• Zuzanna (7/5): - The property itself was nice and spacious, which made the stay comfortable. The pool was big and there were plenty of loungers available, so it never felt crowded. Access to the beach was also convenient and easy, which was a big plus. The check-in experience was confusing and not very welcoming. Since the property operates under a few different names and brands, it wasn’t clear where to go. The first security guard we encountered was not particularly friendly, and the second one at the next gate completely dismissed us when we tried to ask where to park and how to check in. Communication was difficult, and overall the first impression was quite poor. Additionally, the apartment had two bathrooms, but in one of them there was only cold water in the shower, which was inconvenient.
• Przemek szef (10/5): - Bardzo duży i wygodny apartament. Szerokie wygodne łóżka. Fajny taras z super widokiem na morze. Piękny zadbany ogród i wielki basen z wyjściem na plażę. Dodatkowo leżaki na plaży i oczywiście na basenie. Nie.ma.żadnych komarów jak ktoś wcześniej pisał. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem i proste zameldowanie. Super miejsce. Polecam Nic
• JiriJ (10/5): - Amazing view from the balcony directly to the sea. The size of the accommodation corresponds to the description. The friendliness of the host.
• Caroline (10/5): Great apartment with stunning views - This property is spacious and lovely and in an area that means you can get to several areas of Cancun easily and quickly. I.e. you can take a short cab to the hotel zone or downtown. It is also a very short walk to the ferry port for a trip to Isla Mujeres. We also found it easy for tour buses to pick us up near this apartment. The terrace was great with amazing views of the beach and sea and had a lot of sun on it for most of the day. The gardens and pool were lovely - the pool is very big and was great for swimming in. In the garden there are cute lizards just sitting in the sun - very tropical. There are security all around which made this complex feel very safe. Facilities were good with two bathrooms, lots of living-room seating, large dinning table, decent kitchen, a washing machine and dryer. Drinking water was supplied and topped up as required. We had to have wrists bands the whole time for security to see, which was way overkill as it was an apartment not an all-inclusive resort. These bands were not removable and hence they drew attention to the fact we were tourists! Some of the kitchen equipment was limited i.e. no frying pan or baking tray. The water temperature was an issue and it wasn’t just a settings thing - in the shower, the water would run scalding for a few minutes then continuously cold. With the bathroom I was using, I had cold showers the whole time which I am ok with, but not ideal and I would imagine most people would not want this. We knew when booking the property there was no gym (i.e. it was not in the list of facilities), but there is actually a nice gym on site, but us holiday makers were not allowed to use it which was kinda overkill once again - the gym was sat there practically empty, but it was as if we were perhaps not really welcome as holiday makers and not the owners of the apartment. I was even happy to pay a bit extra to use the gym, but it was just a no.

• Vaiva (8/5): - We loved the terrace and the sea view. The location was close to the sea and port. Safe surroundings, close to the street, convenient location to get around. The apartment was very worn out, especially the kitchen facilities.
• Juan Pablo (10/5): Apartamento super cómodo - El apartamento tiene una vista espectacular al mar ... el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías.. esta cerca al ferry que va a Isla Mujeres ... hay farmacia y una tienda a pocos pasos del condominio. Tiene una piscina enorme y muy limpia. Hay un restaurante a pocos se llama Puerto Santo a pasos saliendo por la playa. Como esta cerca al manglar y hay bastante vegetación hay mosquitos ... INDISPENSABLE llevar repelente.

• Maryanne (10/5): Fabulous location and Apartment - We absolutely loved staying in this apartment.✨️ The views were amazing, and the apartment itself had everything you could have wanted. Michele gave very clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and the process was very easy. The photos accurately reflect the apartment. The beds were super comfortable, and the air-conditioning in both bedrooms was a god send. (extremely hot during our stay) Thank you for having us in your home. It was a pleasure.👌 This is not negative about the apartment itself but rather the whole complex rules. We found the pool too hot and therefore didn't use it(such a shame as it is so gorgeous😕) We were unsure as to the strict rules of using only the provided pool towels along with not being able to take water/drinks or any form of food/snacks to the pool area? Most importantly, no toilets are provided at the pool area, particularly when there are numerous rules pointing out there is dye in the water to detect! I'm just thinking for families with young children??? It didn't make sense to us not to provide toilet amenities.
• Sara (9/5): Living the Dream at Blue Dream - Blue Dream is a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. The view of the ocean from the balcony is just incredible. Blue Dream also felt very safe! There are two security check points between the main road and the building. The security staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, but we spent most of our time on the beach! The water in front of Blue Dream is stunning and calm. There were plenty of beach chairs as well. There is a delicious restaurant right on the beach just steps from the property, called Puerto Santo. We ate there 3 times! Puerto Cancun is just a 5 minute Uber ride from Blue Dream, and you’ll be at a great mall with lots of other fantastic restaurants. You can walk to the ferry station if you want to take a day trip to Isla Mujeres (and you absolutely should)! A Circle K convenience store is right across the street from Blue Dream and my mom swore by their coffee LOL. Michelle, our host was amazing. She checked in on us and was readily available should we need anything. I highly recommend Blue Dream and look forward to staying there again. Aside from Puerto Santo, there aren’t many good restaurants within walking distance. But Puerto Cancun is a very short drive away and has many options.
