Veronique (8/5): Pour un court séjour, ça va bien! - Propre, calme, spacieux ! Chiens admis!, c’est un plus. Il faudrait avertir que c’est au 3e étage sans ascenseur! Il manque une petite machine à café ( ou une cafetière italienne), un tire-bouchon, un balai pour nettoyer le sol. Les duvets sont petits et bien légers!
Françoise Elisabeth (7/5): Agréable endroit pour une famille, un groupe (pas pour une personne seule) et en voiture. - Cet appartement aux allures vintage est atypique, des plafonds hauts, de grandes fenêtres lumineuses, un très joli parquet en bois . Magnifique et bien entretenu. La décoration est bien pensée, je me suis sentie à l'aise dès le début. La propreté est irréprochable, y compris dans le frigo, grand merci. Un personnel sympathique, prêt à vous aider et cool. Merci à Leif pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité! L'endroit est excentré, idéal pour arriver en voiture avec un parking tout à côté. Très verdoyant, il vous faudra marcher une bonne vingtaine de minutes pour arriver au lac ou bien au centre de Constance. Le Fussganger est agréable, bien aménagé, en revanche assez isolé le soir et même s'il ne nous est rien arrivé de fâcheux, je ne l'aurai pas emprunté seule. Globalement l'endroit est calme même si nous personnellement nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le bruit. Je recommande cet établissement si vous arrivez en voiture. En plus il y a de quoi faire un BBQ dehors, si la météo le permet. L'absence de cafetière, d'un simple "Bodum" pour se faire un café le matin. Personnellement je suis une buveuse de thé et d'infusion mais le café du matin est incontournable :-) Cela étant, tout à côté de l'établissement la boulangerie Heimatliebe en propose de très bons. Même si le lieu est calme, nous avons beaucoup souffert du bruit des voisins au dessus de nos têtes, dehors aussi. Pas de porte entre le sas de notre studio et la cage d'escalier, dans la nuit nous étions réveillés par les occupants peu discrets après leurs soirées festives ou bien au petit matin avant leur départ. Evitez le rez-de-chaussée si vous le pouvez, je pense que ça a beaucoup joué en notre défaveur. Habituellement je ne suis pas sensible au bruit. Ce qui nous a déplu également c'est le check- out demandé à 8h le matin du départ alors que lors de la réservation sur Booking il était indiqué 11H. Si nous n'avions pas transmis le screen de notre résa. et insisté, il aurait fallu payer 30 euros pour partir à 11H; J'ai trouvé cela fort déplaisant à notre arrivée.
Sebastian (7/5): Gute Lage für Stadtbummler, teils aber mit unruhigen Nächten - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Altstadt war in 25 min fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Fähre konnte man in 20 min erreichen. Ausstattung des Zimmers war ausreichend. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Eine Wanne zur Entspannung nach langen Tagen rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Die Apartments liegen an einer Art Studentenwohnheim. Dadurch war es den Abend am Vatertag sehr laut, weil die Studenten unten lautstark gefeiert haben. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag rund um den Bodensee war das nachts sehr störend.

Beate (5/5): - Positiv hervorzuheben ist das schöne Gebäude mit ausreichend Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Kaufland) und eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich in der Nähe; die Altstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dank der Bodensee-Gästekarte und der sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung lässt sich die Gegend optimal erkunden. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und reibungslos. Das Personal war zudem jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das „Deluxe-Zimmer“ gebucht, das den Namen unserer Meinung nach jedoch nicht verdient. Es wirkte eher wie eine minimalistisch eingerichtete Abstellkammer mit einem winzigen Badezimmer, das nur über zwei hohe Stufen (einen halben Meter höher gelegen) erreichbar war. Rein formal entsprach die Ausstattung zwar der Beschreibung (da allgemeine Begriffe wie „Sitzmöglichkeit“ verwendet wurden), der Standard war jedoch enttäuschend. Besonders ärgerlich: Andere Gäste hatten zum gleichen Preis deutlich schönere und größere Zimmer.

Klaus (10/5): Konstanz in drei Tagen - Schönes großes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad und kleiner Küchenzeile. Gute Lage für Ausflüge und Parkplatz für PKW und Räder. Es war ruhig und angenehm. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, zB wäre eine Kaffeemaschine sehr angenehm. Evtl. Auch etwas mehr Tassen und Teller bzw. Müslischalen.

Stan Smik (7/5): В целом, несмотря на некоторые возникшие нестыковки, рекомендую. - Очень хороша ванная комната со всеми имеющимися аксессуарами, чистый просторный номер, хороший ассортимент посуды и принадлежностей для готовки и хранения продуктов. Номер вполне располагает к полноценному отдыху после напряженного дня. Неплохое расположение, тихий, зеленый, современный район , в пешей доступности( от 400 м), много магазинов, кафе, баров с разнообразной кухней, торговый центр. Легко добраться на общественном транспорте на остров Майнау. Отлично для людей, путешествующих на автомобиле.. Достаточно быстро были решены проблемы при заселении. Заселение началось с того, полученный за день при чекине код (и он же присланный за два часа по почте код открытия ящичка с ключом) воспринимался как неправильный. Удалось не с первого раза связаться по телефону (благо, что супруга говорит неплохо на немецком) и получить в онлайне совершенно другой код (как? такое бывает?) . На все это ушло минут 20-25. При заказе я указал, что хочу номер с двумя отдельными кроватями , однако предоставлен был другой, с одной большой двуспальной . Не принципиально, но немного смутило отношение к предпочтениям своих постояльцев. Хоть район тихий, но до транспорта идти метров 400, откуда можно легко уехать в исторический центр и вернуться обратно. Что касается поездки на автовокзал, то тут есть большие неудобства , если к отелю пешком, то метров 800 взбираться на склон. Есть также неудобства и с обратной дорогой на автовокзал, но все это связано с маршрутами местного автобусного транспорта. Займет времени минут 40-50. Такси решает все эти вопросы. В целом , эти небольшие недостатки скрашиваются очень хорошими впечатлениями о городе пребывания и об непосредственно этом отеле.

Gabriele (7/5): Für 2 Übernachtungen war das Apartement für uns in Ordnung - aus ehemaliger Kaserne großes Apartement gestaltet, modern, ansprechend eingerichtet, Regale vorhanden, Dusche neu, schön gestaltet, viel Ablagemöglichkeit, angenehm; 1 gr. Fl. Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung, etwas Kaffeepulver u Zucker , Küchenzeile für uns ausreichend, Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus zu wenig Steckdosen am Bett: die Steckdose war belegt mit Nachttisch -bzw. Lese-Lampe, Zusatzsteckdose für notwendiges Gerät am Bett hat gefehlt, Ohne die eingesteckte Nachttischlampe am Bett ist es zum Lesen zu dunkel und der große Raum ist dann am Abend nicht ausreichend ausgeleuchtet. Ärgerlich: Samsung-Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert: angeblich zu schwaches Signal abends jeweils nur noch 1 Parkplatz frei, zum Glück!

Susanne (5/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig. Sowohl das Zentrum als auch der ÖPNV sind gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und man bekommt sehr viel von seinen Zimmernachbarn mit. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Fotos erwecken einen anderen Eindruck als das, was man antrifft.
