- Paul (4/5): Place was dark and a little creepy - Location was good, communication collecting keys etc great, parking great Had too many sofas in apartment, mural on wall is too dark, acoustic tiles randomly placed is creepy, huge kitchen area but no wardrobe, spare bed and random chairs on balcony, shower needs grouting and need to buy new white towels, all hand towels were greying. Washing machine was running when we got there.

Left hand lamp in bedroom kept flickering.
Aircon remote took so long to stop and start as the sensors were painted over.
Remote in bedroom had exposed back and I could not get the TV to work at all. There was an extra remote but still bid not work.
If there was WiFi it didn't work and no info on password.
The major pain that was not explained before you pay your money that you had to go to an IGA shop to pick up a key, yes it's in the same street, but drove past it the first time not easy to see and on back street.

- Vincent (10/5): Great value for money in a brilliant location! - Brilliant location with a nice view and great unique vibe to the room. Highly recommend a stay here as great value for money!! The only dislike was the fact we had to get our room key from the IGA nearby and there was a bit of a much around as the code we had to provide wasn’t correct but I called the owner and he was able to sort it pretty quickly and was very accommodating!

Sauberes 1 Zimmer appartements mit allem was man braucht. Wer bei offenem Fenster schlafen 😴 möchte, sollte den Bahn Verkehr nicht unterschätzen und ab 5.30 Uhr das gegenüberliegende gym mit lauter Musik.

The flat was quiet and well equipped. The parking was an added bonus. The flat is really clean but could use a refresh.

The room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for an extended stay.
Definitely on the list for another stay here. A couple of small items that needed addressed, but were rectified by Robert as soon as he was informed.

- Life's Grand (7/5): Great Stay, close to Convention Centre - would love to book again. - Our late arrival meant we had to arrange with Host directly to provide an alternative arrangement for entry, via a Lock Box. We were very happy with the ease of communications. Very tidy, clean, lovely patio with concertina windows that allowed for a lovely evening breeze to flow in. Great views of the City. Loved the Coffee Pod machine and various Teas available. Plenty of Milk provided in the fridge. The Sofa Bed was slightly stained, however was happy that the Linen was provided. Would have liked Sugar sachets provided as opposed to the Equal Sachet varieties.

- Desley (10/5): Very comfortable and clean and so quiet, a short walk to QPAC, Southbank and all the restaurants in Grey street - We were in Brisbane for a show at QPAC, it was only a short walk. The free allocated car park was so good. The host was very responsive when I text him. We were given very clear instructions of where to pick up the key which was close to the accommodation unfortunately there was only 1 visitor car park which was taken but I managed to find a park close by.

- Christine (8/5): Great location in South Bank - Great position for a visit to South Bank and QPAC. Well laid out plan with plenty of items if you needed to cook a meal. Getting the keys and into the room was a bit an adventure. No real sugar for coffee.
Probably need to remove to dismantled furniture from porch.
The air freshener is a bit overpowering.

- Brian (9/5): Great one week stay for exploring Brisbane - The location was very good for catching ferries for site seeing excursions and it was close to West End for restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was modern, comfortable, well equipped for self catering and reasonably priced. We stayed for a week and relied on public transport that was convenient, frequent and very cheap. There wasn’t enough light in the kitchen area making food preparation difficult. There was a garbage chute but no instructions for recycling, however, we did find the bins late in our stay.

Apartment is well set out with kitchen ,washing machine /dryer (we didn't need to use as it was only a 1 night stay ) and a balcony No negative comments

Bathroom does not have exhaust fan, hence ventilation is not good. Balcony dining area had furniture and washing line left out - space should be designated for guest use.

The unit was very clean and well kept,with a comfortable bed. I had to pick the keys up from a secondary location, not from the hotel......When I arrived to pick up the keys, they had been misplaced and I had to wait an hour for someone to bring them to me.
The owner was extremely apologetic, and provided a level of hospitality to apologise, which was VERY much appreciated, but it just added to my already long (6hr) trip to get there - it was just an inconvenience I didn't need.
It would be beneficial if the owner could actually meet guests with the key at the property.
Tea and coffee making facilities were available, but no tea or milk provided... If I'd known I would have bought some. First world problem....but it's little touches that make a big difference.

- Lee (9/5): Great place to stay in Southbank, Brisbane - I've stayed here before, and it's a very comfortable, quite roomy apartment within walking distance of the Southbank cultural precinct. Bed is very comfortable, and there's a very large, comfortable couch. Has a pleasant balcony, with not much of a view unless you like trains and other high rise buildings, but hey, it's Brisbane. Well equipped kitchen for cooking if preferred. Great parking option. Nothing.

Easy access to the apartment and communication with the owner. Nothing. For reference there is no facility to store your luggage following check out if needed. That said I used the Stacher App and located a number of storage options close for a nominal fee, so it was not an issue.
- Samantha (9/5): Central city stay - Stylish and spacious unit, fittings and furnishings were to a high standard. The host was great, helped us with an early check in so that we could get our baby down for a nap!
The location is great, walk to everything.
The cafe downstairs was good, friendly staff and coffee was nice. Very reasonably priced! The bed takes up the whole bedroom area which we didn't realise - so it wasn't ideal with our travel cot, but there was room to set it up in the dining area. With that said, the unit would be perfect as a couple as the bed was very comfy.

In good location.
Not expensive. Apartment door was right next to the rubbish shute and it smelt bad. On arrival the apartment was a little smelly from it. It did clear once the window was opened.
The apartment was also very dark with dark furniture making it worst. OK for 1 night, but wouldn't have wanted to Stay longer.
