ANGIE (6/5): - Casa muy comoda y organizada. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que en la estadia mis hijas y nosotros no pudimos usar la piscina pues estaba demasiado fria y cuando solicite el favor de que la climatizaran me dijeron que no se podia que tocaba solicitar eso con anticipacion a la llegada y tenia un costo adicional y la alquile la casa con esas especificaciones unicamente por la piscina privada y finalmente no la disfrutamos. 1/10.
Mark (1/5): Buyer/Renters Beware ! - Curb appeal from pictures was very nice ! Location listed in the description that property was any 5 miles from Walt Disney World was even better . TOO BAD IT WAS ALL LIES ! this property lists a fake office address so that they can gain a favorable population in the proximity enquiries. While this seems to be common practice in the Orlando area ... it is still a very dishonest way to do business. They waited until the very last second to give me any detailed information about the actual property. Turned out it was over 12 miles away in Clairmont FL.They also charge an extra $97 during their mandatory check-in verification procedure. Personally, I prefer to do business with honest property owners that list their actual property addresses and have good customer service. BUYER/RENTERS BE WARE. Poor business practices by apparently greedy property owners and extreme miscommunication between property owners and the the company they hired to advertise their homes . This company should be banned from listing on Booking Dot Com or any other sites that can sort potential homes based on their proximity to certain areas and points of interest . Manipulating the process isn't fair to the other property owners that follow the rules and are not deceptive with their marketing and listing
Lynda-jayne (9/5): Marvellous - We liked the space.the kitchen and laundry facilities. And the pool.whenthe garbage disposal stopped working I emailed and they replied straight away how to reset the button.
