• Agnieszka (1/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca. Brak pomocy ze strony gospodarza obiektu w sytuacji kryzysowej. Po powrocie z miasta, nie można było dostać się do apartamentu, ponieważ ktoś się do niego włamał i dokonał kradzieży naszych osobistych przedmiotów. Na skutek włamania zostały zablokowane drzwi od środka. Mimo naszej prośby, nikt nie przyjechał na miejsce i nie pomógł nam w tej trudnej sytuacji, trzeba było samemu wezwać ślusarza. Apartament jest zlokalizowany przy bardzo głośnej ulicy.
• giuli (9/5): Great apartment - We absolutely loved the apartment The only thing is that the road is very busy all day and night and so there’s lots of traffic noise. It was difficult for us to sort out the recycling because the labels on the boxes had faded so we couldn’t read them. This is very minor but it would help guests if the labels were clear.

• Gordon (5/5): Great apartment, spoiled by theft and bug bites - Perfect location, great sized apartment and facilities all great. We got broken in to on the first day. 1 x passport, 1 x tag heuer watch, 2 x AirPods, 1 x set of important medication all stolen. We all also got absolutely bitten to pieces, I myself have over 50 bits across my body. So there is a potential bed bug issue.

Mi ha colpito la cura nella pulizia, il rapporto qualità prezzo è adavvero ottimo. Ho avuto modo di scrivere al gestore per avere delle info aggiuntive sulla città e la risposta è sempre stata pronta e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere tutti i posti più turistici ma anche le zone con mivimento notturno e nonostante ciò non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di schiamazzi o rumore mentre dormivamo. Davvero consigliato

• GÁBOR (7/5): Jó ár/érték , de bosszantó dolgok - Elhelyezkedés , szállás átvétel , ár/érték Zuhanyzásnál sokáig nincs vagy elmegy a melegvíz . Nincs a takarón huzat , csak egy lepedő . Az ágy ki van feküdve kényelmetlen. A szállás átvételkor kikapcsolva a fűtés és a WIFI, így jéghideg a lakás.

Ci sono ben 4 camere da letto, di cui una su di un piano rialzato. Le camere che danno sulla strada risentono dei rumori del traffico. Per le altre non ci sono problemi di comfort.
• JoDee (6/5): Place is fine but be aware it is very noisy. - It fit the need to accommodate 5 adults. Location was very noisy. There was an air conditioning control for 1 room. Bathroom windows need coverings. Dressers are totally unusable and broken. No kitchen linens. Trash was not accessible and some trash was left in the can under the sink. Walls have either blood or bugs on them.

• Dayana (7/5): Good - The property was in a good location and was spacious. I was disappointed with my experience at this apartment. The hosts were unresponsive and took a long time to reply to messages. There was also a significant issue with the power: the main breaker frequently shuts down, and guests need to go to the first floor to manually turn it back on. The hosts were aware of this problem but failed to inform us in advance. When the power went out during our stay, we were left without electricity all night. Despite reaching out to the hosts multiple times, we didn’t receive a response until the following afternoon. As a result, we had no hot water, the apartment was dark, and it was uncomfortably cold. The hosts should have made us aware of this issue before check-in, so we could handle it ourselves if it happened, and avoid spending an entire night in those conditions.

• Peter (10/5): Great family accommodation to discover Florence - Flexible arrival time due to keybox (self check-in), hosts are responding quickly. Big apartment, perfect for a family of 4-5 people. Fully-equipped kitchen and huge spaces. Perfect location to discover the city`s old town, restaurants and museums are in walking distance. Easy access to the airport via tram. -
• Reni (6/5): Pleasant - The instructions for check-in were clear and straightforward, which made our arrival smooth. We could also leave our luggage at the property before the check-in time (after a short communication in advance). The property has a good location, which is a plus. There is no grocery store nearby, but you can find cafes within a 5-minute walk. There are a few areas for improvement. The cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the kitchen, which didn't feel very inviting. Additionally, we experienced some issues with the bathroom, including low water pressure, poor drainage in the shower, and a door that didn’t close properly. Similarly, the terrace door also had trouble closing securely. Lastly, it took us 10 days to obtain an invoice for our accommodation costs, which caused us difficulties as our trip was for business and we needed document proofs for the costs.

• Saskia (5/5): Nice to sleep close to town but not very comfortable appartment - Walking distance to the center of Florence, also we had been able to find a free parking spot in the street of the appartment. I was given a “ok” for the arrival time but the appartment was not clean yet and the cleaners told us to come back after one hour. Luckely with google transfer we were able to ask to leave the luggage and visit the bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms are very old, at some point the toilet started to make a really hard noise, and one other toilet leeked water when the children had moved the upper part a little bit - a bit unclear and unstable. The dishes in the kitchen were still in the drying part above the sink, not neatly stored - the pans not very clean. The chairs are very wobbly, small table and the sofa is really not comfortable to sit on. We loved the location but for the price to pay we do expect more comfort in the appartment. This appartment really needs to be renovated. It has a lot of potential, it’s very spacious!

• Ruth (9/5): Apartment fantastic. Host very accommodating as we needed an early check-in - Location was excellent. Tram across the road from property. 3 stops to the Centre of Florence. Bus stop across from property and train station 2 stops away on the tram. Can’t fault the property. It was spotless. Stayed with my husband, 15 year old son and my husband’s parents. While this is not a negative point, the apartment was on the 2nd floor. A bit tricky for the in-laws. But all in all fantastic.

Lots of windows and natural light, lots of storage spaces. 10-min walk to main train station and city centre No lift, it is not indicated that the apartment is on the 2nd floor. No minimarket on site, contrary to listing. No nearby supermarket/convenient store. Neighborhood is very dark and a bit eerie at night. Lock in main bathroom is defective, mom always got locked in

It’s near train stop and 20min walk to city center The check in system Is horrific you have to input all your personal info to get the code to get in to the apartment or else your stuck outside. The apartment WiFi did not work, only one tv and due to no wifi we couldn’t watch tv, no working heater and it was freezing we had to call many times for help. with no direct service to a person. No nearby restaurants or cafes so u have to walk or order in. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again I rather do a hotel.
• Thomas (10/5): Family of 5 - would stay again - The apartment was huge. We stayed here as a family of 5 and had so much room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Noted the sofa bed and a fold out bed, could easily take 8 people comfortably. Check in was easy with clear instructions. Especially liked the house manual, very informative when have questions. Easy 10 minute walk to the main train station. If your sensitive to road noise, it was noisy til late in the night, but quieter after midnight - next to a main road. Showers could do with a better scrub, otherwise fine.

• Sadia (5/5): Good sizes apartment for 5 people, but issues like no hot water, wifi connection that would eventually get resolved one - Good location, spacious. Day time staff when we manage to connect with were accommodating. For a group of 5 people (apartment is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths) only one person was able to shower with hot water, then it ran cold consistently. All duvets had stains on them. Kettle didn’t work. Night time or emergency numbers were never answered. Seems like the management was in a different city and had minimal or no oversight. Bathroom had no window coverings and had clear view from the street and apartment across being on the 1st floor.

• Marie (5/5): This is our first time in Florence and if we return it wouldn’t be at this property - Location was 25 minutes away on foot. I didn’t like the location at all as it is near a busy and noisy road. Having 2 small children it kept us all awake. It looked and sounded great on your website, paying £995 for a 3 night stay seemed reasonable until we got there. On our day of arrival I had been sent an email from the booking agent (Yikey) to inform me that we could go to the apartment anytime after 12. When we arrived the cleaners were there and were not happy about that arrangement. Not my fault for a breakdown in communication! The property needs an update, especially the electrics which kept tripping. No microwave or toaster either which I assumed would be in the property. Noisy and busy road outside which kept some of us awake.

On how to use appliances and air conditioner and how to turn hot water which we did not have for a period of about two of the three days we stayed there. There was no personal contact. I strongly suggest that a person should meet new guests when they arrive to explain how to use the facilities.

We stay for 3 nights, shower and vanity drain clogged when arrived, water overflow when taking shower, messaged host request for maintenance but did not get fixed 2 days later.
• Ben (7/5): Good - Location was excellent. Easy to walk into the centre of the city. Host was responsive and helpful. Located near a busy road. This is not the fault of the apartment, but traffic was heavy and constant.

I would hig - The apartment was bright and spacious with all the amenities needed to be comfortable. It was in a good location walking distance to the train and buses. There were structural issues with some of the doors that did not close properly.

• Cristina (8/5): We were so great!!! - Francesca And Giuliana were so kind and helpful! The apartment has a great location, although a little noisy, is so beautiful. The sofa bed is small for two people. The hot water and the electricity went down sometimes, a little uncomfortable but it’s easy fixed!
• Beatriz (3/5): Disappointing - The place is very spacious and the location is ok. The windows weren't soundproofed at all. We were woken up every morning by very loud traffic. This meant that it wasn't weather proofed either. The living room was a sauna, especially because there's no ac there. The rooms' ac was incredibly loud and didn't cool the room that much, impossible to sleep with on. Impossible to sleep with it off too as the rooms were very hot. The mattresses are old and deformed, especially on the double beds, they were U shaped. The cleanliness was ok, but there was some dust and the walls needed some washing as there were marks of mosquitoes and shoes on them. There were some molde problems near one of the bathrooms, if you are allergic, stay away. There's not lift, if you can't walk up stairs, this is not the place to go to.
