Important Information
1. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.
2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. (Smoking is only allowed on the balcony). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.
3. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
4. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.
5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.
6. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.
8. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation and eviction without refund.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Shreyam (8/5): Comfy stay in Koblenz - The accommodation was comfortable and located close to the river with a little playground which was great for our kids. We also liked there was a small bakery at about a 5-minute walk. The accommodation was comfy and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine and dryer which is always a plus when travelling with small kids. The washing machine had a bad odour so I'd recommend the owners to make sure they do a cleaning cycle every month or so just to keep it fresh for everyone.
- Aïssa (8/5): - Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op maximaal één uur rijden van het appartement, wat erg handig is. Ook de binnenstad van Koblenz was zeer aangenaam om door de gezellige straatjes te wandelen. Het enige minpunt is dat er weinig parkeerplaatsen in de straat zijn, waardoor de auto soms iets verderop geparkeerd moet worden wanneer er geen plek beschikbaar is.

- MrLuciu84 (10/5): - Położenie na parterze (byliśmy z wózkiem dla dziecka) więc nie trzeba było nosić wózka po schodach. Wielkość apartamentu wystarczająca dla większej rodziny. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, zmywarka, lodówka, płyty indukcyjne i piekarnik. Dostęp do pralki i suszarki. Taras. Dwie duże sypialnie. Brak zamrażalnika, przez co nie było możliwości zamrożenia wkładów do lodówki turystycznej.

- IVAN (9/5): - El apartamento es fantástico. A 5 minutos en coche del centro. Bonito y espacioso. Aparcamiento cercano. Un poco de ruido en el piso de arriba pero todo estupendo.

- Jennifer (9/5): - The apartment is in a quiet location with free parking close by. This was a working vacation for us, so we appreciated the tables, desk, and good internet. The Rhein is very close, and we enjoyed the chance to walk along the river to the Deutsches Eck and the Altstadt. The beds were very comfortable! The welcome bottle of wine and lists of suggestions for sites, restaurants, etc. in the area were a nice touch. The bathroom is very nice, but a little tight. It might be difficult for a larger person.

- Sascha (5/5): - Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, um in die Stadt reinzulaufen oder auch den Bus zu nehmen. Vor der Tür gab es einen Parkplatz. Leider ist es sehr laut und hellhörig in der Wohnung. Oben drüber wohnt eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die sehr viel trampeln, Türen knallen und laut sind. Ich habe selbst Kinder und finde es unter anderen Umständen total in Ordnung. Allerdings wenn man in Urlaub etwas Abstand und Ruhe und etwas Schlaf benötigt, ist es nicht der richtige Ort zum Erholen.

Удобное ,просторное, светлое жильё. Чистый отремонтированный апартамент в современном стиле . Удобные кровати и постельные принадлежности. Приятным бонусом терраса . Удобный въезд и выезд с автобана . Все удобства в велосипедной доступности.Для путешествия по Кобленцу и округе с велосипедами -идеально.Прекрасный вид на реку и прогулки по променаде . Не было ничего такого, что кардинально испортило бы отдых и впечатления от ожиданий. Единственно,что было сложно,найти в пешей доступности достойный ресторан.Но это уже не задача хозяина .
- Dana (7/5): Zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung - Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal um Koblenz gut zu erkunden. Das Bett im vorderen Bereich war schön groß und auch gut schlafen konnte man. Der große Esstisch war auch sehr von Vorteil. Die 2 Herdplatten, erst waren wir etwas geschockt, aber das Essen hat ziemlich schnell gekocht. Die Rollladen waren auch sehr von Vorteil. Leider gab es kaum, bis keine Ablageflächen, da alle Schränke verschlossen waren. Das die Waschmaschinen voll geräumt waren, als wir kamen, wirkte auch nicht sehr einladend. Die Barhocker in der Küche waren überflüssig, da die Fläche, die als Tisch diente, eh voll gestellt war. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür, nur einen Vorhang.
