• Rhiannan (10/5): - Good proximity to everything, owners very responsive and sent a good guide to check in 30 stairs which wasnt an issue for us but may be for people with lots of luggage.
• stanley (3/5): Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. - Die Lage ist top. Leider war ein Früh-Check-in nicht möglich, und es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung, wenn man früher ankommt. Der Code für die Schlüsselbox wurde nicht in den Check-in-Informationen bereitgestellt. Stattdessen muss man den Vermieter über das Booking-Portal kontaktieren, während man bereits vor der Mailbox steht und darauf hoffen, dass jemand zeitnah antwortet. Eine Notrufnummer gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Ohne Internet wäre man in dieser Situation komplett aufgeschmissen. Die Wohnung selbst machte leider keinen guten Eindruck. Beim Betreten bemerkte man sofort einen muffigen Geruch. Der Laminatboden ist stellenweise beschädigt. Das Badezimmer weist teilweise Schimmel auf, und der WC-Deckel ist zu klein und passt nicht zur Toilettenschüssel. Das ist sehr unhygienisch, da beim Sitzen die Oberschenkel immer die Schüssel berühren. Auch die Kücheneinrichtungen sind alt und wirken fettig. Terrasse und Garten sind ungepflegt, sodass man diese Bereiche praktisch nicht nutzen kann.
• Cong (7/5): Excellent location but access to the property not the easiest; multiple stairs. Average bathroom. - Great location, close to public transport. Quiet area. Could only hear planes every now and then. Sofa bed easy to set up. Good instructions to get keys and get to property. Dragging luggage over multiple stairs when checking into property. Shower cubicle wasn't the most comfortable. Wife suspected mould on the grout lines so felt like it wasn't clean. Grass outside property didn't seem very well maintained. The living room curtains didn't extend the full way so the external bollard lights would be a bit intrusive.
• Xiao (3/5): Not having a good instruction to find the unit and parking space. - Only location was good. Very hard to find the unit and car parking was extremely difficult to use.

• Tanel (10/5): - Good location, everything is walking distance. Gar spot included, and easy to follow instructions. No hand towels in kitchen and no co coffe pot to make grounded coffe.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Wyjątkowa lokalizacja obiektu, świetna komunikacja tramwajowa do centrum (Linie L2 i L3) - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, spokojna dzielnica. Polecam! Brak klimatyzacji w jednym pokoju, mogłoby być trochę więcej naczyń.

• Ana (5/5): Close to the city and Surry Hills, but the house needs better maintenance and cleaning - Good access to the city It is close to surry hills vibrant street . Good location, but note the house is located in a community social housing area, so not always the best surrounding environment . Ovarall the house is not well maintained, e.g mould in bathroom . Kitchen very poorly equiped - eg. we were 4 people and there were not even 4 cuttlery . Bad cleaning - we saw hair in the linen and bathroom, we even rewashed some . The linen in bed is poor - in the two single beds there should be another sheet below the blanket . The check in instructions are quite tricky to understand . The garage spot is full with stuff in the back, might be hard for bigger vehicles to park. We had to leave our garage door open because the car would not fit
• Maria Rosa (8/5): A pleasant stay - Confortable beds, good air conditioning, near to a bus stop that takes you to the city centre, very quiet Too many stairs when you have to carry your luggage, some hangers for hanging towels in the bathroom, few household utensils

Property access direction could be a bit more specific, eg, should be 2 Goodlet Street, unit 60 rather than stating as 60/2 Goodlet Street as Google map was searching for the unit inside the compound hence we had to call the property manager for direction.

• Ip (8/5): Very good - Good location and good staff Near the central station Nice price Some garbage was left but the staff cleared and responded on time
• Debra (7/5): Bring your own pillows/extra rugs. - Location good. Quiet suburban feel yet not too far from cafes and lots of restaurants. 5 minute walk to light rail to take you into city. Unit spacious enough for 5 adults. Instruction to enter property helpful although note unit is located up several outdoor flights of stairs and walkways would not suit people with mobility issues. Pillows were not good. Only 4 supplied all different and poor quality/hygiene. Despite advising accommodation that we had 5 people and needed sufficient linen/bedding (after noting a past comment about lack of pillows), this was not supplied. Would recommend at least 6 pillows standard/soft with pillow protectors be supplied to replace current 4. Further contact resulted in one more suitable new pillow arriving the next day. Some small issues - Fresh Towels in bathroom were damp on arrival, shower in need of repairs door rusted and did not open far. Despite this we still enjoyed the location and our stay.
• Janine (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. Very easy access to public transport and even walking distance to some of Sydney's attractions. The apartment itself was nicely laid out, The kitchen was not as well equipped as we would have liked. Not enough cutlery and plates for 5 people. Also no pillows were available for the couch bed. But all in all our stay was quite comfortable
• Mark (8/5): Everything we needed in this apartment.From car,location to amenities - Once we understand our instructions from our host everything was smooth and easy.Perfect spot for train access to Sydney directly to circular keys or good driving distance to most spots.Car park spot which was golden to have in Sydney.We had everything we needed in this apartment.
