Guest Reviews
- Vickie (8/5): Property was convenient for what we needed. - It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The double bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable and the lounge room light did not work. It probably just needs a globe but they should be checked before people stay.
- Fatima (8/5): Was used as transitional place for one day before we moved to our new home - Cute little place No rain cover out the back
- Noelene (8/5): Lovely family cottage. Quiet township in rolling green vales. Charming! - The cottage was perfect for our weekend family catch up. It offered all we needed, and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our short time together here. The only real downside was that the shower screens did not contain all the shower splatter and both bathroom floors became quite wet.
Unfortunately, our stay was too short. We would have liked to check out the township and local area.
- Kerry (9/5): Great family stay to visit the area - Well equipped house for our stay and close to the Train Museum All good
- Ann (7/5): - The location was good. Cockroach found in kids bedroom near the beds. There was a kitchen knife in drawer where tongs etc were kept (easy access for kids and also unexpected as it was one singular knife - the rest were on the benchtop knife block). It was very cold in kids room. The tiny old heater in kids room was not very helpful.
- Kerri (9/5): -
- Paddy (5/5): - Close to town Run down and very dirty dust everywhere amenities were filthy
- Ann (7/5): Nice. - Nice amenities especially fresh towels and soap The air con in the main living room doesn’t seem to work even though it is on.
The beds in the rooms are really cold, except the main master room. Not enough bedsheets in winter, got up in the night shivering.
Bedsheets have pet fur on them
- Claire (6/5): - Well equipped house with everything you need. It needs a good clean, particularly kitchen and bathroom.
- Jade (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (7/5): Good - Beds were not too comfy.
- Helen (9/5): Booked at last minute and happy with what we got - Lovely little cottage that comfortably accommodated our group of three adults, two teenagers and our elderly dog. The property was clean upon arrival, and the hosts kindly allowed us a slightly early check-in which was much appreciated.
We did encounter a couple of broken utensils in the kitchen while preparing our evening meal, but when we texted management, replacements were discretely delivered to our mailbox within 10 minutes - excellent responsive service!
Nothing fancy about the place, but it fulfilled all our needs for our overnight stay. Great location close to town for convenient access to amenities

- Sally (7/5): Cute little comfortable cottage, perfect for a quick stop. - Comfortable and cosy spot to stay. Was really clean and had everything we needed for the night. Tastefully renovated. Lovely little front veranda for an afternoon drink and chat. Exhaust fan didn’t work in main bathroom.
Could smell old cigarette smoke in the walls.
- Hayley (10/5): Exactly what I was hoping for. Very friendly and accommodating. A beautiful place to stay. - Very clean, and exactly like the photos. Nothing, it was great.
