• Shore (3/5): Disappointed - Great location. Low price Unfortunately we heard what we believe to be Mice / rodents in the ceiling space. In the interest of fairness this was unconfirmed and but being totally transparent the sound was a scurrying and scratching sound throughout the evening which was unmistakably consistent with something moving in the attic space. It kept my wife and I awake and was a huge cause for concern. My wife did not feel comfortable staying on and we left the property earlier than planned and stayed at a hotel as a result. We contacted the property owner once we had left to inform them, I appreciate this did not leave them time to investigate whilst we were there but we did not feel comfortable staying and to make the most of our time we packed and left first thing. The owner confirmed they investigated and found no sign of rodents and put this down to the climate and in their words "critters" being common in Florida. As a result they did not offer a refund of the remaining nights which is at their discretion but I had nothing to gain and everything to lose but we made the call to leave knowing this may be the case as we didn't feel comfortable staying. Booking.com have refunded me their fee but advised any further refund would be at the discretion of the owner which unfortunately hasn't been offered, albeit requested. Aside from this the place was tired. A few things I did note to be dirty were the knives in the knife block and the a/c grills being dusty. One thing that did strike me as off is an envelope to tip the cleaners for their work. Whilst it's not expected it was appreciated but this is the thing with America, you're already being paid to do a job so I just find this over bearing and cheeky but that's my opinion and you will have your own view. To be clear I believe the cleaners are a separate entity to the owner but not confirmed. The two single beds had very soft mattresses which felt thin.

• Gerritsen (9/5): Aanrader voor wie naar de attractieparken gaat en een fijne rustige plek zoekt om uit te rusten. Perfect contact met de - De ligging, het was schoon, ruim en comfortabel.
• Barry (8/5): - The location was excellent, right beside a walmart and close to local diners and restaurants. The complex was clean and quiet. Excellent for families. The furniture was quite basic and the air con was a little noisy.

• Aty (1/5): Nice place. Staff was debatable. - The property was spacious and nice. The owner of the space unfairly blamed us for a broken vaccum cleaner which we did not use during our stay, and is trying to charge us for it. He was aggressive and rude while talking to us after the fact and refused to believe us. On top of that, the day we arrived the rugs in the room were so wet it was sopping our socks two days straight.
• Muck (10/5): It was very pleasant for the short stay we had and not to far from restaurants and theme park. - There was no breakfast, but Walmart was within walking distance. I didn't have access to the clubhouse to use pthe ool.

• Stacy (10/5): Super convenient - This rental is in the perfect location. 10 minutes from Disney and a Walmart literally in walking distance. Not much I didn't like but thought the kitchen lacked a few necessities. Most rentals I've stayed would at least have salt and pepper and cooking spray. And at least one day of coffee. The cookware and stove burners were not in very good condition. Also most rentals would provide a single use of laundry detergent.
• Gina (10/5): Exceptional - Building number not given. Upon arrival…first thing presented is building number when entering the complex. Exhausted and trying to find building number in emails…at night…had to call owner… Seems pretty simple… but a roll of paper towels or napkins would have been perfect!
• Kristopher (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay at hidden gem. This place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location, just a short drive to Disney World Parks. There are also many dining options close by. We cooked breakfast before heading to parks, and the WalMart next door was convenient to get everything we needed for our stay; with the property’s landscaping you won’t even know it’s there. The property host was very responsive to questions we had. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again.
• Marie (10/5): Happy vacation - Accommodation was comfortable and located on a gated community. All the disney parks are easily accessible. We visited the club house that was in close proximity to the condo. The residents were friendly and helpful. It was great having a walmart in walking distance.

• Artis (7/5): Good - It was in a convenient location. They had plenty of towels and washcloths. At arrival, we noticed the refrigerator was leaking, so we texted the owner. The owner did not respond until the next day and requested a picture. We thought, what if it had been a very serious issue at check-in and had to wait until the next day for assistance. This was not a good feeling. Also, there was no extra toilet paper, but luckily, there were two bathrooms.
