• Sarah (10/5): - We stayed here 2 nights. It is away from the crowds, quiet, clean and comfortable. Some really cute restaurants and cafes nearby.
• Noelle (10/5): Wonderful! - The apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. Everything was clean and well kept. The hosts were very helpful and informative. It was easy to access with their directions and tips. The location was very quiet. The beds could have been a bit softer but that’s personal preference and we really did sleep well.

• Sarah (8/5): we would absolutely come back - Host was very helpful and responded promptly to requests. Let us enter the apartment a bit sooner than planned and let us leave a bit later. the location was amazing: not in the middle of tourism, but still central (and even had a grocery shop nearby). It was a bit chilly in the apartment and the beds were mediocre.

• Tammy (10/5): A nice place for your Venice visit - Lovely apartment in Dorsoduro! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all that the island offers. Clean, light and bright interior. Modern appliances and spacious master bedroom and bath. Espresso each morning was a nice touch. Convenient self check in. Perfect for a family, couple, or small group. Main living room/kitchen is a bit small, we would have preferred comfortable chairs or a small sofa there. Also would like to meet the host in person. Neighborhood did not seem friendly to tourists.
• Cheryl (4/5): don't bother. once the company has your money, you're history - it wasn't too far from restaurants and groceries very difficult to find. the trash was confusing. you have to take down garbage, paper, plastics all at different times of the week. we were asked to leave it downstairs. there is a sign down stairs that says Don't leave your trash downstairs. ? when we were there, the Vaporetto drivers were on strike. I text Federica how do I get a water taxi? NEVER HEARD FROM HER! she should have tried to get in touch with us.

• Kamran (9/5): It was lovely staying here. - It is a clean and spacious apartment for a family stay and there were good food places at walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here with all the amenities available. To locate the apartment first time was tricky as it was difficult to map it with a GPS. Due to boats based access in Venice and for walking based access, there were stairs in between so we had to hire a porter to transport luggage. It is ok for less luggage provided first time access directions are clear for walking. For boat based access, walking from Santa Marta or San Basilica directions should be clearly specified.
• Elisa (8/5): Quiet area of Venice - Nice quiet area. Close to many good places for food and drinks. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - perfect size traveling with teens. Price okayish. Kitchen ok, and enough equipment there and in the bathrooms. Good internet. The check in procedure asked for way too many personal irrelevant details. The host helped waiving some of the non mandatory points. There was mold in the corner near the bed in the bigger room. Hot water was not really working, we had to shower cold mostly. The double bed in the bigger room was not stable and very noisy. The mattress was quite thin. The people in the apartment in front of ours left thrash bags in front of our door for 3 days over the weekend.

The icing on the cake was undoubtedly the exceptional value offered by this hidden apartment, making it a standout choice for any family seeking a unique experience in Venice. While our stay had its highlights, there were a couple of aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Firstly, the water heater proved to be somewhat inconsistent, fluctuating between extremes of either scalding hot or chillingly cold water. This inconsistency made it challenging to enjoy a comfortable shower experience. Additionally, despite our party consisting of four individuals, we found that the provision of shower towels fell short, with only enough towels provided for two to three people.

• Vanina (8/5): Very good - Great place, a little far from the Center, but quiet and comfortable. A lot of space and amenities. Fully equipped for everything someone might need. We did not saw the thermostat on the wall until the last night. The air conditioners do not work on hot and we were kind a cold 2 of the 3 nights, which in February is close to 0 degrees.

• Esteras (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in our visit in Venice - We like that the property was outside of the real tourist area. It was quiet and very quaint. We did have a bit of a hard time finding the location but once we realized we needed to go down another street to go around we were able to find it OK. We didn’t like that we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs.
