Left with no choice. - having issue with back end on check in due to wrong indication - refund delay. no follow up from management

Parimala (5/5): Acceptable stay but wouldn't come back because was not user friendly. - The games provided. 1. Before we made the payment in Booking, it was not mentioned about RM200 deposit so it was misleading. 2. The whole interaction was via Whatsapp with no human interaction. 3. There were cleaning charges and you expected the guests to clean the house before leaving. You might as well not charge us that if we have to clean it ourself. 4. The heater is the master room bathroom was not working properly. The hot water goes and comes which I ended up showering in cold water as I was covered in soap. Even after complaining, there were no one came to check. 5. The bathroom door cannot be locked as well in master room bathroom. 6. The place is for 10 pax but you only had 3 plates. 7. There were no mugs provided. Only small size glass. 8. Water bottle was not provided as well but this is fine since this is not hotel but again the part where you expected us to leave the house clean is unacceptable. we will not mess up the house but we had to clean every plates and mugs we used. what was the cleaning charge for. 9. Check out was 11am and we felt pressured to check out since there were no human interaction and we had to rush. Since it says there will be penalty. 10. It was meant for 10 pax but only provided with 1 access card. We had to wake up if we were sleeping to let someone in.
Dinesh (6/5): Spacious clean unit - a 10/10 unit if above issues are sorted - The property was clean, fully secured, just 20 steps away from the mall- the security personnels were so polite and helpful There was no mirror in any of the rooms - i was there with my family for a wedding and the ladies had a tough time getting ready as the only mirrors they could use are the medium sized ones in the bathrooms For some weird reason - none of the rooms could be locked There was also no bidet spray - we have to use tissue instead, I didn’t expect condominiums in malaysia to have such design
