- Jovana (10/5): - Exceptional customer service, very helpful staff. Great rooms for the price, the location is very convenient with good access to other districts. Plenty of small shops and restaurants around the hotel aswell. All in all, no doubt im coming back here again. The buffet is often empty if you're more than 5 minutes late. Make sure you give clear instructions about thr laundry, otherwise you might encounter some minor problems. Other than that, everything is good.

- JIAYI (8/5): - The staff are super helpful there. The room is very nice and comfy. Very good quality bathroom facilities, we are impressed by the quality of the bath towels for example. The hotel provides great breakfast and night snacks. Great value. There are people smoking in other rooms, the smell travels to our room sometimes. The hotel seems to do nothing to prevent people from smoking inside. The hotel will have a much better environment if they can be strict about not smoking indoors.

- Jyh H (10/5): - Excellent service from the staff. Very helpful. Free simple supper. Free laundry. A grocery store nearby. One restaurant connected to hotel and another nice restaurant just 200m away. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. Location is slightly far from the nearest subway station (Jingsong), about 1km, but it's walkable and easy to get e-hailing taxi (DiDi) from hotel.

There is a mini grocery market nearby, and several eataries within walking distance. Slightly far (1km) from the nearest Jingsong subway station but it is walkable and also easy to get e-hailing taxi (DiDi)

The smoking smell in the hotel rooms were terrible every morning and evening till night. Guest smoking in the room and opening their door which caused the corridor to be full of smoking smell. This caused my kids' sensitive nose to be sneezing.

- Volodymyr (9/5): Good hotel with great service and nice rooms - The hotel is nice, good and helpful people are working there, they helped us to negotiate with a scammer taxi driver and decreased price is more than 2 times, the rooms are clean and cozy, very nice free laundry service. The breakfast is available, but is it too strange for european people, some of the food is hard to eat. And also some of the taxi dricers really can't find this hotel on the map (don't udnerstand why, because I found it easily in Amap app).

Very nice reception , I will use this hotel again in future, last minut cancellation because I book wrong dates got refund.. We had room next to some facility ( heating maybe) so loud hard to sleep I have to use ear plugs, rooms are on smaller side ( economy rooms)

Quiet area. - The hotel is in excellent condition. Modern and cozy. Washing machines and a mini gym are at your disposal. - Pleasant and helpful hotel staff. The wonderful young people from the reception helped me with any question. The room was always clean and every day all free supplies of water, tea were replenished, towels were changed. - Yes, not the fastest Internet, but it was there. And it worked without problems. - To my sincere regret, someone was smoking in the next room and it was very noticeable. But after two weeks in China and staying in three different hotels, I realized that this is not a problem with the hotels, but with the visitors themselves. Because men don't consider this a problem at all. I have not contacted the front desk at this time.

The queue for washing machine is endless long and might need a little bit of arrangement/ booking system.. been waiting 3hr in washing room for dryer otherwise others will just jump the queue (good to have a booking system).

- Jose (9/5): The hotel with the best staff in China - The staff is very friendly, always ready to help and to solve the different problems I had in the country. Actually, the hospitality and professionalism of all the people working in the hotel exceeded my expectations, they are great people! (big thanks to Richard, the kindest person in all of China). I loved that they had a free laundry service, this was a great help as I stayed for 1 week at the hotel. The WiFi signal was not so good in my room, which made it difficult to have some meetings. Finally, they use air fresheners or some product with a strange smell but very used in the country, I think that It had a slight smell of tobacco which I didn't find very comfortable, I think it is a traditional product of the country, as I found the same smell in other hotels during my stay in China and I am sure it was not a cigarette because smoking is forbidden.

- Hu (10/5): Exceptional - All the essentials spot on. Bathroom and water, bedsheets, air conditioning, smells. And on top of that a distinct aesthetic different from most other hotels. I would choose this over a generic 5 star any day :) The address on booking.com wasn't quite accurate, but its alright since the taxi found the true one either way.
