- Ayumi (8/5): - Has kitchen and washing macine. And very flexible with owner. Easy to contact and following up. I visit here 4th Oct - 10th Oct. Very cold in the evening. Usually central heating but tpo early this timing. He gaves me a hearter as temporary.

- Marin (10/5): liked the studio - simple, yet practical and well maintained street level studio in the top center, next to Vitosha Boulevard, kitchenette, comfortable bed, washing machine and stable WiFi, all necessary for short stay
- Rumiana (10/5): - Very central, quite street, convenient location, comfortable bed.
- Natassia (10/5): A cute little property in a great location - Good location, comfortable, powerful shower and felt very secure with a fob key locking system. Initially I was a little upset that there was no air conditioning, I arrived on a 32 degree day however the owner was very accommodating and offered to bring me a fan. I didn’t need the fan in the end as the property managed to stay cool in hot conditions which was great. If I’m being really nitpicky, I would have liked an extra towel for my hair after a shower and a bathmat to ensure I wasn’t walking around with wet feet. Other than these very minor things it was pretty perfect.
- Manos (9/5): Superb - I liked very much that it was so close to the city centre and vitosha street! So we could easily come and go to the room for a small break that is needed during the day!! The only thing we did not like very much, was the noise from the street. If you are a heavy sleeper there is no problem! The noise was not so much but you could still hear it.
