- Samantha (7/5): Staying in the unit is pretty comfortable. Bath Towels is not good. Not absorbent.. - Pretty nice place. Quiet & away from city life. Close to MidValley but inconvenient for those without car. Direction to the place is very complicated. Google cannot lead you to the place easily. Access to the apartment is quite a hassle. QR code to pass the gate and into locker room. PIN code to get to the locker to get access card. Access card only for entering the lobby and lift to your unit. To enter the Unit - another long PIN code. In the building - no directional signs to tell you where is Tower A & Tower B. Around the vicinity & downstairs - no shops.

- Lim (10/5): Great! - Location was great. The room was neat and clean. I had booked the room at noon time of my stay (impromptu) and specifically requested for the apartment to be cleaned well for my stay due to personal reasons. The service team were assuring of my requests and true enough, we were very satisfied with its cleanliness. The swimming pool was great too. infinity pool, tipping bucket. They were also very accommodative of my request for extension of check out time. Great service team behind this home stay management. I will be back again. Would be advisable to bring own towels to avoid surprises. That was the only letdown of the stay. Everything else was good.

For a 1 night stay, was sufficient! - A bit of a hassle to get into the property (only one entrance by car, tight security). - The living room window could not close properly so there was a lingering smell of haze. - Car park was also quite inconvenient -- had to drive up many floors to access the parking spot.

- Joe (5/5): Price is considered very expensive for JB home stay. - Location and Parking is almost secure . Able to house 5 Sleeping Adult. Apartment is consider Clean and well maintained. A 50SGD is to be transfer before check in and the unit do have a Few defects. Like the 70" TV there a Scratch and also some Wall Paper Peeling off. Make sure you send these to the management before they charge and deduct the deposit. Based on the Price of about 160 SGD a night for Johor is consider expensive for Apartment Sound insultation is also not very good as one of the Bedroom windows is facing the corridor, sound trap and is a bit irritating experience. If there is alternatively, i will not book it . Even though there are 4 Lifts for one Tower, but the lift takes a long Wait. There is quiet a number of Hazard on getting the Apartment ready. One thing is the checkout time is at 11AM. not flexible at all like most hotel. It will charge and dedect form the deposit if it exceeds. Definitely will not book again based on the price.

- Bee Hua (9/5): Good and will go again. - Overall, we enjoy the stay . The swimming pool at level 7 very clean and spacious can bring along children to enjoy together. There is also have eateries beside the apartment and convenience to walk around. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We found one of the blankets in the cabinet have smell. Not sure if it was left by the previous guest. Things to improve if possible ask the guest to separate those blankets , towels and bedsheets which already used when they check out. So it can be washed and not place back for next user without cleaning .By this way can make sure everything was clean for next user. The other things is the toilet , the drainage system not working well. Sometimes have urine smell even though already flush properly especially in the afternoon.

The host sends a cleaner who arrived slightly over 30mins to clean it up. Unit is small with only 1 toilet, so everyone had to wait till the cleaner arrive before they could use the toilet.

- Leonard (9/5): Would definitely stay again! - Good size and clean. Easy self check in. Instructions were clear enough. Customer service via whatsapp was very responsive!! (Great job there) Aircon was cold. Great value for money. Photos on booking.com wasn't exactly the size I expected. Slightly smaller than what i saw on booking.com.. There was supposed to be a dining table but there wasnt. Was supposed to have two big couches which had some blue colour on them side by side (like along the wall) which was shown in quite a number of photos. But the one I got was the first photo which had some yellow colour in the couches. Still a very big apartment though! Instant heaters didn't get too hot but good enough! Still a 9/10 apartment. Worth booking!!

- Marianne (7/5): Not bad stay for 1 night. Good tv - Near southkey and very clean. Toliets clean and has hot water! Beds are not very comfortable and I didn’t like the bedsheets. Apartment lobby also doesn’t look maintained. The living room window cannot be locked which is a safety issue for families with kids.

Host team has been courteous to our requests / considerations. Bathtub cleanliness could be better. I was not able to use it as it was not cleaned properly.
- Ching (7/5): Ok, but not as perfect as other comments. - If I live there for long term, and don't want to take grab, it takes around 15~20 mins to walk to the shopping mall, so it's still ok. Not easy to walk to the shopping mall, when I booked it, I was expecting that I would be able to walk to the shopping mall, but it's quite far, not recommend to walk there if you have young kids. And there are some wild dogs walking around, don't think it's safe. We finally went to the shopping mall by grab. And the sliding door was stuck, my wife was stuck at the bath room for 10 mins. While their staff offer to fix, but we can't really stay at the accommodation for the whole day for them to come, it's recommend you report all the issue when you check-in and get it fixed. And due to the twisting TV, there is a gap on the wall, so less privacy if you are staying with friends.

- Cf120 (6/5): One night in jb - Well equipped apartment for stay. As advertised, good channel on TV. Near to Southkey mall, though it is walking distance (!!).. Better to drive there if you have a car. Troublesome checkin process, where you need to fill in online form and pay deposit before they provide checkin details. My case, they forgotten to provide me Qrcode and I was denied entry to carpark by the condo security. Parking at 6th fl. This is not a spiral ramp to the 6th fl. But need to travel every length of the carpark floor by floor. Lastly, the bathroom smell is terrible. The host need to do something about this.
- Kevin (9/5): It was a great stay and my family enjoyed it very much ! - The room was very spacious and clean. The shower facilities were great and clean , with constant flow of warm water. The living room big TV was a plus and we enjoyed watching netflix on it. Would definitely recommend to friends with families for a short stay. Location was great, a 5-10 mins walk to the Mid Valley Southkey with lots of good food and shopping available ! I think everything was great, except for 2 things. The beds were a bit hard for some. The shower handle was loose and dropped out easily, but this could be easily fixed for the next homestay visitor.

- Liza (7/5): Good - I liked the price and location and responsiveness of the staff on watsapp. Very reassuring. Towels had a bad smell and the living room air conditioner was not cold, even at 18degrees. Room air con was great but the fan was noisy.
- Ching (7/5): Can try. - The Netflix. Pantry provided tea and coffee. Need to pay for deposit. It is troublesome. There is some noise coming from the structure when Neighbour upstairs was using bathroom or kitchen. I think it was the sound from the piping. The noise was quite loud.

- Toi (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay, thank you. - The spacious, clean and lovely apartment, huge tv with neflix, washing machine and wonderful responsive staff esp Naresh. the beds (too hard) and pillows in the bigger master bedroom. I could not sleep very well because of that. The smaller room bed is ok. The towels are of low quality, thin material that do not absorb water.

Late check in, and having problem looking for the unit carpark, calling the host but no answer, keep texting unclear instructions, end up spending 30 minutes waiting at the carpark, again waste of time. At night got message from the host ask me to check out at 11am the next day, if late will be charge extra, double check with booking.com the check out time at 12pm, im not sure this host having terrible management or trying to scam. conclusion : im at genius level 3 in booking.com, its my 1st time having bad host. Leason learn, always go for established host. not recommended.

- Andy (5/5): overall the stay was pleasant although there are some unhappy moment due to some hiccups - proximity to the Mid Valley Southkey Mall and relatively quiet place The checkout is not okay as we are asked to park our car outside the condo but there isn't any convenience park lot outside the condo. As a result, some cars are blocking the exit causing unhappy moment. The condo should allow the checkout car to park inside the complex. Also the water tap at the kitchen sink was leaking badly causing lots of water gusting out - unusable and lift cards should be 3 instead of 2 for so many people staying together. Very inconvenience to use only 2 cards as those who stay in can't get out at all.
- Aziana (9/5): Superb - The unit was very clean, and it smelled so nice the minute we stepped in. 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids; 13, 11, and 4) fit nicely in the unit. So far, one of the finest home-stay. Easy process to check in/ out.
