• Hovhannes (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, if not the super hot weather conditions, we’d be more than pleased. Staying with 2 families it was - Great location, many nice restaurants and cafes around! The staff were responsive during working hours and helpful ! The staff brought fans on the same day we raised the issue with no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, helped with airport transfer arrangements and responded to our requests in timely matter. During our stay one of the door handles broke and the staff was very quick to respond and suggest fixing it. End of June/beginning of July was super hot in Milan. We asked for fans as one of the bedrooms didn’t have an air conditioner. That helped a bit. Just below the flat there was a bar with people partying with loud music till late hour, so we slept with windows closed on one side of the flat.
• Omar (10/5): Nice and comfortable apartment with excellent location - It was clean, comfortable and it has an excellent location to go to all attractions in the city by either metro or walking. It needs some upgrades to the furniture but money-value is ok

• Ag-review (9/5): Superb - The appartment had all the amenities needed for a family. The appartment was very clean and spacious. Location is very good with good connections for transport. A little noisy in the appartments but not a huge issue for us. The floors and appartments do not have a number so it was slightly tricky to figure out which appartment was ours. The electronic key is easy enough once you can figure out how to use it.

Not Having an actual key to the building and the unit you had to be on WiFi which was spotty and often did not work Very frustrating!! The unit was not suitable for 7 people 1 shower with not ample water heater capacity There is a bar next door that was open till 3 am and noisy

• Eryk (7/5): Good apartment, close to center - -big flat, plenty of space; big open space + 2 family size bedrooms; perfect size for 2 families with children - dining table we could easily sit in 6 - full cutlery and tableware - pre IIWW building with nice staircase - location near metro and tram stations - 15 min walk from the main station - lack of even basic spices (pepper), or oil - when I rent apartment for a few days, I expect basic things to cook - apartment a little bit worn out and far from “chic” - a little bit misleading comparing to actual furnishings

• Jason (10/5): Wonderful location for family in Milano. - The apartment is beautiful and wonderfully located. It was so clean and the furnishings are perfect for a family stay. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The pictures well represent the property. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment was too warm and the climate control did not seem to regulate it.
• Charmaine (9/5): Highly recommend for the comfort, space and location. - Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything well stocked including juices, water, coffee and biscuits. Just 5 min walk to the Metro or tram. There’s also a washer and dryer which is very helpful! Also appreciate the immediate service from their staff via WhatsApp which you can text for any assistance including booking of taxis, information about restaurants etc We had some issues with water supply on the first night but they managed to send someone to fix it. Slight inconvenience but their service is appreciated!

• Lorenna (7/5): Spacious apartment - Beds very comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Good facilities in kitchen, laundry and second toilet. Juice, coffee pods and snack provided. A great option for a large group. Airconditioning was in bed 1 and living but not in the second bedroom. It was too hot to sleep in.
• Pathamakorn (10/5): Great apartment with a great host and location! - The apartment was very spacious! We have 7 adults and it fit us comfortably. Two large bedrooms with a queen and a single bed and a Sofa bed in the living room. The sofa is huge and probably can fit more than 2 people comfortably. There is an AC unit in one of the bedroom and a living room. The one bedroom without AC was a bit warm. We are here in September, and it wasn’t too bad. We were only staying for one night, but if you are staying longer, I’d suggest requesting a table fan. We suggested this to the host and I am certain if we requested it, they will provide. Host is extremely responsive. Amazing communications. I also suggest watch video and read the check-in instruction carefully. The automatic door code, for a first time user was a bit confusing for us. The host sent extremely clear instructions with videos and I suggest reading and watching it to avoid any frustration. Location was GREAT!!! Minutes from Milan Metro station and closed to many shops and eateries. Super convenient!!! The apartment was super clean and modern, equipped with everything that we need. We super appreciated the welcome juice and water bottled in the fridge, after a long, hot travel! It was a very nice touch. We wish we could stay longer. Thank you again for hosting us. That we couldn’t stay longer and explore the area!

• Anthony (8/5): My Unforgettable Stay at Chic Living Milan - The property location is around 10 mins walk from the train station and also has a supermarket behind. You can do simple cooking at the property as it has all the cooking utensils needed. The management is very responsive and they reply your enquiries or problem within 10 mins. First aid kit is also provided. We will definitely consider to stay there again in future. Value for money There is one room without air conditioning and by opening windows at night will be a bit noisy because of passing traffic on the street below.

The day we were leaving Milan was taxi strike and the host offered us transport on his own accord. It was very very kind and courteous and he has me as his guest for life now whenever I visit Milan or other properties

Supermarket just a very short away. Our whole family enjoyed it very much, overall very good value for money. We booked in short notice as previous one for canceled but found it a very nice surprise! The digital lock/handle can be a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s not a problem. Just don’t push too hard/leave some breathing room for the lock then it opens! Anyways the host is always there to help and super friendly!

• Maria (10/5): Ideal apartment in an ideal neighbourhood. - We didn't want to stay in a hotel nor right in tourist central for our 3 day visit and this was the perfect neighbourhood. We felt that it was in the middle of old and new Milan which allowed us to get a feel of both sides of the city. Lots of places to eat, shop (Corso Buenos Aires), a supermarket 3 minutes by foot, easy access to the Metro and tram and interesting sites. The apartment itself is huge, gorgeous design, with everything you need. Super helpful and responsive hosts, especially when we had trouble with the door (quite tricky but we got there). More like "nice to haves" vs. negative: a few more pillows would have been lovely, a less trickier door although that added charm to the place once we figured it out :)
• Irene (9/5): Superb - Apartment spacious enough for up to 7-8 people (2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room). Very good communication with the owner and well located. A single shower might be a bit tight for groups of that size.
• Qi (10/5): very good - The rooms are very comfortable and neat. The host is warm-hearted and well considered to the needs. The staffs are very patient and well prepared. There is a walking distance supper market Carrefour near the apartment. And the metro station is very near.
