- Stacey Magee (9/5): - The location was great, right in town and a block away from Woolies. Original Marg's house, Beds were comfy and bottle of wine a nice touch. Typically I'm not a fan of shower over bath but it was totally fine.
- Ruth (9/5): Good - Close to town and reasonable price Nothing

- Jill (9/5): Great time around the region - Great location
Warm with lovely fire Not much to dislike
- Wong (10/5): - It’s cosy and warm, rooms very comfortable, direction given are great. The kitchen abit dated, some cabinets abit dirty and have spiderwebs.
- Michael (8/5): Great place and position to MR - woodfire fantastic and welcome bottle of wine. - Lack of hotwater - ran out after two people (and four staying in property)
- Teagan (10/5): Cozy modern cottage in central Margaret River - It was a modernised original Margaret River cottage house. Super cozy with a firehouse and lots of heaters/ blankets. Lots of ammenities and little cute touches. We visited in winter so the hot water system would run out quickly. We had to wait around 15 minutes or so between showers.
- Karyn (8/5): Great getaway! - Cosy fire, comfy bed, centrally located to all the main shops and restaurants. Nothing
- Lene (10/5): Highly recommend this place. We will stay there again. - Cosy place with everything you need. We loved the fire place.
- Lianne (8/5): Perfect spot to explore the region - Cosy, well equipped, very clean, great location -
- David (10/5): Perfect stay in Margaret River. - Absolutely lovely cottage positioned just off the High Street. The house is comfortable and has absolutely everything you could ever need for a perfect stay. Nothing whatsoever to dislike.
- Madeleine (10/5): Best weekend stay - Perfect location, feels really homely, love the fire place and the board games available to use while there, would definitely stay there again No full length mirror
- Julie (8/5): A good value for money property. Would recommend it to others. - Location, cleanliness, beds, communication It was a tad cold but thankfully heaters and reverse cycle air conditioning helped.
Rugs in the main bedroom would make it more cosy.
Running out of hot water mid shower was a shock. The bathroom was rather dated.
The information book was beautifully presented but maybe an information manual could be more beneficial.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (10/5): A cozy cottage - The location is great. A short walk to the supermarket and centre of town. We loved having a combustion fire. So cozy
- Ching (8/5): Cosy cottage near Margaret River town - Like - location and comfort
Dislike - none
- Chrissie (10/5): Perfect relaxing break in beautiful area - Great location- a few minutes walk into town
Bungalow had everything we would ever need. Lounge was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bedroom cool, bedfy. Lots of cupboard space, useful washing machine,, airer etc
Loved the verandah
House and area info helpful Nothing
- Hayden (8/5): Very good -
- Claire (10/5): Perfect location, would definitely recommend - Very homely, lots of nice touches. My mum struggled a bit with shower over bath, would be good to have a rail for support for older adults.
- Shelley (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful cottage, so close to shops, restaurants and amenities. Immaculate inside, and quality bedding. Lots of little extras (beach umbrella and chair, bags, hat, etc) - greatly appreciated! Maybe a hanging rail in the laundry as no wardrobe in the smaller double?
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Nisal (10/5): We had a fantastic experience at Happy Home Margaret River. The place is incredibly homely, located -
- English (10/5): Exceptional - The home was very comfortable and spotlessly clean
- Helen (8/5): Very good - Cute and cosy

- Amanda (8/5): Comfortable house. Well equiped and close to CBD. - close to CBD of Margaret River. Well equipped kitchen.Beds comfortable. A few light blankets on hand as doonas were very hot.
- Siobhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Himanshu (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, easy walking access to town center and some great places to eat. The house was charming, as described, and retained many of the original features. Miriam was easy to reach when the front door lock did not open. Maybe this was done by the previous occupant, but the WiFi details provided didn’t work and we used the password on the router. Also, the toilet doesn’t have a sink and does not lock.
- Maria (8/5): A relaxing stay in a beautiful home. - Lovely house in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and there were all the essentials available.
Loved the details in the house, nice toiletries, a bottle of wine at arrival, spare sweaters and the Happy House book, a nice touch. It is a little cold as you expect from a weatherboard house. Heaters are provided, just bring slippers and warm house clothes.
- Yasmine (10/5): The 50’s beauty with comfort and good location. - This 50’s beauty offers comfort and takes you travelling back in time. The beds are comfortable, the house has a pot belly fireplace and also the management provides woods. In the bedroom, when the temperature gets too cold, we can use the Dyson heaters which warm the room quickly. The main shopping centres just a 100 m away, Woolworth only 50 m away. We would definitely come back when we go to Marg in the future None
- Sharon (9/5): Lovely stay - Very quaint & classic
- Alexander (9/5): Superb -
- Jay (10/5): Cosy cottage - Cosy cottage. Loved the fireplace and we got hooked on a jigsaw. The bed was super comfy. I loved the little extras that you had on hand.
- Dtung (8/5): Very good - Charming little house and with good location. Too cold! Maybe because we are from Singapore so we were not very good coping with Margs' cold nights? The whole house is too cold even with the little fireplace and two small hot fans we were still freezing. We had to take the bedding from the other bedroom. It will be great to have more heating in the house. Also no curtains in the kitchen area.
- Jemimac (10/5): Cosy and well located holiday home - Well located in Margaret River Town- just a short stroll down to the centre, and Woolies is a stone's throw away.
Sofa and chairs are very comfortable, and we were very cosy in the lounge with the logbuner on when the eveninings were chilly.
Thoughtful touches, eg plenty of books and games, picnic things, hammock on veranda.
I can confirm that the WiFi is excellent. On UK Election 'night' we were able to watch the results live in all their wonderful glory! (we hope that the UK will be providing less entertainment for the rest of the world from now on!) all good.
- Coralie (10/5): Our stay was lovely very cozy & close to shops - Loved the fireplace & there was plenty of wood to use & keep fire going which heated up lounge room & kitchen.
Plus was great having heater fans in bedrooms definitely needed them 👍🏻 Probably property needs a good gardener
- Marny (10/5): We had an amazing stay. Everything was in close walking distance, shops, supermarkets and entertainment. There were even - Everything, the location was perfect, the comfort was perfect and the facilities were perfect 🤩 There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Kylie (9/5): Superb -
- Carla (8/5): Fantastic base to explore from - Cute and comfortable Hot water cylinder too small for all of us to shower
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (8/5): Lovely stay - Short walk to shops and restaurants.
Lovely wooden floors and neutral colour scheme.
Pretty and quaint cottage style property with good size verandah.
Would definitely stay again.
- Hannah-beth (10/5): This is great little house located in a central area of Margaret River. The staff were excellent. Myriam came and rescue - It’s a cute little house in a convenient spot in Margs! Nothing. Everything was fantastic!
- Vicki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corey (10/5): Perfect little getaway location - Bed was so comfy, everything felt so clean, BBQ was super handy and can’t fault the location!! We will be back!! No aircon in the bedroom however we did go when it was a heat wave so this shouldn’t be an issue most of the year, and they do supply you with Dyson bedroom fans which worked well!
