- Teddy (1/5): The worst nightmare accommodation - Nothing, location in a dark alley and unclear address, and when we arriveele we just told by the owner that the accommodation still in use and we were offer to relocated to a new place which we could not accept because kids were exhausted and webwere hardly got a grab that willing to transport us 5 people with 5 luggage. And we could not use the accommodation at the next day because we already booked a travelling plan for one whole day from the morning and impossible for us to cancelled it juat to move our luggage back to the accommodation in the qrternoon. We were chargee for the next day eventhough the fault was not ours and booking.com did not helping at all in our situation. The accommodation did not deecribe very clear how to get to locatiin and the owner eventhough we already communicated a lot juat told us when we arrived that we could not use that accommodation and were relocated to a more expensive accommodation with the same price. But They did not know our situation and still charged us for the next day
