Guest Reviews
- Carys (10/5): Perfect London location for a girls weekend! - Great stay for a large group of girls!
- Per (7/5): Mysig lägenhet med bra läge - Bra utrymme i köket och bra läge nära tunnelbana. Många trappsteg mellan alla våningar. Kunde varit bättre städat.
- Platební instituce (1/5): jsme jako firma zklamaní, majitel nevystavil fakturu, nekomunikuje. -
- Gro (8/5): Supert hus for storfamilie på tur til London - God plass til følge på 11 personer, 3 bad og stort kjøkken. 5 min til t-bane. Litt kaldt i oppholdsrom og på bad og soverom nede.
- Sara Powys (7/5): Homely, welcoming home, great for larger groups and Abba Voyage goers! - Friendly host, great location. Comfy beds. Lovely log fire. Nicely decorated. Nice to have kitchen, bathroom essentials provided. We would definitely recommend. Great location if going to Abba Voyage. More comfy seating in living area needed for bigger groups. It was nice to stay in a homely environment but we felt there was a little too much personal clutter and the standard of cleaning in kitchen area could have been better. The stairs were fine for us but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. We weren't too bothered by these issues. It's a family home at the end of the day and it was very homely and perfect for us.
- NIKOLITSA (10/5): A perfect house for a big family. -
- Eileen (10/5): - Lovely spacious House, for a group of 5 friends. It was a great location for ABBA voyage!
Lesley let us check in early, which was much appreciated!
- Tim Heckmann (5/5): Well designed accommodation with some downsides - The owner was super friendly and replied very fast to all questions. The beds were really comfortable and the bedrooms interior design is great. The beds and towels were clean. Everything was not very clean. The bathrooms specifically could be a little bit more clean. The light in the staircase was not working properly. There was dripping water from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms.
- Valentina (9/5): Davvero un’ottima scelta - È la casa ideale per una vacanza di gruppo… Bellissima e con tutti i comfort necessari.
- Eibhlin (10/5): Perfect in every way - 10 of us came for the weekend and had the best time. Spacious, comfortable, a little quirky which we loved. So relaxing, we enjoyed sitting out the back with our coffees in the morning and could have stayed all day! This house has everything and so conveniently located around the corner from tube and Tesco etc Lesley was great and easily contactable if needed. Highly recommend and we are already talking about going back for another weekend in the near future

- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Tanya (10/5): If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a big group this is the house for you, great amenities all around and very c - This property is beautiful, the beds are the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The dining, kitchen, living area is very spacious and was plenty big enough for the 11 of us.
Lovely big garden with plenty of seating.
Very well equipped with everything you need.
Great communication with the host.
And you will never run out of toilet roll 😊 Absolutely nothing bad about this properly. Wish we could have stayed longer !!!
- Denise (9/5): Great place for a family gathering - Lesley was very accommodating, easy to contact and very helpful.
Close to shops, pub, restaurants and the tube station.
Good sized rooms.
Bed linen fresh and clean.
Well equipped
Lovely house With the house being so big, it soon went cold once the heating had gone off, so we gave it a boost and used the blankets to snuggle in.
With being a party of 7, we ran out of hot water so had to boost the hot water.
Lighting in the rooms could have been brighter and a good mirror in the bedrooms would have been good for applying makeup.
All relative little problems and wishes
- Nikki (8/5): Great house for our group - House was around the corner from the tube station, so the location for our group was great. We visited in the winter so didn't use the garden but looks great for the summer time. Beds were comfortable and the heated floor in the living area was so lovely. Lots of stairs which wasn't a problem for our group.
- Nicol (10/5): Great house - A lovely house in a great location with big comfortable bedrooms and a large kitchen. The host couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again if we were back in London.
- Steve (10/5): Stayed here to work for comic con. Great location and close to the underground. Nice place to chill. - The host was amazing with a great sense of humour. Easy to chat with and quick to reply.
- David (8/5): Superb base for our extended family at our son’s wedding - Great location. Good sized bedrooms. Comfortable group seating area. Lack of a shared W/C on ground floor level
Showers need some attention
Take care with the frying pan handle!
- Florence (10/5): Perfect for a girls weekend - It’s a beautiful old Victorian house in central London, full of charm and well loved by the owners! It was a wonderful and memorable space for my friends and I to spend the weekend in ☺️ Supposedly a dodgy area but we had no problems and felt perfectly safe!
- Charles (9/5): We would stay again! - Plenty of space for our family of 7 with 2 friends who stayed one night as well. Great location close to the tube. 20-25 minutes to the center of London without changing trains. Several nice pubs in walking distance and a grocery store. Neighborhood may have seen better days but we never felt unsafe.
- Sheila (10/5): Excellent 2 night stay at this beautiful house full of character - The house is beautifully decorated and every room is full of character and individually furnished. It is well equipped with plenty of pots/mugs/glasses/crockery in the kitchen and fluffy towels in the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet street, only a few minutes walk to the Tube station and quick access to the city centre. Local Sainsbury's/Tesco stores and takeaways are also a few minutes away. The house is spotlessly clean on arrival and Lesley (the host) messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed. There are 6 double bedrooms; as there were 6 of us it felt very spacious with a bedroom each. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area in the basement which suited us well, but possibly not enough sofa and chairs if there are 12 adults.
- Kate (10/5): FABULOUS CENTRAL PROPERTY WHERE YOU FEEL INSTANTLY AT HOME - Great communication from host. Really well stocked with all essentials. Lovely comfy beds & bedding. Little touches like coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, handwash and shower toiletries were all much appreciated. Great WIFI. This house worked perfectly for us and we will definitely be back. Nothing it was great. Worth mentioning there is no TV at the property which wasn't an issue for us but worth bearing in mind if you were having nights in, have screen monsters with you or prefer not to speak ;-)
- Simon (9/5): Perfect place for a larger group of friends or families. - Beautiful old house with nicely furnished rooms, perfect for groups of friends or families. We particularly liked the large kitchen area. Lesley was very helpful, and had great tips about the area.
- Hannah (10/5): Each room is styled beautifully!! - Beautiful home!! stayed here with my family and friends for my hen do, perfect area to stay. Lesley the owner was so kind and helpful, allowed us to stay there as long as we needed on the Sunday as she didn’t have a booking that evening, which allowed us to recover before our train journey. would definitely recommend staying there
- John (8/5): Very good - We choose this house for a grandparent birthday party and family reunion. We were not disappointed and had a very enjoyable weekend. The host Lesley is very helpfully and an excellent communicator.
