• Mandy (9/5): Great stay in lovely apartment. Host was a great communicator and made check-inand checkout easy. - Great location and very comfortable Couch was a bit uncomfortable and probably needs updating
• Sabrina (1/5): Bad - Very unhappy. These people need to up their game I booked this apartment for my mum in order to be close by to take care of me during my postpartum. I booked it more than a month in advance. On the day when we arrived to pick up the key we realised we hadn’t been sent the passcode. After ringing them and being transferred a few times we were told that they had double booked the apartment. (We booked a month in advance!!!) They found another apartment which was similar. However, it was much further away from my home… which took away the whole reason we booked with them. THEN After checking out, I waited the 10 business days for the $500 deposit to return to my account. Nothing! I messaged them on business days 11. They THEN sent it. So now I have to wait another 10 days……. Not impressed…….

• David (9/5): Superb - Really central location: close to theatres, Museum etc. Great location if attending a function at Royal Exhibition Building (as we were). Also very close to State Library: handy place to fill in your time if you have a later flight home (good desk space and wi-fi). Easy walk to Lygon Street. Comfortable apartment with nice outlook. No problems at all.
• Pam (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and walking distance to everything including the public transport. The balcony was good and being able to open the sliding door for fresh air is always appreciated. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The bed is very uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded.
• Timothy (8/5): Clean sheets, cosy, and affordable (just). - Overall 8.0/10.0. Stayed 5N. Cleanliness 8.5/10.0 (most important), Facilities 8.0/10.0, Comfort 7.5/10.0. Sheets were clean, ironed, and stain-free. The building that the apartment is in is quite new, has a building manager, and it's kept clean like a serviced apartment. Location great: right on the edge of the free-tram zone and walking distance from State Library. The mattress felt cheap because the thinness of the top-layer allows the springs to be easily felt. The bed was uncomfortable but the cleanliness of the flat compensated for it. The sleeping pillows are too soft and the decoration pillows are unnecessary. There were 6 pillows on the bed during my stay: 2 for sleeping, 4 for decoration. Again, the pillows were uncomfortable but the cleanliness of the flat compensated for it. The sink drainage in the bathroom is very slow, this leads to dirt being left behind. Dirt left behind by the cleaner / previous tenant was visible at the sink. Again, the overall cleanliness of the flat compensated for it. The flat was just affordable for our budget.

The unit was very comfortable, and well maintained, provisions very much appreciated. we would have loved the balcony, but the outdoor chairs were far too hard, so didnt spend the time out there as we would have liked. The double bed not very comfortable.
• Claire (8/5): Very good - Good little apartment for 2n stay, thank you. Great shower, and an equipped kitchen. Bed isn't as comfy as most places.
