• Kim (9/5): Wonderful location and studio for a Sydney getaway - Was perfect studio size for me to visit family nearby. A great kitchenette for a morning coffee before exploring the amazing cafes and restaurants nearby!
• melody (4/5): Great location, poor communication from host, no instructions for appliances - The location was good. The confirmation email from booking.com said 2pm entry. Then on the day I received an email saying 3pm entry but they would try to meet my request of earlier. The communication with the owner was non existent other than that email. I ring the emergency number which was a cleaning company who were lovely but didn't know why I was told 2pm. They advised me the room was ready at 2.20pm. There were no instructions for appliances. I couldn't figure out how to use the stove until halfway through the stay. I could not figure out the microwave at all. The mini bar fridge froze food including the eggs and the rocket.

• Ryan (7/5): Nice little property - Property was clean, bed comfy, iron available. Very little storage space and minimal tea/coffee. Apartment was very warm even with air con on. Communication needed to be better regarding check in.

It was very clean and a comfortable place to sleep. Could have supplied some coffee, but really not anything to complain about.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Great location. We spent many years in the area and enjoyed being back in the vibe. The apartment is comfortable, clean and usefully renovated. Despite being a studio in size, the aspect makes it feel spacious with fresh air and pleasant outlook. Well done host. Always need good black tea and a bit of fresh milk. Just a personal preference - not a complaint.
• Howard (9/5): Superb - Apart from decent, expensive hotels, this lovely apartment is also a good choice for people who want to be like a Sydneysider. The landlord is really nice, she did give real quick responses and provided much useful information that I need. You can easily tell that the flat is nicely cleaned and maintained well. The location is outstanding that it is in a beautiful and quiet community near Rushcutters Bay Park. It's comforable to wander in this park and watch parrots flying around. Plus, the bus stop is just right over there that can take it to downtown. You can also walk to Kings Cross Stantion in 10-15 minutes then hang out in local bars or find your favorite street food at night. There are also many cozy bistros hiden in lanes that waiting for your discovery. It's a bit not easy to get the right temperature in shower room, but it is not a big deal in general.
• Sasha (10/5): The location was fantastic, bed was comfy and everything I needed was in the room - The location was fantastic, right near Kings Cross complete with a solid variety of restaurants. Bed was comfy and everything I needed was in the room. The host was fantastic too.
