• Kirchuk (10/5): The disadvantages are minor compared to the advantages. It was a pleasure. The owner of the apartment responded to every - Perfect location, close to everything, theaters, museums, restaurants, Chinatown, Buckingham - everything can be reached on foot. Homely and cozy apartment. People wrote here that it’s old and needed renovation, it didn't really bother us. It is indeed an old apartment but we felt very comfortable. The living room, kitchen and dining area are very cozy There are 2 main drawbacks - at the entrance below there is a fish and chips restaurant and the smell reaches the apartment, but it didn't bother us much because we were outside most of the day. And the second is that there is no door to the shower and toilet, there is a bath curtain instead... not ideal, but on the top floor there is another shower and toilet, with a door 😀
• Deborah (5/5): Not cleaned very well! Bare minimum done! - Location was central to everything, food, groceries, the underground and busses, and most of all, the cool things London has to offer. Dishwasher and washing machine were a BIG bonus! Historical home, lots of space and two full bathrooms. The flat was not very clean. Nothing had been dusted, many items left behind by previous renters, used contact lenses on the bedside table, food and drinks left behind by previous renters, showers were not cleaned and many personal hygiene products left behind, carpeting on stairs was not vacuumed. Very noisy at night for the front bedroom as a restaurant and pub were next door
• Stephanie (8/5): Overall very happy with the house. - Location, multiple levels, spacious, 2 bathrooms, kitchen! Very accommodating and accessible. Noise level (better windows). Fishy smell from the restaurant next door.
• Vinay (5/5): Good Location but the property needs a lot of repairs and upgrade! - The location is this property is bang on! It’s in the middle of SoHo area! The place needs an overall upgrade and limit repairs! One bathroom in the bedroom had only curtains and no door. So you had to lock the room door to use that bathroom. The common bathroom had no latch but just a hook. And the door could be opened from outside even if it was hooked from inside. We got running hot water for bathing only on day one of our stay. Remaining two days was ice cold water in which we couldn’t even wash our faces. Let alone take bath.
• Manuel (7/5): Good - An authentic historical house: lot of space, lot of rooms, nice living room. An authentic historical house: almost no sound or heat isolation, old smell in stairs.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Loved the location and the space it provides to a multiple party. - Location is the best for getting to all the sights and activities in London The shops below get a little noisy at night and the stairs in an old house can be difficult to navigate with luggage for older travelers.
• Assal (10/5): Perfect - The location was unbelievable. We could go almost anywhere by foot. Metro station is very close and convenient. The apartment is very nice just like the pictures and most importantly, very clean! The host was very responsive. Adding more mirrors to the house would be great, especially in the bedrooms.
