spłuczka.

• Briah (8/5): Over all our stay was good. - This was a great location! We had a family of 5 and it this property accommodated all 5 of us. The room was separate, full living room/dinning room, supplied two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a small washing machine. We were 10-20 minutes max from all major tourist sites. There is no early check in or late check out. Unfortunately they do not accommodate and please be mindful of your arrival flight time. Lastly one of the bathroom toilets did not work when we arrived.
• Essi (7/5): Good - Location was good near to Colosseum and bars and restaurants. Bigger supermarket Conad was app. 0,5 km away. Main station (Railway/bus/metro) app. 1,5 km and nearest metro station less than 1 km. Appartment is in beatiful old building and appartment also had charming furnitures and vaulted ceilings. Equipped with good air conditioning (separate unit in each room). Good size for 6 persons. Terrace was really nice and big except the furnitures which should be replaced. 1 day before when we was about to arrive to Rome we got information that security deposit can't be made from my card and they can't give code for appartment's electronic lock before that. We gave 3 different cards and all were denied for some reason. We called to our banks and got information that our cards are okey. We were already in Rome airport and still having phone calls and chats to the rental. The rental just kept repeating the same thing, that they can't move forward unless they get a deposit (50€) even if we had paid the appartment already. No other way was possible for paying the 50€. Finally we still tried 4th card and that was accepted even if all the settings were same and bank was same. Would be much easier if this deposit would have been charged at the same time with appartment rent. Appartment it self would need an update. There was black mold in shower, sofa and one sun lounger in terrace was broken. Locking system in appartment door was so difficult with three opening knobs that we were sure that if there would be a fire we wouldn't get out of there. Also getting inside to appartment was really difficult and we couldn't do it without watching the video.
• Anand (8/5): Okay experience of our stay for money that we paid to stay - location was good and the property was very spacious. not a very well maintained property for the money paid. broken doors, locks & plumbing issues bathroom not the most convenient to use. water spills out while having shower Being a house with lots of wooden furniture and flooring, house was smelling at check in.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - Location was fantastic, close proximity to stores and some of the city sites like the Colosseo. Everything else was a short train/cab/bus ride away. Rooms were very clean with comfortable bedding. AC was a lifesaver for a Roman August. One of the bathrooms wasn't able to be locked. Make sure you have a good mobile/wifi connection for access into the building!

• Gerald (7/5): It fit our needs and was close to the tourist attractions but was quite expensive for the stay. - The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was great. Conrad super market is around the corner and several restaurants and bistros, and a quaint cafe next door. A lot of the ancient sites are within walking distance. The metro and buses are very close as well. It comfortably accommodated 6 people. When we arrived late in the evening the apartment was hot. The A/C was not working and the main bathroom tub backed up and was not draining properly. They did come the next day and fixed the issues. The only problem is that the thermostat is set at 25.8 degrees Celsius and could not be adjusted lower so it was not very cool inside. There was also a constant flow of ants inside the house the entire time. I’m 50/50 on a recommendation. The cleaning fee incorporated was really high and the night prior they required an additional $208 dollars for taxes and a deposit.
