• shakira (10/5): - The location was so close to everything needed! Was contacted throughout my stay and felt very well looked after. It's really a beautiful place to stay! It can be quite noisy in the evenings however it really wasn't bad at all especially because I like the "London ambiance" 🤣 but earplugs are provided which was an amazing addition

• Gio--vs (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Comodissimo il fatto che ogni stanza avesse un bagno privato, anche la zona non era male, Gaby è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta a rispondere. Il bagno del piano di sotto non aveva il doccino piccolo, la casa era molto vicina ad un pub rumoroso, ma per il resto tutto ok!
• Stride (8/5): A generous-sized flat near where we needed to be. - Luckily we met the other tenant as it wasn't immediately clear which flat was ours. There is so much room in the fllat which was spotless although we were only in it to go to bed. Any other guests will find the space charming. The host was very quicck to respond and was very helpful and friendly. it IS a busy road and there WAS noise from the pub but we were pre-warned and we weren't bothered by either. It is very centrally located so getting around is very easy.

• Val P (6/5): très beau séjour, logement bien sur les photos mais quelques surprises à l'arrivée. Ne vaut son prix - La cuisine était bien agencé, mais manquait de vaiselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Les bouchons d'oreilles fournis sont un bon point puisque très utiles ! Beaucoup de commerces et pub aux alentours, proche des transport en commun, facilité d'accès au centre ville bien que reculé sur la carte. Appartement très humide, quasi impossible à chauffer même avec les appareils mis à disposition. Le logement est mal isolé très soumis aux bruits extérieurs et aux vibrations. Les salles de bains sont à revoir, presque vétustes, les cabines de douches et les éviers sont trop petit. A l'étage le support de douche était cassé et bricolé pour tenir, les sèches serviettes étaient complétement rouillés impossible de poser une serviette dessus. En bas dans la cuisine, impossible de s'installer sur la table à manger à 4. Seulement 2 mange debouts ... Pour le coin salon, je me suis assis sur la banquette les lattes ont cédé, ce sont de simples traverses de bois coupés grossièrement et qui ne reposent que légèrement de part et d'autre, et scotchées dans la longueur, un bricolage de plus.

• Naomi (3/5): A disappointing stay. However, most issues were outside of hosts control. - Previous guests were clearly smoking. The house had a STRONG smell of smoke. Unbeknownst to us, previous guests had broken the sofa bed in the living room. We sat and practically fell right through it. No hot water in the morning. Resorted to a cold shower.
• Mikilondo (10/5): - La verdad es que hemos pasado un fin de semana genial en este apartamento, te la dé todo, muy bien ubicado con paradas de bus justo al lado, tiendas, restaurantes y comercios en toda la calle, mucha gente se queja de un poco de ruido, pero para nosotros después de todo el día pateando Londres, ni nos dábamos cuenta, y la chica nos dejó unos tapones para los oídos pero no llegamos a usarlos, la verdad es que sí hubiese que volver, volvería a coger este apartamento, gracias por todo y a seguir así ,un saludo 🙂

• Femshang muanze (8/5): Home far from home - The location was ideal and connects to central London, many shops including African Caribbean shops a few metres away. Directly opposite, you'll find a shop that operates 24/7, which is prime for any visitor. It was an all in one, everything present as you see in the pictures. However some upgrades required to make the experience even more wow!!
• Teresa (6/5): Aceptable - Su ubicación no pudimos usar un baño, porque el agua caliente de la ducha estaba tan caliente que te quemaba. No se podía regular. Estaba en las instrucciones de la casa, pero creo que es mejor repáralo. La calefacción es escasa y hay un pub al lado, por lo que dormir es misión imposible, añadir que el ruido de la calle principal no ayuda al descansar, poco insonorizada.

• Sued (5/5): My stay was not as enjoyable as expected. - The location was good and easily accessible. What I didn’t like was that the windows didn’t open. One of the downstairs bedroom windows had a plywood panel, which I assume was meant to block outside noise, but it clearly didn’t help at all. It felt like a music festival was happening right outside. Since the apartment is next to a pub, people often stayed outside talking loudly, making it seem like they were inside the apartment. Additionally, the street is busy, and police and ambulance vehicles with sirens passed by throughout the night. My stay did not meet my expectations. The shower didn’t work properly, and some of the power outlets were not functioning.

• Jamie (7/5): The property has a pleasant interior, a practical layout, and was generally clean and tidy. Its close proximity to centr - Property nice inside, good layout and generally tidy/clean rooms. Location close to London Centre. Nice landlord, comms via Booking.com messages. Check-in became available abit early, and we could drop our bags earlier. Low door from living space/kitchen to other rooms. This was a hazard to those tall, and resulted in someone bumping head. Ideally could do with getting lifted or some hazard tape getting put on top. Lack of heating/central heating. Appeared to have no central heating. In winter, the temperature was very low and freezing. 3 heaters did get provided, 2 of which was not strong, and the upstairs one turning on and off intimately. Throughout the night it was very cold, and struggled to get warm. Windows had a large amount of draft coming through. Shower door on upstairs bedroom’s en-suite had fault. It was very loose, and was not fully attached to the railing. As a result, had to get a shower with this open.

• Paris T. (7/5): - The place is quaint and the two bedrooms spacious with en suite toilet and shower. The location excellent and everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, 24hour stores etc) just a stone's throw away. Excellent transport connections too. The water temperature in the showers problematic. Needs attention. It's noisy but for shorts stays this isn't an issue.
• Marcin (7/5): - Świetna lokalizacja pod względem komunikacyjnym, autobusy dojeżdżały praktycznie wszędzie, 20 min piechotą do stacji metra. Apartament całkiem przyjemny, dwie sypialnie, łóżka wygodne. Kuchnia wyposażona całkiem przyzwoicie. W okolicy sporo sklepów i małych knajpek. Dość głośno z Pubu, który jest po sąsiedzku. Przydałoby się zainwestować w remont łazienek

• big_tobacco (9/5): Surprisingly quaint, quirky, clean Edwardian home tucked and hidden in a live bustle of activity. - An easy, yet secure and stress free procedure to obtain access to the property. Being so central to Camberwell the location is a stones throw from regular bus services and a Broad selection of shops, restaurants and entertaining venues. Its certainly well within a hive of activity. The property is surprisingly spacious, bright and airy. Both bedrooms are served with individual en suites with a single WC in the reception hall as you enter the duplex. The small courtyard offered a secure sheltered place to stow my bicycle. Being located on a main road and in the thick of activity (the neighbour next door being a pub.......with a late license) meant i would, ironically have to dream on if i was to have a peaceful night. The vendor does give you a heads up that this might happen and does provide you with complimentary earplugs to drown out outside disturbances. But it wasn't a major issue and the soft comfy bed certainly compensated for that!

• Geraldine (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely apartment and suited our family of five perfectly. I loved the location, had everything we needed nearby. There is a lovely pub next door which is worth a visit! Not too far from Central London and transport was very accessible. We travel to London frequently to visit family and will definitely stay here again.

• Dániel (3/5): Never again - There are no heating in the house,only 3 small electric heaters,but takes a while to warm up.It was freezing cold in the property when we arrived,so we could not take our jackets off for a few more hours.I asked the owner if she can replace the broken heater fan,but she said it will be replaced a few days later,but not on that day when we've been there.The property is on the main road,it's very noisy so we could not sleep very well.The toilet seat also needs to be replaced and there was only hot water downstairs in the bathroom's shower so I could not find out how to take a shower without get my skin burned.
