• Elise (8/5): Nice place, difficult access to property. - Space worked well for my family of 6. Communication with host was good. Location was convenient. The check in process was complicated. Really struggled getting into the property with the WiFi instructions. Host relayed floor was damaged before we arrived…we were fine to overlook that…then received a message that the sink didn’t work…again, we were fine to overlook that…then was asked permission for repairs to be made during our stay. We agreed, but were inconvenienced.
• Iris (8/5): Gute Unterkunft in Reichweite diverser Sehenswürdigkeiten - Lage; öv in der Nähe; auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar; diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe; Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln vorhanden; Waschmaschinen und Abwaschmaschinentabs vorhanden. Die zwei Badezimmer inkl. Dusche waren top. Wurden leider nicht über beschädigten Parkettboden vorinformiert. Wenig Platz in Schränken für Kleider. Keine Küchenwäsche vorhanden. Hätten wir kochen wollen, wäre etwas mehr Besteck notwendig

• Agata (10/5): Z rodziną - Wyjątkowo szybki kontakt i bardzo pomocny personel, szczególnie przy check-in, za co dziękuję :) Apartment dla 5os. rodziny w zupełności wystarczający, dwie łazienki na duży plus. Super lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklepy, metro i przystanek autobusowy. Cicho w godzinach nocnych, okna od wewnątrz podwórka. Aplikacja do otwierania, zamykania drzwi działała bez zarzutów. Na pewno warto uzupełnić szafkę w kubki do kawy, herbaty oraz łyżeczki.

• AYELET (7/5): דירה נעימה אך תחזוקה ואיבזור לא מספקים - הדירה נעימה - נקיה, מחוממת, המיטות היו נוחות, המטבח נוח מאובזר בכלי בישול, סלון מרווח, שני שירותים ומקלחת, שאפשרו פרטיות. ממוקם בשכונה לא מתויירת, אך נגישה, סופר קרוב תחזוקה לקויה - בעיה בצנרת של אחד הכיורים, הניקוז של המים בכיורים לא טוב, כך שהכיור נשאר מלוכלך. במטבח היו חסרים מלח פלפל, שמן זית. לא סופקו מספיק גלילי נייר טואלט ונייר סופג. לא היתה מטלית במטבח, לא היו מגבות מטבח. לא סופקו מגבות ידיים/פנים. השמיכות לא היו מצופות אלא רק בסדינים שחצצו בין הגוף לשמיכה. נשאר סבון ידיים מאחורי הכיור מאורחים קודמים
• Aldana (9/5): Maravilloso - Que era espacioso y tenia dos baños. Excelente ubicación. Era muy cerca del coliseo. Mercado cerca. Todo limpio. Es una tontería pero no hay repasadores. Claro hay máquina de lavar platos y ropa, pero como era poco preferíamos lavar a mano.
• IRMINA (9/5): - Отличные апартаменты.Расположение прекрасное ,близко до всех достопримечательностей.Рядом магазин.Все удобства необходимые для ночлега и комфортного заселения были.Наличие кофе -прекрасно.Было тепло в квартире, что не всегда встретишь в аппаратах. Инструкция как попасть в объект-все понятно и легко.Главное чтобы был интернет и батарея полная на телефоне ,иначе не попадешь внутрь))

• Nic (8/5): Good location in nice neighbourhood - Good location, easy walking distance of the metro lines and the Colosseum. Nice flat, very comfortable beds. The flat was also very quiet. The team were very responsive while we were in the flat; a bit more communication in the run up to our stay would have been helpful. Simple things like confirming when we would be sent the exact address and access details etc would help to manage concerns ahead of the trip. The website says you’ll be sent info one week before but had to chase a couple of days before we were due to arrive. When I did chase, was told we would only know 24-48 hours in advance. Also there was an unexpected extra charge for linen and flat clean, which you only find out about when you compete your guest details (around 100 euros in total). This is separate to the optional additional fees for extra towels and an extra clean mid stay, which we didn’t opt for.

• SHARON (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - Very nice apartment, it has 2 bathrooms which was very convenient for us, as we were a family of 4. Location is great, 10 min walk from the coliseum, and easy to reach by bus. Beds were very comfortable. There is a large supermarket 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has a waching machine which we used and comes with capsules for use so you don't have to buy a laundry detergent in order to use it. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome. Nothing

• Holly (9/5): Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - As a family of 4, this was a great apartment. The kids each got their own beds in one bedroom, and the master bedroom for us parents included a bathroom. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. The place has everything. Next to the towels in each bedroom was a small bag with body wash, hand soap, a shower cap, etc. There was also a pair of disposable "house shoe" slippers for everyone. We didn't really cook, but you could easily do so in the kitchen. The refrigerator is large. There is a washing machine for clothes and a dishwasher, including the respective detergent pods for each machine. No dryer, but there is a drying rack. The living room has two couches, so all 4 of us could sit and talk or watch a little TV if we wanted to. It is a rather roomy apartment with good amenities. I liked that the apartment was in a less bustling part of the city. The door code system was strange, and it requires that you have your mobile phone. There was also a strange check-in process where you had to send a photo of yourself and preregister a day or two beforehand. FYIs about choosing this apartment: 1) You may want to look carefully at the distances on the map. The location was good for us, but it was a 10+ minute walk to get to any sites/public transport. 2) Not a lot of restaurants super close. There is a bakery across the street, but the bakery has very high prices. Better to get breakfast at the grocery store.

After purchasing via booking.com we had to add an unexpected 150 euro extra charge to finalize check in. The location is good but not great. Close to the train station but not to the center of the city.
• Michaela (10/5): Great location. Would highly recommend. - The location was great. It was about 10 walk to colosseum, 5 minutes walk to metro and less than 5 minutes to a park with a lot of green space. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Would highly recommended.
• Sanja (9/5): Superb - For a group of people it is great that it has two bathrooms, spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Close to all sights and public transport. In the area you have everything you need, quiet and very nice neighborhood and yet close to the center.

Only a 8 minute walk to a metro station that could take us to sites like the Spanish Steps and the Vatican. We had trouble with the door once, but they sent someone within 10 minutes to help us. It's a bit out of the way from most of the sights except the colluseum.
• Elayne (10/5): What a wonderful place to stay in Rome! - We loved everything about this place! It was truly a little home away from home while we were in Rome. Very spacious for our family of 4. The two bathrooms were so convenient, and everything was well maintained and clean. The air conditioning was a huge plus as well Can’t think of anything!

The apartment had a lot of space and even 5 people felt comfortable. The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable. It's ok for one night, but may cause problems for longer stays.

Large bathroom and hangars 🥰 - We were glad we paid for someone to meet us at the unit to show us how to access the codes for both doors. They gave us nice gifts and if we needed anything they were great to respond quickly. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Nice location. I like to have a view and outdoor patio if possible.
• Alan (9/5): Best rent in Rome is highly recommended - Big size of the apartment, fast wifi, cleanliness, amenities, 2 toilets and 3 a/c units (perfect for summer) etc No dryer, only washer. Check-in procedure can be clearer. Towels should be part of the price we paid and not separately showing only after booking

• Denise (9/5): Well-situated, modern Italian apartment in lovely building - Spacious, the overall esthetic, it’s well-situated but in a quiet street Kitchen area and dining table are not at the level of the rest of the apartment. Toilet seat was broken before I arrived. The staff upon notification said they would send a new one but they did not.
