Ivonne (10/5): Atemberaubender Ausblick über Graz - Das Appartement ist sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtet und perfekt sauber. Der Ausblick aus dem 9. Stock ist atemberaubend. Früh um 5 Uhr den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse zu beobachten ist ein Traum. Mir persönlich sind die vielen verbauten elektronischen Gadgets zu viel - mein Mann hat es jedoch geliebt. Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

Very cosy and homey, with a huge terrage overlooking the citiy (which is really rare in Graz). Terrace is a great outdoor living space from where you can follow the sunrises behind the cityscape line. Great for family stays, as well as for a group stays. Has a lot of top end amenities, including coffee machine, laundry. It was really clean. The apartment is a smart home with a lot of automations of lights, music, locks etc. Schwarczenegger was born just on the other side of the hill, and the whole apartment is marked with his posters and motives, which is funny and nice for his fans, such as me.
