Apartamento con mal mantenimiento en general, el baño se obstruía constantemente aunque no se le tirara papel dentro, la pileta de la cocina perdía agua por debajo, y la limpieza en general era deficiente. Otro problema fue que no hay recambio de toallas ni ropa de cama, y para estancias medias o largas eso genera dificultad.

• Lourenço (10/5): Esse flat é ótimo , lugar tranquilo,perto de vários lugares famosos,área da piscina muito boa,lugar bom para quem quer d - Lugar próximo a vários lugares famosos ,piscina no piso superior ,tudo bem organizado. Embora as coisas estivessem organizadas ,a roupa de cama estava com jeito que não tinha sido trocada .

• Ross (8/5): Very good - Very close to the beach and within walking distance of everything in Maracaípe. Had a lovely roof terrace with a pool and great views of the sea! The flat is quite small with not much storage space so would be a bit of a squeeze for any more than two people but for a couple for a short stay it is ok.
