• Alfredo (10/5): Belle vacanze a Firenze - Posizione centrale, comodissima così come il parcheggio annesso. Spazi interni ampi e arredati di tutto quello che può servire anche per una lunga permanenza Non pulitissimi i pavimenti e d’inverno sarebbe opportuno far trovare la casa riscaldata (c’erano 15 gradi e ci sono voluti 2 giorni per riscaldarla bene)

• peterrjorgensen (9/5): Fantastisk placering i Firenze, god størrelse og Privat garage - Perfekt placering i forhold til midtbyen. Lejligheden lå i dejligt stille område med kort gå afstand til centrum på den anden side af Arno floden. Garagen var perfekt, så vi ikke skulle bøvle med at lede efter P pladser. Størrelsen var perfekt til vores familien + farfar der var med. Billederne lyver ikke. Godt køkken, fint køleskab og fryser og dejlig spiseplads i stuen, selvom vi spiste i haven om morgenen, og ude i byen om aftenen. Hurtig hjælp fra Sweet Dreams, hvis vi havde spørgsmål. Godt internet, da mobildækning indenfor i Firenze er begrænset på telefoner. To dejlige soveværelser, og en sovesofa i seperat rum bagerst i lejligheden. Flot og nyrenoveret, og to badeværelser med bruser. Dejlig have med bord, stole og parasol, hvor vi nød morgenmad og kaffe. Vi nød at have en hjemmebase ude af byen, og det var nemt at finde. Google Maps lyver når man kigger i streetview, gaden er meget flottere og charmerende i virkeligheden. Restauranter tæt på, og også Carrefour Express til hverdags proviant. Mere skriftlig info liggende i lejligheden ved ankomst, en lille folder med info om hvor man kan aflevere affald (lå rundt om hjørnet tæt på), og hvordan man som turist bruger Aprilo App (som virkede fantastisk da jeg fandt ud af det). Derudover en info folder om hvor sikringsskabene sidder, hvis strømmen går. Vi havde fået at vide at strømmen kunne gå hvis man brugte for meget på samme tid, dog ikke hvilke ting (i vores tilfælde mikroovn og opvaskemaskine og varmluftovn). Men efter at have talt med meget hjælpsom ansat fra Sweet Dreams, fandt jeg det skab udenfor hoveddøren og slået hurtigt til. Derudover var de villige til at komme med det samme hvis der var problemer (indenfor 20 min). Garagen var perfekt, så man ikke skulle lede efter P pladser, men sensorer til den automatiske port, var skadet fra tidligere gæster, og var stadig delvis defekte, indtil vi fik besøg af en venlig ansat fra Sweet Dreams, der hjalp med at gennemgå de forskellige ting, kunne vi ikke få bilen ind. Han hjalp os med at finde sikringsskabene (der er et udenfor og to indenfor), og kunne svare på alle de spørgsmål vi havde om affalds app samt fik garage porten til at virke. Vi fik desværre aldrig det fine vaskerum (der ligger i baghaven), til at virke, manglede strøm, så kunne ikke vaske håndklæder og tøj dagen før vi skulle hjem, men Sweet Dreams lovede at få det undersøgt. Den tredje seng, i bagerste rum, er i et gennemgangs rum, og mangler aircondition. Man kunne have brugt sovesofaen der var i stuen, (hvor der er aircondition), men den var knækket i stellet, så kunne ikke fyldes ud.
• John-paul (7/5): Outer Florence apartment. - This had an excellent location with a really good main shower. The staff did offer excellent communication and was attentive when we needed items. Lots of room and space. The staff told us we would have to be there at a certain time or we would not be allowed to check in which changed our plans for the day. That was terrible and it led us to rush from 1.5 hrs away in another town. Then he said "sorry I'm not that strict." It was to protect themselves that they have been taken advantage of in the past. The parking garage is very narrow and is located on a narrow street so I recommend if you have a larger car/Van not to bother. There is laundry on site but no dryer.
• Abdulaziz (8/5): Great location (just off ZTL) with parking for a small car - The location was great, as pin pointed on the map. Surrounded by restaurants and an easy walk to the historic center. The apartment is just off the ZTL area and you can drive up a van into the narrow street but you can only park inside the garage if you have a small. I highly doubt you can reverse park a Toyota Camry (just for reference). Make sure your car is below 4.5m Don't be taken aback by the building looks or entrance, the apartment was clean and just enough for a family of 5 people. The main room is spacious with walk-in closet and the main bathroom (not en-suite) is also clean. The second bedroom is also fine, and next the main bathroom. However, it has a second backdoor that opens up to the second bathroom which is tiny, which in turn, has another door that opens to the foyer corridor in which a single bed is placed as a makeshift third bedroom. This we didn't like. The hosts are a property management company who were responsive and Lorenzo was cooperative, as you'll read below. 1) This tiny second bathroom. 2) The makeshift third bedroom, in reality, is part of the foyer corridor leading the garage and had a shower-like curtain to separate it from the apartment door. It was very cold during our stay early November and the gas heaters were off. The property managers explained that Italian regulations prevent turning on the gas heaters before 15 November, and told us to use the air conditioners (heaters) but the remote controls were no where to be found. Then they gave some instruction on how to open the gas heater but it didn't work. We spent the night freezing (at least in the main bedroom). The following day Lorenzo from the property managers came and opened the gas heaters, which was appreciated. Aside from the cold weather situation during first night, the rating of 9 is misleading as you would have high expectations from booking.com listings of the same rating. I thought the price I paid for this "3-bedroom" apartment was a steel. However, I believe this apartment should be 8 rating, similar to a 3-star long term stay hotels like Marriott Residence Inn or Hilton Embassy Suites, which is not bad. Overall the apartment is clean and fine and the property managers are responsive but please match your expectations with an 8 rating.
• Natasha (10/5): Sweet Dreams - loved the place, it was perfectly located. spacious, clean and comfortable.
• Effie (6/5): Pleasant - The appartment was very nice and big, right outside the historic center so we did not hav to pay for the ZLT, and it was great that it had a parking spot which was perfect. The front door of the appartment was very old and it would not open. The first night that we arrived, we were trying to open the door for 20 minutes and then the door opened by chance. After that we also tried to open it one more time but with no luck. The hosts did not inform us from the beggining that there was also a door from the garage, and since it was late a night, the communication with them was not easy. Also, the company that manages the appartment gave us 8 different phone numbers in case we need to communicate with someone. That was hazardous to begin with. On the day of the check out we needed something from the hosts, I contacted 5 different numbers (1,5 hours before check out time), and none of them responded. Only one person replied 2 days after we checked out, and on the booking chat they replied 5 hours later.

• Pedro (7/5): Short walk distance to cathedral. - Very well located, very close to main attractions. Poor internet connection. Kitchen could be more equipped.

Lovely garden and good facilities It would have been helpful to know that the third bedroom was not actually a bedroom but a curtained off area. We would have not picked this property as an option if we had known. This was a little disappointing.
• Jones (9/5): Overall a great value in Florence. Very nice to have an escape from the crowds and feel like you’re among the locals. - Very spacious in a quiet area. Only about a 15-20 minute walk to most major sites. Layout of accommodations was very nice and provided lots of room for family of four. Kitchen was well stocked and there was a grocery store less than two blocks away to provide essentials. Many restaurants and cafes were nearby as well. It was a little difficult to communicate with owners. No major issues but we never got a direct response for any of our questions through the booking.com app. The few responses seemed to be automatic and never really addressed our questions.

• Lidija (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, 20 minutes by foot to the city centre. The procedure for check in is awful, it took us 1h to provide all documents, pictures with ID cards etc.. if we would know that we wouldn't go here for sure! Also the garage is very small and often parked by motorbike or the car so can't go out or in which is really annoying...
• Zi (7/5): Good - The apartment is beautiful: Furnished with love for details, it has a lot of space for many people, the garden is a holiday in a holiday Missing: Clear instructions to separate the garbage, trash bins outside the apartment (in the street) where you are able to throw the garbage at the end of the stay. It is difficult to to understand, which code is supposed to be digited in which box (in the check-in).
• Sascha (9/5): Superb - Nice large appartement with garage, pretty central and nice garden. In terms of equipment it could be better, not even a normal cooking knive is there, a bottle of water could be there. The fridge was shut off when we arrived.
• Quido_cz (10/5): May in Florence - All was perfect. The apartment was prepared on the time. Communication with the owner are perfect as well. Email, calling, WhatsApp. The apartment is a few minutes from the center. Significant advantage is garage. We have enjoyed Florence at maximum. Thanks
