И я отлично отдохнула между трудными перелетами, звукоизоляция от шумов аэропорта вполне нормальная в номере. Трансфер из отеля в аэропорт организован отлично. Персонал приветлив, владеет английским, работает быстро, дает хорошие советы. Было бы хорошо, если бы отель присылал в подтверждении бронирования расписание шаттла от аэропорта до отеля на английском языке. Но не проблема взять такси. Ворота 44 были закрыты, пришлось идти в соседние. Конечно, закрытые ворота - не вина отеля, это вопрос к руководству терминала 2 аэропорта.

• Stephanie (9/5): Comfortable stay - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle bus was great. You had to contact them when you got to the pick up point. I messaged them on WeChat and they promptly replied. I’d suggest adding them on WeChat a few days before and then message them when you get there. The reception staff spoke English which helped alot. Very nice stay! Not much to say as we were there for a short transit

Poor communication with staff- slow in responding to messages and limited English. It would also have helped to tell me which shuttle bus I was meant to take and what the schedule was. The hotel corridor and room strongly smelled of tobacco.

• Marcus (9/5): Convenient, clean and well equipped. - Great location close to the airport and with many restaurant options around it (though I did not have time to indulge). Room was well equipped and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I think it was my first time at a hotel with automatic curtains. It was a bit noisy. I was on a low floor facing the courtyard, and there were people talking loudly late at night in it. The room was also very hot when I entered, though I was able to cool it down quickly with the air conditioning.

• Johanna (9/5): Hotel in super Lage für einen Layover - Sehr bequem, sauber und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Die Unterkunft bietet einen kostenlosen Flughafenshuttle an. Achtung hier funktioniert weder WhatsApp noch Google und die Menschen sprechen kaum Englisch. Mit Händen und Füßen jedoch gut zu managen und das Hotel war super organisiert. Super Lage, direkt am Flughafen und vor oder nach dem Flug zu entspannen. Das Personal spricht kein Wort Englisch. Diesbezüglich war die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Ohne WhatsApp, Google und WLAN ist man also etwas abgeschieden.

• Ben (9/5): - This hotel is perfect for a short stop between flights, or as I also used it as somewhere to sleep before transferring to a hotel in the city, very easy and comfortable, great bathroom, comfy bed, there are UK channels ( sport and informative / travel programs on the TV, ) although I couldn't access the hdmi or usb on the tv to attach my own stuff, thats a very minor criticism though. There was some noise from planes but not bad considering location. The transfer was easy you just ask at the hotel, handy to have the messages from the hotel available, show airport enquiry desk staff, they directed me to the correct desk, then that desk phoned the hotel and told me where to wait, this is important in China and a main appeal of this hotel for a Westerner new to China. transfer took 8 minutes, can't deny I was happy to see kfc is very near to the hotel, Mcdonalds a bit further across the road. KFC does take cash if you ask as well for anyone like me unable to get the cashapps to work even though I understand for most that shouldn't be a problem it is good peace of mind. Great bathroom, tea and kettle, hairdryer, loads of bathroom stuff for those like me who don't want to unpack their main luggage during an short overnight stay, and a small gym and plenty of small convenience stores very close. Breakfast is good for Chinese but only just adequate for Westerners but cannot say more than that, it is very limited bit I don't think that many Westerners come here so hard boiled eggs, fried eggs, cold fries and hot coffee and toast is enough for an overnight. Overall this hotel is perfect for what it is, and very good for the price. Breakfast limited for Westerners and couldn't plug hdmi or usb into the tv but realistically nothing else, pretty much perfect airport hotel.

• Umut (9/5): Convenient for a long layover, helpful staff and efficient airport shuttle. - We chose this hotel to rest during a long layover, and it worked perfectly. Although our stay was outside the standard check-in and check-out times, the hotel was very accommodating. When booking, we explained that we would arrive early in the morning to have breakfast and sleep, then leave again in the evening, and they were happy to help. For the airport shuttle, they asked us to set up WeChat in advance. We requested the shuttle via WeChat and they picked us up quickly. Communication required using a translator, but it was not an issue at all. In the evening, they also dropped us back at the airport by shuttle. Breakfast was basic but ok. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and a KFC nearby. A very good option to rest during a long journey. Smoke smell inside the hotel.

The shower was great, bed was comfy, but fridge not turned on, the lights were wired to the wrong buttons, sound proof was terrible, especially it’s so close to the hotel. Не заселили ночью несмотря не бронь - сказали, что свободных номеров нет, а данная бронь была аннулированна из-за отсутствия оплаты (хотя была указана опция "оплата при заезде")

• george king choon (9/5): Due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport terminal 1/2, getting to and from the hotel is easy - Breakfast have good variety, and the food was hot and fresh. There was a good mix of vegetables and meats. There was a convenience store next to the hotel, where you can buy snacks and cup noodles, etc. The hotel shuttle provide timely pick-up and drop-off between airport and hotel. With Wechat, it was easy to contact the hotel reception to request pick-up. The room was fresh and airy, with good size beds and clean sheets. The bathroom was clean, and the hotel provide slipper and toothbrush. Hotel was a 10 minutes shuttle ride to terminal 1 or 2. The hotel have good sound-proofing, even though it was close to the airport runway. It didn't have anything to do with the hotel. We arrived at a new terminal 3. Since the terminal was brand new and only in operation a couple of weeks, there was no metro service and hotel airport shuttle service at the terminal. The only ground transport is the airport bus service which ferry the passengers to and fro terminal 3 and terminal 1/2. This bus can be busy and packed, and a good 20 minutes ride. Nevertheless, this will only affect terminal 3 passengers. Overtime, this will no longer be an issue once the terminal is in full operation mode.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport, and their airport pick-up service was smooth, timely, and stress-free. The rooms are neat, spacious, and very comfortable, making it perfect for tourists or business travelers. Their breakfast buffet also had great options fresh, diverse, and convenient for anyone exploring the city. Overall, from the service to the cleanliness and comfort, this hotel delivers excellent value. Highly recommended. 💯
