- Christopher (7/5): Glad to have this specious apartment in central Rome; v practical but needs upgrading the quality of its facilities - Great central location! Close to Piazza del Popolo, metro, Spanish steps etc V comfortable king-sized bed; clean, v responsive persons managing the property, v good wifi, lots of hot water. Good wifi. Cooking washing clothes fridge all there. Facilities were all what you need but were too often disappointingly basic quality - only one bedside lamp & table. V small table to sit at. Ancient 3 pin plug sockets, needs converters for European sockets; some were present, more were brought. Tiny shower best for slim short people. Room use strange. Small dark corner for the kitchen space but faculties all there.

The apartment is literally spacious and comfortable, the beds are big, and the bathroom is very nice and decent. The location is unbeatable: 3 minutes walking to the Piazza Del Popolo, 5 minutes walking to the Spanish Square, walking distance to the Venice Square and many attractions. If you love shopping, the luxurious shops are right at your doorstep! Last but not least, Andrea is the best host! He communicated with us in English with great ease. He offered us a very late checkout on the day we left Rome; he sincerely went the extra miles to make our stay unforgettable! We love every moment in Rome, Andrea’s apartment gave us a real home in Rome! Thank you, Andrea! Nothing, the property is perfect!

- Nasra (10/5): Perfect stay for holiday to rest in homey apartment and also able to explore Rome on foot. - Amazing it is indeed! I loved the decor of the apartment, clean, quiet and centrally located. Could visit many places on foot. Metro station is very close and taxis available just outside the apartment. The host was super kind and very helpful. He assisted me with early check in as my flight arrived early morning. He also assisted me with booking a taxi for airport drop off. Thank you! Nothing. Everything perfect.
