• Maria (7/5): Solid choice for a stay. - It was comfortable for 4 adults and unit was clean. It took me a few days to orient to the location, but once I did it was solid. I didn’t love the location bc there are not many good food, tea, etc options very close by. Had to metro for everything. I did not know enough about Tokyo yet to optimize location for my priorities.

There was plenty of room for our family of five and it was conve - There was plenty of room for our family of five, it was clean and it was conveniently located to several train stations, convenient stores and restaurants. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the bath towels were too small & thin.

• Gary (9/5): Great place to stay & expire Tokyo - Great location, easy to navigate to Shinjuku main area & station. Was a little noisy at night; perhaps there was a club or just someone who liked their music. But it wasn’t a problem.
• Melissa (9/5): Wonderful stay - This property is very spacious for the Family of 5, the room was clean, the place is a little difficult to locate at first but everything went well, accessible to train station, family mart and 7/11 is just a few steps away, Dominos Pizza is just downstairs very convenient to order, we had a great time one thing needs to improve is a trash can at the toilet but the over All comfort is well satisfied. Walkable to all train stations if wish to go far, we met Ms Ruka when we checked out, friendly too! Thank you so much and highly recommend this place for big group like Families ♥️ A little difficult to locate at first
