• Justin (8/5): Plenty of space, surprisingly quiet though being close to Finchley Road. We would happily stay again. - Plenty of space, surprisingly quiet though being close to Finchley Road. Very clean and well equipped. Shower gel etc was a nice touch.

• Sean (10/5): - From the outside you are deceived. Inside it is very new with all the mod cons you can think of. Very very nice place and right close to the bus. I recommend it. No bins in the bedrooms.
• Jonathan (1/5): Disappointing and disgusted by the owners reaction and refusal to refund. - My clients arrived at the property to find it had not been cleaned. Dirty dishes were left in the sink, left over food and drink were left in the fridge, the bin in the bathroom was overflowing, the bed in the main bedroom wasn't made, and there was only one clean towel left for a family of four. This property has been booked before and is perfect for our clients. On this occasion it did not meet the usual standard and the owner not only refused to accept this (with pictures included) but also intimated that I was lying. Very short sighted as this was not the first time we had booked this property, but will now be the last.

• Kudo (4/5): Disappointing - The accommodation was big and nice, has a good garden for kids to play. The host told us a lie at the first place. She stated there was a private parking space when we booked （I have a screen shot）and the host answered there is a free parking space when we inquiried but she said there is not a parking after I booked. It was not refundable booking so we could not cancel then she suddenly deleted about parking from facility section. As above, our stay started with lots of worries. The accommodation was very good. It's very convenient to go anywhere by bus.It's a bit far from tube station. Tesco and Waitrose are only 7minutes walk. Dishwasher was very old and didn't work properly so we ended up with hand washing.
