• Jelena (10/5): Нам очень понравилось отношении команды-всегда на связи. Рядом есть пару кафе где можно взять кофе и выпечку на вынос. Р - В номере чисто, белье чистое и свежее. Тихо. В комнате есть плотные шторы. Есть свой выход во двор. Фотографии соответствуют. Есть кондиционер. Wifi работает без проблемно Единственное что может не понравится это то,что там практически нет 4g/5g связи. Но wifi есть и работает отлично.
• Lora (10/5): A Venitian gem away from crowds - Lovely Venetial-style accommodation with everything you may need, even for a longer stay. It looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the furniture, the decoration, and the attention to detail for the guests. It was also very clean. The location is in a cute (not swamped with tourists!) neighbourhood, and there are lovely local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, the vaporetto stop is close (a 5-minute walk) and all major attractions are around a 15-minute walk. Note: If you are above 185cm, the ceilings might be a bit too low for you due to the support beams.

• Larisa (10/5): - Добраться до отеля лучше всего на вапоретто. Рекомендую брать проездной на 1 или 2 дня, будет дешевле. Удобное расположение отеля, до площади Сан Марко 700 метров. Номер большой, есть холодильник, чай. К номеру примыкает зеленая терраса, где можно отдохнуть и покушать. Рядом много возможностей покушать.
• Kristine (10/5): Highly recommend. - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable.The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was excellent , close to everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere — it was calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. I have nothing to say.

• Klára (7/5): in the end it was nice place to stay, the owner was in touch anytime we needed - it was walkable to basically everything. restaurants were close. it was quite and nice location. the shower needs to be fixed, it was leaking everywhere and there was no shower curtain so we had to use extra towels to wipe the floor. it would be appreciate to have some fan because if you opened windows you get bit by mosquitos.

• Marco (7/5): Bella stanza, peccato per la climatizzazione - Stanza molto bella, elegante, letto bello grande esteticamente, check-in molto facile e veloce, posizione perfetta per me perché davanti all'ospedale. Host sempre disponibile. Cortile bello grande. Purtroppo la climatizzazione non funzionava quindi nella stanza si sentiva freddo, non hai il telecomando per la climatizzazione. Ho segnalato all'host, ha provato e non è riuscita . Mi ha detto che faceva venire qualcuno ma non è venuto nessuno (magari perché erano le 21 circa) e ho dovuto dormire con il freddo ma menomale c'era una coperta in più. Poi dal punto di vista soggettivo il letto non era molto comodo ma io ho dei problemi quindi è molto soggettiva.

• Nicol (8/5): Perfektné na víkend v benátkach - Lokalita je veľmi dobrá - blízko centra, ubytovanie bolo pekné a čisté, kúpeľňa dobre vybavená (k dispozícii aj fén), izba bola veľká s funkčným televízorom. Príchod do izby a prevzatie kľúčov bolo jasné, ubytovatelia veľmi komunikatívni a ochotní pomôcť. Nevýhoda izby je, že v ubytovanínie je veľmi dobrý mobilný signál, má wi-fi k dispozícii, no v našej izbe bolo v niektorých častiach pri posteliach pomerne slabé - avšak pre naše potreby postačujúce. Stropy v izbe boli pomerne nízke (ľudia s viac ako 180 cm môžu mať trošku diskomfort). V kúpeľni chýba svetlo pri vani - je v trošku tmavšom kúte - no na bežné osprchovanie sa stačí.

• Laura (9/5): Punto strategico per vivere a pieno la vera Venezia - L'appartamento è situato in una zona centrale di Venezia, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco, ma tranquilla, non turistica, dove si può esperenziare la vera vita dei veneziani. Appartamento ideale per soggiornare più giorni, con cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, ben equipaggiata, camera da letto grande e confortevole Niente. Solo qualche istruzione aggiuntiva a disposizione avrebbe agevolato ma siamo sempre stati assistite tramite messaggi quando abbiamo avuto necessità

Ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό, ζεστό (και είχε απίστευτο κρύο Δεκέμβριο), εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Θα ήθελα ένα πιστολάκι κανονικό και δύο τρία πράγματα για καλωσόρισμα (π.χ. νερό, μπισκότα κλπ). Επισης αν είσαι πολύ ψηλός θα βρεις στο ταβάνι,😋

Do barulho que os vizinhos de cima faziam. E na minha reserva tinha quarto superior e fui colocada para um inferior. Mas os barulhos foram somente na primeira noite. Nao tem cozinha mas tem um frigobar que ajuda. O secador é bem fraquinho e esquenta muito tive que segurar com uma toalha pra secar o cabelo. Mas deu certo

• Loi (8/5): molto bello - La casa è molto carina, accogliente e dotata di tutti i servizi. la stanza da letto è spaziosa e il bagno comodo. La posizione molto centrale, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona non affollata e non presa d'assalto. Nelle vicinanze molti punti ristoro anche per la colazione per chi volesse usufruirne Abbiamo avuto un disguido nel prendere le chiavi in quanto non erano state riposte nel cassetta apposita e ho dovuto attendere l'host che si è avvicinato ad aprire, ma ho comunque dovuto aspettare in strada.

Good - Stanza spaziosa per tre persone, area tranquilla, facile di raggiungere il centro. Forse una zanzariera potrebbe essere utile. Wi-fi not always working, se no tutto perfetto.

• BOHDAN (7/5): Загалом позитивна але на фотографіях була невеличка кухня але загалом вона у чиємусь номері а не загально, Та як у мене - Все було чисто прибрано, Був чайник та маленький холодильник, Також є джакузі Маленьке але після важкого дня це те що потрібно Кожного дня о восьмій ранку хтось щось сверлив грюкав, але у 8:30 ці роботи переставали робити. Кожного дня хтось на поверх вище носив меблі стукав та галасував.
• Martine (3/5): - L'emplacement,bien situé, proche du centre de Venise. Attention : risque de tapage nocturne , immeuble en travaux . Les 3 premières nuits nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi ,les occupants de l'étage supérieur ont fait la fête jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. D'autre part le jour de notre arrivée nous avons constaté que l'immeuble était en travaux. Le lundi matin après un weekend sans sommeil nous avons été réveillé à 8h00 par des bruits de perceuse. J'ai échangé avec l'agence à plusieurs reprises : pour le tapage nocturne, l'agence m'a répondu ne pas être compétente pour résoudre ce problème. Face à mon insistance j'ai eu le droit à des explications nébuleuses sur des supposés contacts avec le propriétaire de l'appartement d'où provenait le tapage. Pour les travaux ( qui étaient commencés et bien avancés le jour de notre arrivée) , en réponse à ma question : pourquoi ne pas nous avoir prévenu afin que nous trouvions une solution de remplacement ? La réponse de l'agence : "nous avons dû entreprendre ces travaux en urgence ." Peut être....mais les travaux étant déjà bien avancés le jour de notre arrivée , il était donc possible de nous prévenir. Je n'ai eu le droit comme seule compensation financière qu'à la déduction de la taxe de séjour, ce qui est dérisoire au vu du préjudice subi. Le personnel de cette agence est prévenant tant qu'il n'y a pas de problème... mais incompétent en cas de réclamation.

• Montse (8/5): Ubicación perfecta y amplitud - Habitación super amplia en una localización ideal para visitar la ciudad. Calienta-aguas e infusiones de cortesía, tiene una nevera pequeñita, entre los amenities nos pusieron unas zapatillas de casa. Contacto fluido con el personal, respondían rápidamente por mensaje, proporcionando la información necesaria. Se echaba en falta un espejo en la habitación ( si lo había en el baño). La bañera es un poco más incómoda que una ducha. Al no haber cortinas o mampara, se salía irremediablemente algo de agua que hacía que el suelo después estuviera resbaladizo.
• JAVIER (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto en Venecia! - La habitacion supero mis espectativas, patio enorme solo para nosotros, cama muy cómoda, alejados de las zonas concurridas pero a las cuales se llega rapido y facil. La comunicacion con el anfitrión fue perfecta! Volveremos sin dudarlo! Todo perfecto! No tengo ninguna queja sobre el alojamiento.

• Dave (9/5): Lovely Venice, fantastic apartment and great communication and support from the host. Loved it! - Great location and fantastic local restaurants! Everything in the apartment was great and the communication and check-in instructions detailed and clear. It's only 4 mins walk from the Vaparetto so easy to get to and from St. Lucia train station and the airport. We had two excellent meals around the corner at Trattoria Bandierette and Osteria Alla Straffa! This is really a great apartment for any stay in Venice! Our only negative is that there was no sofa/soft chair to relax on for the very small time we were in the apartment. As we were out most of the day, that is only very minor!
• Radu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice. It has all the utilities and a very big bedroom. The bathroom is also nice. The host was very helpfull and told us all we needed for the stay. There are markets nearby for who wants self catering. Not the case.
