Peter (1/5): - We didn't stay in this apartment! The real estate agent changed us to Apartment 25A on the 25th floor of the Beach Haven Apartments without informing us. We were very unhappy with the change in Apartment and received no satisfaction from Coupers Real Estate, who managed the property. It was even difficult trying to organise to get the keys as we did not want to do an online check in. While the Beach Haven apartment was nice it did not meet our expectations as we expected to stay at the Talisman Apartments. All the communication we received was headed "Beachfront Tailsman 22nd Floor" and even this review has the same heading. We were confused when we attempted to drive into the Talisman Apartments and the security fob did not work.
