• Pedraza (3/5): - La literie est confortable. Le logement ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité attendu au regard des photos et des prestations annoncées. Certes, les photos ne sont pas contractuelles, mais les équipements présents sur place étaient nettement moins qualitatifs que ceux mis en avant. À titre d’exemple, la cafetière permettait à peine de préparer un demi-expresso. Plusieurs éléments essentiels faisaient également défaut : - absence d’essuie-mains dans la cuisine ; - absence de tapis de bain ; - four non fonctionnel ; - produits de première nécessité absents malgré leur annonce (une bouteille d’huile d’olive était présente, mais entièrement vide). Concernant la salle de bain, le débit d’eau chaude était particulièrement instable : il arrivait régulièrement de se retrouver avec de l’eau froide en pleine douche sans aucune manipulation. Le mitigeur, très ancien et instable, bougeait seul et rendait le réglage de la température difficile. Le niveau d’entretien laisse également à désirer, notamment avec de la saleté visible sous le canapé. Par ailleurs, une taxe de séjour a été réclamée après la réservation, comme condition nécessaire pour obtenir les informations d’accès au logement. Pourtant, le récapitulatif Booking mentionnait déjà explicitement cette taxe dans le montant total réglé. Enfin, la gestion des problèmes s’est révélée particulièrement insatisfaisante. Les échanges ne semblent pas être assurés directement par l’hôte mais par une plateforme intermédiaire (“Xenia”), qui répond avec des messages manifestement standardisés et sans apporter de solution concrète. Par exemple, concernant le problème d’eau chaude, la seule réponse obtenue a été : « la chaudière a un faible débit, l’équipe de maintenance est avertie », sans résolution effective pendant le séjour.

• Yongshi (8/5): - The old apartment is very well located, half an hour's walk to Duomo, meanwhile the neighborhood is quiet. It has basic amenities. The owner responded very quickly when we had some problems with the WiFi. It's quite expensive compared to what it has to offer and the comfort of it, maybe it's because of the winter Olympics.

• Dimitar (7/5): a good place to stay in Milano, convenient location, excellent host. - excellent communication with the host, prompt and accurate answers and support. That was second to none, thank you. the place looks actually quite old-fashioned and a bit worn off, though very clean and well kept. i wouldn't call it exactly elegant, as elegant gives a rather different implication then what you actually meet when you arrive there. this is not by any means a shortcoming, but more like a personal feeling.

Apartamentul este pe gustul meu:modernizat cu elemente vintage, spațios, amplasat destul de aproape de locurile de vizitat. Noi am mers pe jos ca am vrut sa vedem cât mai mult dar stațiile ptr transportul în comun sunt la îndemână. Ar mai trebui înlocuite unele lucruri care nu sunt costisitoare dar contează(capac wc, vesela) Nu va așteptați la un balcon în adevăratul sens al cuvintului. E ceva micuț dar ptr noi a fost folositor.

Comfortable bed and clean & functional bathroom. Host checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good. Entry could use motion lighting. No coffee pod machine or microwave (for leftover pizza)

• Jure (8/5): Comfi old style apartment in nice area of Milan - The space is big enough and the bed is very comfortable. Autonomous hetaing in January is always a plus. The balcony is very small . Didn’t manage to heat gas oven. First time I saw that kind, didn’t work with manuals provided and I didn’t feel comfortable to try as the gas boiler was directly in the kitchen. Also I could not find hair dryer.

We didn’t get enough toilet paper for 4 days. The shower is super small and not a good one.

• Greta (4/5): Dirty - At least you should change the duvets. Dirty with a marks on it. Broken chairs in the sitting room, very small shower, and really old boiler, which keep giving hot and cold water in seconds.

The teeny-tiny coffee pot. Could have used extra pillow cases for the extra pillows.

• Selvamalar (7/5): It was a pleasant stay. - Apartment was clean and host was excellent. Helpful with additional questions we asked and patient. Location was good. Very good restaurants within walking distance. There are about 5 to 6 steps that bags have to be lifted up before reaching lift lobby. Tough with heavy bags. Shower stall is tiny. Shower amenities provided are also in tiny bottles. Sufficient for one shower a day only and some of us shower twice.
• Dlugoszl (7/5): Weekend trips to La Scalla - Positive rating for contact with the owner and instructions for check-in and for the spacious apartment. The area is quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, negative points for a broken shower hose, standing water in the shower tray which was a big discomfort. A washing sponge and a dishcloth were also missing. There were only Italian channels on TV. Maybe it's a small thing, but for us they were important. Overall rating not bad and the apartment worth the price.

Very safe. The apartment itself was bigger than I expected and everything was comfortable and in working order. I’d book this one again. Really happy with the apartment, location and price. Thanks! • Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very good. 30 minutes walk to Milano Centrale, 30 minutes walk to Duomo. There were shops and even some bars on the way. We did not have to use any public transport. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could buy things from the supermarket and eat there. It was very convenient to check in and checkout at flexible hours. On the first night it was a bit cold in the room, but the bed sheets were comfortable and we slept well. We did not have problems with the hot water though. I think it is better to stay here in the summer.
• Will (10/5): Great space in a great location in Milan - close to everything fun! - Fantastic location. One block from the underground train station, and the above-ground vintage trolley and trains are half a block away. If you rent a car, be prepared to look for parking for a while. I rented a scooter (Vespa) and that allows you to park literally anywhere, including on the sidewalk (don't block it). Inside is cozy and interesting. Clearly an old building but it's been nicely updated, including a very hip interior pain scheme, modern appliances and the typical tiny Italian shower stall :o). The old dining room table with bowl cutouts is so cool! Bed was very comfortable for me. Main room doors open to a tiny overlook above the street - it was fun to watch people and a bit of Italian life from above. Restaurants, markets, fast food, hip tiny bars and hairdressers (no joke) are all walking distance away. I encourage you to get settled in the room and then start walking around or take the trolley to areas nearby. Beautiful places, beautiful, friendly people and great food and drink all around the location. I went to the @orange_spritz_bar nearby - highly recommend their 10-Euro drink-and-a-whole-cheese-pizza special. I had three drinks and they were delicious - and strong. Pizza was amazing. If the light is off outside the door and you arrive after dark, it is pitch black so you'll need your phone flashlight to unlock the key safe. The exterior door handle came off in my hand when I opened the door. It is a (very) old attachment system and I was able to temp fix it myself but it should be looked at by property owner or manager. Also, the door itself seems like something taken off a bank vault - I've never seen such a "secure" door. One you lock it, ain't no one coming in.
