• Erica (9/5): Soggiorno nel cuore di Candem - Ottima posizione,vicinissimo alle fermate Candem e Mornington Crescent per raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche. In prossimità ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e il Candem Market. Ottima comunicazione con Host,molto disponibile. Camera davvero molto piccola,poco funzionale,ci vorrebbero degli spazi per appoggiare almeno la valigia,bagno piano terra con un lavandino minuscolo e la porta che rende l’entrata e uscita difficoltosa perché si apre vedo l’interno.

• David (6/5): Unbeatable location though the room is small - Excellent location. It's within walking distance to Camden Market and very close to central London. The transport links are superb, making it easy to get anywhere. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was quite small and cramped. While the facilities overall are a bit dated, they are clearly well-maintained and kept clean through regular housekeeping.

• Joe (6/5): Gets the job done. Expect what you’re paying for. Great location. - I had a good stay at this property. What I think stands out the most is that it is good value for money. The property is cheap and cheerful. I thought the room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bedding / mattress / pillows etc were clean, as were the towels. (With the exception on the throw blankets which I think lower the quality of the bedding as they were less clean.) overall I would return here if I needed a cheap stay that is in a great location. The bedside unit is aged and needs to be replaced as it is stained / dirty. The walls / ceiling would benefit from a fresh lick of paint. The downstairs toilet lets the property down. But none of these were dealbreakers for me, just not ideal.

• Joe (1/5): Not worth the hassle! DONT STAY HERE - Close proximity to major stations DONT STAY HERE!!!!! Instructions weren’t accurate… following though apple or google maps took you to the wrong place and had to spot something on the YouTube tutorial to find the correct entrance, upon finding this and getting into the gated area the flat is not easily accessible and relied on local residents seeing us struggle to find the accommodation! We rang the hosts and they eventually answered but offered no significant assistance. Once we found the flat the door to get into the building wouldn’t open so once again relied on chance that residents were outside and let us in. Once we got to the flat it was just a room but no communal area as stated! Seemed alternative accommodation very disappointing experience

• Stuart (8/5): Spot on - The location is excellent - 15 min walk from Kings Cross and Euston. Very secure and very quiet while being close to Camden Lock. Bathroom could be better quality and wallpaper in the room too. But it was all clean and good fire the price.

The bed was comfortable, and everything was well-organised despite being a budget option. • Gemma (5/5): Passable to sleep, but would not stay again. - Nothing Bathrooms were very grimy, wasn’t able to acess property as incorrect keys were given. This however was sorted with great customer service. The area feels dodgy and I am pretty sure the flat next door is a drug house.

Location details and how to find the property were accurate The state of the accommodation are definitely not as described with the booking pictures. A room in a shared accommodation. The heating was not working in early winter. A small heater was present in the room. The sheets did not cover the bed properly, there was damp in the room on the wall and at the base of the bed. There was only one functional light bulb, the clock was not functional, there were trailing cables posing a tripping hazard and cobwebs. The bathroom was quite unkempt and needed an upgrade. I contacted the number provided and was told they will return the call but no-one called back.

• Jacek (1/5): Horror - Overall I wanted to pack my bags and go away. The worst place I have stayed at in my life, although I have been to many accommodations. The dirt was unbelievable. The worst thing was that they turned off the heating from 11 pm to 6 am. I was freezing!!! Slept in hoodie and my jacket. There were some dead bugs on the floor and some weird stains on the bed. NO HOT WATER IN :((( stay away xxx

El anfitrión se portó genial con nosotros, estuvo atento a cada momento y a cada duda que teníamos. Todo perfecto, aunque estaría bien que tuviera algo más de limpieza. Tampoco me gustó (y esto no es culpa del establecimiento) son los turistas de al lado que eran muy ruidosos y tuvimos que llamarle la atención un par de veces para que nos dejaran dormir. Ojalá las personas empatizaran más con los demás.

• Shaylene (5/5): - It's in a good location, 2 min walk to the closest tube station and supermarket. 15 min walk to Camden Market Curtains need replacing, some of them are broken and let in light. Especially at night with the bright outside lights that don't turn off. It looked like there was a stain on the sheet and mould on the bottom of the wall behind the bed. Some of the cutlery hadn't been cleaned properly by a previous guest. Soundproofing is very minimal, could hear people in the stairwell, other rooms and even in the flat next door. There was no way to dry my clothes in the apartment, no dryer or even a clothes rack available to hang the washing over to dry. There was also stale water in the bottom of the washing machine when I first opened it that smelled bad. Even after managing to drain it my clothes were left with a weird smell after washing. The power also went out one morning, resulting in no hot water or heating and it took over an hour to be fixed.

Bagno in comune poco pulito e in alcune zone del soffitto c’era la muffa, e cose per 6 camere un solo bagno con la doccia e’ poco
• Ian (2/5): - well located. the room is extremely tiny, barely fitting two people with two bags. the front door did not close fully which is a security issue. the bathrooms are covered in mould. there is no sound barrier at all, you hear everything in other rooms and outside.

Bien localisé. - Localisation, lit confortable, sécurité du bâtiment Logement non insonorité (on attend tout ce qu’il se passe dans l’autre chambre, couloir et à l’étage) logement sale, cheveux/poil sur les draps, espace commun sale (fuite d’eau dans le toilette, pas de tapis dans la salle de bain donc le sol toujours mouillé et sale, rideau de douche délabré,…), pas de rideau sur la porte vitrée en face du lit. Nous sommes 2 et avons eu seulement 1 serviette, j’ai dû aller chercher dans les placards pour trouver une deuxième.

• Sarah (6/5): Goed voor een kleiner budget en wie basic op reis wil. - Goede ligging. Dichtbij metro en bus. Levendige buurt in Camden. Ideale ligging als je met de Eurostar komt. Ideaal als je een laag budget hebt en niet echt geeft om veel ruimte of luxe. Muren heel dun waardoor je veel lawaai van andere gasten kan horen. Badkamer en wc waren heel vochtig.

• Haizea (8/5): Perfecta ubicación y zona tranquila. - La ubicación es perfecta en Candem, cerca de metro y en una zona súper tranquila. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue fluida y amable y el self check-in fácil y cómodo. Nos tocó una habitación con cocina y aunque no hicimos uso de ella fue cómoda para los tres que nos alojamos. El baño es compartido (por el precio nos pareció bien que así fuera) pero no creo que lo limpien muy a menudo. Las instalaciones necesitan mejora, la cortina de nuestra habitación estaba medio colgando. Se ve que el mantenimiento es el Justo pero es suficiente para pasar unos días y usar la habitación para descansar.

Comunicazione perfetta con i gestori sempre molto presenti e disponibili (rispondono sempre nel giro di pochi minuti) Stanza un po' piccola, ma comunque nella media delle stanze di Londra.

• Marina (6/5): Alojamiento bien ubicado y cómodo únicamente para dormir. - La ubicación es ideal, a 10 minutos caminando de Camden market y a 10 de la estación Euston. La comunicación a través de booking muy bien, nos dieron todas las indicaciones para entrar en el apartamento el primer día y nos han contestado rápido a otras consultas. Se agradece que haya champú y gel de uso común en la ducha. Además había secador y un par de adaptadores para los enchufes en la habitación. El lugar es tranquilo y no hubo problemas para utilizar el lavabo, a pesar de haber 5 habitaciones. La habitación con cocina tenía un olor bastante fuerte… cada vez que entrábamos tardábamos un rato en adaptarnos (olía a especias fuertes tipo curry). El suelo y las sábanas estaban limpias, y en general la habitación, aunque la parte de la cocina necesitaría una limpieza profunda sobretodo en las puertas de los armarios y el grifo de la pica. Había una cortina que estaba rota, lo comunicamos pero no la arreglaron (entraba luz por la mañana). Si no te molesta la luz para dormir no es un inconveniente.

• Sabrina (1/5): Self check-in nicht möglich, standen nachts auf der Straße, keine Antwort auf Notfalltelefon - Lage Wir kamen nachts an, hatten extra eine Unterkunft mit Self Check-in gewählt. Haben auch eine ausführliche Anleitung dafür erhalten. Leider standen wir dann nachts vor dem Tor und es ließ sich mit der Anleitung nicht öffnen. Die Tasten haben nicht reagiert und es kam „error“, wir haben stundenlang versucht die Unterkunft über die erhaltene „Notfallnummer“ zu erreichen, vergeblich. Erst morgens nachdem wir die Nacht auf der Straße gestrandet waren erreichten wir jemand, die uns dann eine andere Tasten Kombination gab. Es gab keine richtige Entschuldung oder Kompensation dafür!!! Unsere Nachrichten wurden ignoriert, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Außerdem war es unglaublich hellhörig, der Teppichboden war ekelhaft und das Bett war komplett durchgelegen. Absolut grauenhafter Service.
• Jan (3/5): - The location is good Had to enter via locked gate with key pad, which didn't work, and we got drenched in the rain, eventually got in as someone was coming out. Then couldn't get into the building, shouted someone, and they let us in. Finally, we got to the room. Very small and basic, shared bathroom wasn't very clean, a mop bucket left with dirty water in it. The bed was quite comfy, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The people who run it were not helpful at all.
