- Blair (3/5): Disappointing, dirty and poor communication from property owner. The stay was not worth the cost. - Location was good for our visit Communication was poor and late for check in and there was no advice on how to check out. Property was not well equipped, particularly in the kitchen. There was not enough cutlery, pots, pans etc for a long stay for all of the people able to stay at the property. No hangers in wardrobe. Additional bedding for the 7th guest was not left out. Not enough towels. Floors were dirty and property was not appropriately cleaned before our stay. Clothing left on balcony and also not cleaned properly.

- Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the tube station and to Wembley Stadium. There is a convenience store outside the estate. The property is modern and looks new. We were only able to check-in past 7pm despite the advertised check in times from 15:00-00:00. Prior to arrival, we communicated that our ETA is 16:00 but when we arrived at the property, the cleaner told us the property is still being cleaned. It seems like there was a mixed up or confusion in the bookings as there are still other guests in the property. We were also stressed when we were told that we might have made a wrong booking as there are no guests scheduled to arrive that day. Only to confirm later that they had a mistake.
We were told by the cleaner to go back to the property after an hour but the host messaged us to go out first and come back around 7pm. He will then communicate the code to get the keys from the safe. 7pm had passed and we still didn't get the code. Fortunately, the cleaner waited to give us the keys.
When we got inside the building, we got disappointed that the lift is broken and we have to use the stairs all the way to the 4th floor with our luggage and everytime we go out of the building and back.
There was no hot water during our stay and we were told it is a problem in the building.
There was no hair dryer and no ironing board.

The unit is located a 5-10 min walk from Dollis Hill station which is on the jubilee line and leads into london (about 30 mins) as well as little supermarkets and food cafes down the road. It is right next to a petrol station with good prices and a subway sandwich shop.
The area is not the best, but we felt safe enough.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, reachable by lift and the building is secure. The neighbours were all quiet.
The apartment is brand new. It has 3 comfy beds. Each is 2 singles pushed together. The sides are a bit soft so if you were a couple you would roll into the middle. Each room has a TV in it. And there is one in the lounge.
The main bathroom tap didnt work for the shower, but the bath works. The ensuite shower worked fine.
The main bedroom has some drawers and cupboards
The dishwasher and washing machine work well.
The apartment has heating. There is no air conditioning but the windows let in a nice breeze.
There is a larger common room down stairs as well as a heated indoor/ outdoor pool and a gym. These were not open yet but look great for when they are complete (almost). The place was very nice but we would suggest some drawers or shelves in the other bedrooms and coat hangers, so people can unpack a bit. Also some instructions on how to use things would be helpful.
