• Caroline (2/5): The worst accommodation I have stayed in. - Nothing. I would not stay at this apartment again. The bed was very uncomfortable—I woke up with back pain every day. The location is also quite inconvenient, as it’s far from the station and very difficult to find. Even Google Maps does not accurately show the property, which caused us a lot of trouble on arrival. When I contacted the owner for help, the response was rude. I was told to “read the instructions,” but I had not received any. When I asked for them to be resent, the owner sounded impatient and unfriendly over the phone. On another occasion, we briefly left a couple of boxes at the doorstep while rushing out to Disneyland, intending to dispose of them properly later. The owner messaged again in a very rude tone, warning us not to do that again. The apartment itself was also disappointing. The toilet was extremely small, there were no chairs to sit on, and there was barely enough space to open luggage comfortably. I have visited Japan many times, and this is by far the worst accommodation I have stayed in. In my opinion, it is not worth the money, and I would recommend staying somewhere else.
• Alodie (8/5): We had a pleasant stay. - This property was in an excellent neighbourhood. Many little restaurants were close, laundry, 7-11 and the train station. The property was a cozy place. Host was great. The bathroom was very small.

• Asami (6/5): 面白い宿で思い出になりました。 - Goghの内装が個性的で凄くよかったです。基本的にはきれいで、思い出にもなって写真映えがしました。 ベッドマットと枕が微妙な感じに見えましたが意外と寝心地が良く、よく眠れてよかったです。 入口のスリッパケースをあけたらものすごい臭さで、そこからファブリーズなど一生懸命したのですが寝る時まで部屋から臭いがなかなか取れませんでした。 部屋の扉の中に入っているマグカップを使おうと思いましたが、使用済みのべたべたの凄く汚れたコップばかりで使えませんでした。夜中の遅くまで上の階の方のドタバタとした騒音がかなりうるさかったです。
• Jean (8/5): We enjoyed the stay!! Thanks! - Good location, not far from train station. Host was friendly and nice, the whole studio with the loft is sufficient for us with 2 adults and 2 kids. A few eateries and supermarket at the back of the street (Fudo st). We enjoyed it. Toilet is a bit small but we survived! :)
• Hudson (10/5): An excellent and cosy room with great access and location. - excellent location and room, highly recommend the 24 hour family mart just down the road as well as the ramen place even closer. a small room if you dont like to be cramped as well as a small bathroom, however if you arent spending much time in your room it really doesn’t matter.

• Rafa (10/5): Ideal para conocer Shibuya - El futón y la almohada son muy cómodos!!! Ducha con agua caliente continua. El propietario no tuvo inconveniente en recoger nuestras entradas a ghibli studios. El apartamento está muy cerca de Hatsudai Station, a tan solo una parada de Shinjuku station. Varios restaurantes cerca y un pequeño sitio muy auténtico para comer ramen... super delicioso! El restaurante de encima del 7/11 abre a las 7h y tiene buen café! Nada

• Melissa (8/5): - La struttura è ottima, nulla da dire su pulizia e posizione: tutto molto curato e comodo per visitare la zona. L’unica pecca, a mio parere, è che lo spazio è più adatto a due persone. Noi eravamo in quattro, e viaggiando per la prima volta nel Paese avevamo molte valigie, con poca possibilità di sistemarle. Avrei trovato utile un piccolo armadio o spazio in più per il guardaroba. Conclusione: Consigliato se non avete troppe valigie e viaggiate leggeri. In quel caso, è davvero un’ottima scelta!

• Mariko (10/5): - 部屋の内装が素晴らしかった ブッキングのサイトの住所の表記に不備がある。 渋谷区本町の本町が抜けていたため、宿への到着が遅れた。
• Bailey (10/5): I would highly recommend this room for anyone who wants to stay in a chill, quiet area, with easy access to the city. - Slept 4 comfortably, never felt crowded. Very clean room and bathroom. Very cool decoration. Loft was more sizable than expected. Great location close to the station, and just 1 stop from Shinjuku. It’s so cool to have a quiet area of Tokyo to relax in, and to be able to hop on one train or bus and be in the very busy city in 10 minutes. Bus stop conveniently right outside, maybe 20 steps from the apartment, that takes you right to Shinjuku. Convenience store a 1 minute walk down the road. Tv worked well. A/C kept the room very cool even in the hot July. All beds were comfortable. Even though it’s just 1 room we could’ve put 6 people in here and still been fine. Host was very kind and responsive if we had any questions. Nothing
• Carmen (10/5): Very good location, very nice appartment - The location was perfect, very close to everything. The instructions by the owner were very good, so we could find the appartment easily. The appartment had everything we needed. We were a family of four and slept very well. Everything is as you can see on the pictures. For us it was very good.
• Runa (5/5): Passable - Close to train station and bus stop. Food corners and good grocery shops nearby. Owner’s behaviour. Didn’t meet our expectation as we thought it would be a two bed room apartment but in reality it was not. The toilet was very tiny like in other places in Japan.

• Steve (4/5): Very disappointing stay, it's true you remember the best and the worst. We'll remember Van Gogh. - we liked the fact that we had only booked two nights for two couples in this property listed for 4 people. Instructions to find the place were good. The place is a zero bedroom bed-sit, it should not be advertised as 2 bedroom. Think sleeping on floor in the small lounge/kitchen plus a tiny mezannine level fit only for stunted dwarfs. Don't bring a cat - there's no room to swing one! There was nothing to sit on, zero chairs. Hardly any crockery - not enough for 4 people. Shower was loverly and powerful but you need to climb over the toilet to get into it. We have a campervan - the level of accomodation is comparable!! Very disappointing stay, it's true you remember the best and the worst. We'll remember Van Gogh.
